NwaAmaikpe:What about Dangote... Otedola..and those rich guy's daughters? And me ![]() |
5times. By the 4th time, i told them to allow me go and learn work . |
andrew444:Truth is i won't use all of it...but more than half. My family eats pepper well. My dad used use pepper to drink garri...either he sprinkled it in or chewed those green ones as he drank his garri. |
andrew444:But it is funny how you concluded that i might not be a good cook because of the amount of yellow pepper and the fact that i was using stockfish. |
abramabayomi:Seriously? You don't know the difference? Ok |
Nobodys:I learnt it from my sister's husband and i fell in love with it. Well...if you say so. It is just that the picture of this soup os not encouraging. And i don't pray or aspire to cook egusi soup or any soup with 1k |
wintersnow: The spot is filled already ![]() |
andrew444: I love yellow pepper for the flavour and i like my food spicy. I am not igbo. What is wrong with 200 stockfish by the way? I cook for the taste of whoever eats. It doesn't mean it would be that amount if i were cooking for another set of people. You don't think i am a good cook...ok...lol |
wintersnow:Manage?!! And all the guys are already trolling me and even calling me a pretender. ![]() |
princeemmma:I prefer the food appealing. |
Dinho20:Pretending for 1000 soup with something that looks like palm oil on the side? Even if the food is on a budget, it has to look and taste good. |
khvnggift:Then i will do either stockfish or dry fish and use the cash to buy those. |

Lol...why? ![]() |
JaceBlaze:Ok |
Wow! I have been missing on the food section. |
The food even looks like 1000 soup. Very inedible looking. I would rather do concoction rice/native jollof with that 1k. Rice. 250 Stockfish. 200 Scent leaves. 50 Yellow pepper 100 Dry fish. 300 I should have palm oil, crayfish and other things in the house. |
TroubleMaker47:Does it make his action right? Try not to be bias towards ladies this once. |
Unlimited22:And rape is in their DNA |
asuustrike1:Are you married? If no, what kind of wedding do you plan on doing? |

The 50 people she was planning for was for her and her husband...not just her. I know a lot of people that don't want or didn't wamt flamboyant weddings. My sister for one had only a traditional marriage and went to court. I had a white wedding of just 100 people. Another friend did court and parlour party. It just depends on the people and if their parents can be open minded. Infact, another one did a strictly by IV wedding in a restaurant and i wasn't invited...i vexed but got over it. People date high maintenance girls and then expect her to be cheap. They should date people with like minds. |
victorian:Same here. If you see my hubby outside, you will never guess especially as he is in the "beard gang" and looks tough. But men!!! He can cook every dish both local and continental, bake, he does the plumbing in the house. If a pipe is leaking or something, he fixes it. If there is an electrical issue, he does it. He is a hands on guy that knows a lot about DIY. Even car issues, he fixes it except it is a major problem. I have not seen his type. And with kids...fantastic. They guy try all in all. His mum and dad did a fantastic job with him. |
phintohlar:Not all o...lol. My husband is a better cook but he is very comfortable with my cooking and hardly complains. And i enjoy the benefits when he cooks...awesome stuff |
asuustrike1:You cannot blame the ladies and leave the man out. Both are meant to be in agreement. And the couple cannot be blamed alone. Some tribes make it so difficult when parents want to take over. At least we read here where someone was complaining about his FIL being rigid about the church to use. A friend of mine said she was planning for 200 but her MIL said that is her own crowd. That she should make it 450. Family makes things complicated sometimes. |
Oreofepeters:Yes. More than one. One even took a large amount of money in the name of borrowing and fled. Many bad experiences even with the ones i didn't date. But it never made me close my heart to the fact that there were still good guys out there. It could have been that my choices were wrong. |
Oreofepeters:Aha!! So since you are a guy, you refuse to see that men are also being infested. But we ladies see what you don't see. Because i am sure you don't date guys ![]() |
jobonnairaland:I guess they take advantage of these men. The men were cajoled or forced against their will . They didn't chase the girl helter skelter like a dog on heat. If we call ladies indecent, we should follow it up with men being the same except the lady is a lesbian. |
Oreofepeters:Why are you ruling men out of your conclusion/generalization? |
Many guys already have their minds made up about ladies being cheats, materialistic, liars, etc. They are so blinded by it that they miss the girls that are truly honest and sincere. No one can possibly convince me that there are no girls or guys that are good and have not carried away by frivolous lifestyles and vanity |
Oreofepeters:I hope you are referring to both sexes |
Most times it is family members...especially parents that make things difficult in planning a wedding. It is supposed to be the couple's wedding. But then, as you are planning for 150 guests, your mum or MIL has her extra 100 guests. It can be really frustrating having issues over "show-off" motivated decisions. |
Oreofepeters:But you know guys are also getting more all about sex these days. However, we cannot shut out relationships because some bad eggs. There are still many good guys and girls. |
Makes no sense. Dress for the part. Imagine walking in the hot sun all day wearing a suit. Not sensible. |
