I do not know when you started experiencing this secretions.I will just suggest that you chill and see if it repeats itself in your next cycle.But in interim i will advice you change ur undies.

Thanks for the enlightenment,I will not disagree with you but I strongly believe that a staff that was to handle an international transfer for me in 2007 that did not know the meaning of IBAN was not supposed to be a staff in that bank.A customer had to tell her the meaning of IBAN after which one of her supervisors had to apologize to me when I started showing my displeasure with the way she was wasting my time and thereafter took her away for a chat I suppose.

I agree that you get a corporate lawyer.Many of these bankers are not professionals.I was in one of their branches in Kaduna some time ago and an officer there could not even tell me the meaning of IBAN.
This type of problems is not new.A customer of mine,an elderly man that worked with NNPC before he retired 2yrs had an account where he just made deposits as a form of saving and did not touch it for close 7yrs.Only for him to go to the bank one day and told that his account balance was about N150k instead of close to N19m.

The man was later told that the money was used offload a loan he collected.The man no slack at all.
At the end of the day the officer who stole the money had left the bank some yrs ago,but was discovered and fished out in his new place of work and currently he is still paying the gbese.

Listen to me,someone there has used your account to move money and honestly if you keep quiet other customers will suffer too.

Many bankers today are looking for money to steal instead of doing their jobs.
Please take them to court and unveil the thief and make plenty money joor.

To answer ur question please do this simple test to know whether it is cm or just secretion.Pls take a little/sample of the mucus into water.If it forms a blob and sink then it is cm but it is normal secretion it will just dissolve.
I hope it is not itchy or smelly?

I saw my peRiod on the 14th & I tried as much as I could to notice the egg white stretchy discharge during my ovulation and I noticed it came on wed & thurs the 27th n 28th March,but to my surprise, I saw it this morning, 1st of April too as I was abt wiping so clear n stretchy though has some white spotting but it was stretchy, could it be that am still ovulating?

It is not surprising though.Your fertile periods starts about 4-5days before ovulation occurs proper.I may not be able to know if u're ovulating now as I do not know the length of ur cycle.

I do not know how old ur friend is or her medical history.But if I were to advice in one sitting.She should stop worrying,this is one main cause of delayed conception.Reason is that anxiety and depression do not support conception.She should take good care of herself,minding what she eats of course more of veggies and fruits (pineapple not encouraged),have adequate and good sleep.And possibly stop taking drugs.
Tell to standstill and see the salvation of God.She is not the maker or giver of children so why should she worry.God is more than able to give more than just a child.

I have come to you in desperation for your medical advise.

I had a miscarraige in Dec 2012 and a scan taken about 2 weeks later showed that there were still tissues that I needed to pass out. I was given some tablets to enable me release the tissues on the 16th of January and I bled for almost two weeks.

I've been having regular intercouse with my hubby since mid february and after taken those drugs in January, I am yet to see my period.

I am very worried because my period has never been late. I have taken about 2 home pregnancy tests which were negative and I have also done a scan which didnt show any baby but only showed the fibroids in my womb. I have been told to come for a rescan in two weeks.

I spotted blood for a few hours around 1st week in March and also had slight cramps in between my legs and that was all. I am still having this severe backaches and high body temperature.

Could it be that I am pregnant again? If yes, why is it not showing in the scan? and If no, what could make my period seize for two months past?

Please Doctors, your response would be highly appreciated.

Iyabeta,It is very possible that the evacuation is not complete since you felt pains between ur legs.It is unlikely you are pregnant.I will want you to see a dr for proper checkup/diagnosis.
As for ur period u have just gone thru a wonderful experience.It will take a while for ur body to regulate and then ur menstrual cycle will return.

Yes the baby is safe.But of course she should seek medical attention.

Did you have painful menstrual flow the last time you saw ur period?But most likely you have hormonal imbalance for the period seizures.How old are you and are you still experiencing the discharge.You could tell me a little more that can help us to address this issue.

Sorry I didn't know I skipped this post.Anyway,everything seems normal except that no follicles were sighted in both ovaries.Normally on day one of your menses,there will be an increased amount of FSH from the pituitary gland.This is when primary follicles will begin to mature.
After a while, FSH secretions will begin to reduce as estrogen production increases.
After this stage a primary follicle will still be growing.Which will in the process of time burst open to release oocyte during ovulation for fertilisation.
From that result No follicles were sighted in both ovaries.what cycle day did you take this test?

I just saw something in ur earlier posT PID.That is pelvic inflammatory disease.This what may have hindered your conception.You will to treat it fast.Your hubby needs to be treated to as he may have contacted it.Please see a Doc ASAP.

* Follicle Scan result: Dated 27/10/12: Moderately bulky uterine shadow 76.4mm*47.9mm with clear endometrial echo and containing small focal masses one measuring 14.0mm transdiametre. The right ovary contans a dorminant follicle measuring 21.3mm transdiametre.

