If you have such amount of money and you've not figured out what venture you want to use it for, chances are that you will squander it on a wrong venture. My advice is 2-fold.
1.Find a trustworthy existing business and invest in it till you are sure of a venture you can be profitable in then you can withdraw your capital.

If you are sure you are a farmer, go and open an account with the nearest Bank of Agriculture to you and run it for some months. I think you'll be able to apply for a loan that you can use specifically for farming. You'll get more gist from the bank guys tho. You can also join a farmer's cooperative. I do hope this helps.

From the lil reading i did, i think ur usage of the word 'mad' here is rather vague. However, there are quite a number of mental issues a baby can have while developing and most are quite tricky to detect until the baby begins to exhibit certain abnormal behaviours.
This is my lil layman logomachy.
