@all,I will like to spice this place a bit.I want to help just one person on this thread.If it is you then read on.
Many people look at information marketing as selling info products on the internet but to me it all about making money from the information online.

It is not child's play to make something on the internet either.But one can earn.I have been earning from the internet from time to time sellnig info produts.I had a site that I was selling from but over time I had stopped buying traffic and they were not buying anymore.So I was not making money from that site any longer.

I really needed N150,000 to meet up a vital basic need.I had the time frame on my hands and all i did was to pray for direction and provision to meet that need.

But one morning I realised I had only 2weeks left without signs of money showing anywhere but I had a settled mind.I took a walk as usual that morning and as usual I got inspiration.So i decided to run with it at least I was doing something in a positive direction that will provoke God to bring me my much desired N150k.

The bottom line is that;

I had to sell something to get that sum.

What did I have.
1.I had N7K in my account out of which I had to pay out 3k for my hosting.
2.A domain name(which I been using before) and web hosting account.
3.At least 20hrs power supply every 4 days.
4.My computer and internet connection.
5.Adequate knowledge.
6.My lazy self.
7.Nairaland.

My Short coming;
I do not like typing that long often.

All the above is what I used to raise N150K in less than 2weeks.
It was simply just using what I had to get what I wanted with the power Of God.

From the test results,everything seems normal except that your uterus is tilted backwards but that should not be an issue until the doctor says so.For the PCOS,what have you done about it since you have been diagnosed?

Features are consistent with Subserous Uterine Myoma (small sized). No complex ovarian cyst noted. Sizeable echo-free fluid collection is noted within the cul-de-sac, ? Patient on menses. Adnexae are relatively free. No gross ovarian lesion noted. Both ovaries are normal in size, shape and echo-texture.

Advice from the scan
1.Go for HSG an x-ray that shows the inside and surrounding of the Uterus and fallopian tubes.
2.Also go for hormonal assay.
3.Go for Folliculometry test to measure the size of your follicles using ultra-sound.
5.Husband adviced to go for Sperm Funtional Analysis (SFA)

For some months now, I noticed that about a week to the next period I become feverish with serious migrane headache and my eyes feel dry. But immediately the period shows up, I feel very okay. What could be causing this.

When I complained to the medical person treating me, she said my progesterone is low that I should increase my intake of vitmin b6, vitamin E and m2-tone. Somebody also suggested I should buy progesterone tablet and start taking immediately after ovulation. Am trying to get pregnant and I dont know if all these hormone treatments am taking are messing up with my system. There is an injection she gives ( i cant remember the name but must be an hcg) very early in the morning of my ovulation day, I dont know if it is what has caused my hormones to become imbalanced.

That means some form of ovulation was detected but doctors will prefer to see a level of 10 on a natural cycle to confirm normal ovulation cycle.
How many days do you have in your menstrual cycle?

In addition to what ACM10 wrote above,here is an interpretation of the result

FSH - 4.3mIU/ml, Your Follicle Stimulating hormone (FSH) is excellent.
It is used as a way to determine the level of your ovarian reserve.

LH - 1.7mIU/ml Luteinizing Hormone (LH) ok

Prolactin - 6.0mIU/l ok

Progesterone - 9.0nmol/L Will like to know if test was conducted on Day 3 of your cycle or Day 7 after
ovulation.