*Repeated on the 30/10/12: Ruptured follicle noted on the 15th day of menstrual cycle

November 2012: 11th - 14th
*Follicle Scan result: Dated 23/11/12: Follicle sighted in the right ovary (18mm) yet to attain maximum ovulation diametre range
* Follicle Scan result: Dated 26/11/12: Previously sighted Follicle in the right ovary (23mm)has attained maximum ovulation diametre range
* Follicle Scan result: Dated 28/11/12: Previously sighted Follicle in the right ovary has contracted with internal heemorrhage confirming ovulation

December 2012: 10th -13th
No Follicle tracking

January 2013 9th-12th
* Follicle Scan on 21/1/13: No follicle sighted in both ovaries
PELVIS:
USS shows a normal sized uterus with an AP diameter of 4.6cm. The outline is regular. The endometrial plate appears normal. The myometrial texture is normal. The Adnexae is free bilaterally. Both ovaries are normal in sizes and shape. Pouch of douglas is free. No free pelvic collection sighted. No fibroid. No cyst. No cyesis or retained products.
ASSESSMENT:
Normal Pelvic Sonogram

* Follicle Scan on 23/1/13: Immature follicle sighted in the left ovary (15mm)
* Follicle Scan on 25/1/13: Previously sighted Follicle in the left ovary still immature (16mm)
* Follicle Scan on 28/1/13: Previously sighted Follicle in the left ovary had contracted with internal hemorrhage confirming ovulation

February 2013: 11th - 14th
* Follicle Scan on 25/2/13: No follicle sighted in both ovaries. I will follow up on thursday, 28th


I have gone for hormone test on the 24/9/12 and the results:
LH= 47.8
FSH= 30
PRL= 19.1
PROG= 0.5.

Questions:
With these information listed above, how do i calculate my ovulation and my luteal phase since my menstrual cycle is irregular.
Is it normal for my ovulation to be long or irregular in no of days.
Most times, i dont see any sign or stomach ache that shows that am ovulating except i go for scan. Is there any other method.

The doctor placed me on drugs:Duphaston(3 satchets), Parodel(2 bttles) and M2 Tone (3mths) and i started with pregnantcare conception(2 packets) this november.

Some are advising me to go for HSD. Pls advise[/color].

Your doctor placed on parlodel to balance your hormones.Your hormones are not balanced and from what I read of your results,follicle formation is an issue.I will advice you use natural supplements and natural good foods that consists of vegies and fruits.I do not know how old you are but you can look in th ttc thread to read up some of the foods that you can eat.
But for now now natural supplements will do.

Yes,many of all these treatments that involves removing tumors and the likes by surgery usually grow back because the underlying within the system has not been fixed.So they will grow again as long as the major cause is not removed.

Contraceptives are bound to upset your periods.It may take some time for you to see your period again.

And the last time I went to scan,no ovary cyst was found,uterus and fallopian tube are ok, and the gyno wrote at the Impression space: PID,POD. Please what does that mean? Please I need a reply. You are likely to ovulate midway in ur cycle.Between the 10th and 13th day of ur cycle.But watch out for increased temp,tender bossom,increased s3x urge and maybe a slight pain on the lower abdomen.
To increase ur cervical mucus,drink lots of water,do not take medications for cold,take mucinex too (may help).

There are drugs but I will advice you use natural based supplements for releif.There are natural supplements around you that you can use. Reason is that stress is part of the pains you are experiencing and you have to control the amount of stress your body goes through.These supplements also help to relieve stress.
But make sure you take warm baths,or use heating pads.
Eat fresh fruits which includes bananas during this periods.

The fact remains that the purpose of the NYSC has been abused.It no longer serves the purpose of its establishment.Thousands of innocent people have lost their lives cos of NYSC.And the funny thing is that NYSC is just serving a very selected few feeding fat from system

As far as I am concerned and I will stand on it any day.NYSC should be scraped.If half of the allowee given to corpers are given to them to start something even if it is after an intensive business training.It will go a long way to reduce this unemployment issues.

But some people have held on to the continuation of a programme that ends up wasting one year (and in some cases wastes the whole life)off the lives of promising graduates because of selfish interest.

Change is a constant thing in life.Let the gov or whatever institution running NYSC look for alternative programmes that will enhance the lives of people.

Richard Turere, 13, had reason to despise lions while growing up with his family on a ranch in Kenya: The beasts routinely killed their livestock, which he was largely responsible for. Rather than fret, however, the clever boy put his mind to work and devised an invention that not only deters lions, but does so without killing or injuring them.

(Lions, whose numbers have shrunk to an alarming level, are vital to the ecosystem and valuable as a tourist attraction in nearby Nairobi National Park. The park boasts the world's largest concentration of lions, which often perceive livestock on nearby ranches as easy pickings.)

The invention, one what has proved remarkably successful after a series of other experiments had failed, stemmed from Turere's discovery, when he was 11, that lions became skittish at night when people walked around with flashlights.

"I discovered that the lions were scared of the moving light," he told CNN.

He gathered dozens of LED lights and rigged them to a battery and solar panel that powered the family television. He devised a way to make the lights flash and placed the bulbs on poles surrounding the livestock enclosure.

The nighttime livestock raids ended, and Turere's "Lion Lights" system is now widely used in the region, helping ranchers deal with the predators in a manner that no longer has to involve shooting them.

"I did it myself, no one taught me, I just came up with it," Turere said. "I had to look after my dad's cows and make sure that they were safe."

Because of his ingenuity, and his adeptness at engineering without training and with limited resources, Turere was invited to Southern California for this week's 2013 TED Conference, where he has shared a platform with other top innovators. He also received a scholarship to Brookhouse International School in Nairobi, where he now studies.

urere shared two of his previous lion-deterring ideas at the conference. One involved fire but that backfired, he said, because "it was helping the lions see through the cowshed."

Another was a scarecrow. "I was trying to trick the lions. But lions are clever," he said, explaining that on the first day the lions saw the scarecrow and fled, but on the second they realized the scarecrow wasn't moving and killed several cows.

Of being invited to the TED Conference, according to an event blog post, Turere told the crowd: "A year ago I was a boy in a savannah grassland. I saw planes fly over and I said I'd be inside one day. I had a chance to come by plane for the first time for TED. My dream is to become an aircraft engineer and pilot when I grow up."

To be sure, for this bright kid, the sky seems to be the limit.

If there is anything happening to you,possibly hormonal imbalance.It is not a sign of pregnancy,your body is just telling all is not well.I will advice you see a doc and correct the imbalance.

I plan on conceiving in March and i have worked so hard to keep track of my fertile /(Ovulation) period for 6month now so i dont have to take any pill or get pregnant before then. But this month exactly on my ovulation day i was intimate with my husband and i suspect i might take in so i took a preventive pill immediatly after(the reason for this is cus of my Work). Now i fear my circle will change and will properly see my period twice next month. From the past my circle interval is exactly 28days

ques1:You will have to really know when you ovulate withing these bi monthly periods you are anticipating.I will advice you to take heed to the ovulation signs so that you can take advatage of that period.

Well,before you see your college health officer.Pls do the following.

1.Drink plenty of fluids (water),this will help in flushing the bacteria out and wash it away.Usually effective if taken within 24 hrs after you experience symptoms.

2.You can also take orange juice as orange is acidic and can help kill bacteria.

3Whenever you feel like urinating please do so without delay.Also make sure you empty your bladder completely when you ease urself.

4.Make sure you do not take carbonated drinks like coke and the likes as they can make symptoms worse.

5.If you have the opportunity,use warm water over the Instruments when you urinate so as to reduce burning sensations.

6.No sex during this period.(For other readers).

I do not know what you intend to market but if it has to be an info product then it must be HOT CAKE.
I have observed quickly that info marketers use less of facebook and of course it points to something
"they are not profiting by placing ads on fb" simple.

Take a look around facebook take note of ads that point to a site that is selling information.
Check them in a week or two and see if they are still there.
Observation will help you just look around.

I will advice you go to the nearest family planning centre around you.You can locate them in health centres around your area.There are other alternatives to the use of condoms.Meet them there with your hubby and they will advice appropriately.

I ran an ad in the entertainment express last December.No conversions.
This is my honest conclusion,
Newspaper ads does not really boost online sales.Except maybe success digest and we all know why.I have ran ads with the guardian,Moments or so and now entertainment express, same results.Guardian about 3 sales, ran another, no sales, ran another, no sales.So I looked elsewhere.

But I get better conversions when I run my ads online.Every other ad network I have used online except facebook(poor conversions which I had about 4 sales after hammering them to buy)have been good.
I will conclude by saying except you are running a full page ad on our national dailies for your website you may just be burning your cash.But if you have an offline office,then something will happen.
For your websites, look to run your ads from online sources or run a big ad in our dailies.

Yes there are signs just like you have stated above,others include
1.Mid cycle spotting
2.Fuller vag lips
3.Increased sensitivity in breast.
4.Increased sexual feelings
5.Increased energy levels.
6.Pains or aches around ovaries and uterus
7.Increased signs of vision,smell and taste
8.Abnormal bloating.
These are secondary signs.Just a few.

If you use pills then maybe you have to stop using them as they alter hormones in the body that permits skipped period or mid cycle spotting.
Another is stress.As much as possible take care of your mind and body.Eat healthy and of course moderately eat lots of fruits and vegies.And also relax yourself and do not be bothered as it has a way of correcting itself.
And if it persits,go for an hormonal assay and see if you can correct your hormonal balance.
