PointZerom: Just listen to yourself, if pastors are scammers, why then should you take people to them for deliverance, or are you the one to conduct the deliverance?
The same Bible you folks claim to follow warned about Adeboyes, Olukoyas, Oyakhilomes and Okoties of this world. But you ignore the Bible and falsely proclaim to be christians.
Lordcenturion2: He should keep it up, no be him fault nau, some mumu go dey inside that church, sit down there with empty stomach and some go dey there without a job after 7 years of joblessness, mumu people full this country,u will see them here contributing their last kobo to rich yahoo yahoo pastors, by this time next year, u will see them dragging 10kg of atiku rice with vegetable oil and 500 naira to prepare it. I don't even know how much they still owed this pastors and his church that make them keep paying every Sunday, and the sharp pastor will also pay 5,000 to 10,000 naira as his tithe in front of his congregation, from where he see that money for tithes?, no be from people's tithes? And where his own tithe is going?, see brain.
U will never hear ur pastor rejecting ur money even if that money is a blood money, they will just collect everything, they don't want to know how or where u get those money, they don't want to know either u robbed or kill someone before u get that money, just keep bringing them to the house of lord, god doesn't reject money..
If you want to sow a seed, go to ID camp or disable people in ur environment, show love to people that are suffering, support orphanage homes, homeless people, help those people that are swimming in abject poverty and u will see the rewards greatly. Don't waste ur money unnecessary and if u you are not financially stable, please don't make yourself poor permanently, keep ur money and find the way to expand it or feed ur family, look at Nigeria right now, things are getting worst despite that people keep praying to god that come from foreign land, I mean the one that touch Pharaoh's heart by hardened it but can't touch the heart of our leaders, u will even see ur pastors eating and dining with this corrupt politicians and laughing together ,they will give them special attention when they visit, but what about u as a member?,u can't be recognised. A lot of countries who are not religious are living a better life because they show love to each other, they respect and support each other , and they have good leaders who care and love them, no gods will come from heaven to turn Nigeria to paradise, don't let people deceive u...
You missed the point. Nigerians do yahoo plus, sell their kidneys and even perform questionable rituals to make money. Do you really believe that these pastors are milking their followers with words of mouth? Those suckers are under spells. People get into one-chance cabs and are hypnotized to bring money kept at home. What makes you think that these scammer pastors do not go to that extent to milk their followers. Come on...we are talking about money here. The love of money is the root of evil. If you have a family member under their spell, the best you can do is take the person for deliverance. It is not ordinary for a man to watch another man embezzle his money and still be glad to be a victim. //
comshots: How can members of your church bought a private jet for you and you did not question the source's of that money?Pastor Chris is a parasite who disguise as a man of God to swindle members of his church.Sorry to say.
If you combine the networth of all the artists listed, then come carry their ancestors own join...dem no go fit buy the jet.
Instead of Chris to say e don buy jet wey dey hungry am since...he come dey yarn nonsense.
Hassanabioduna: Q1. A new survey has to be done cos the new owner of the land need to have a survey plan with his/her name on it for documentation purpose and proof of ownership.
Q2. For the bush entry fee, the agent just want to collect extra money from you
An owner wants to sell his land that is within a city and was already surveyed (the record is available and verifiable).
It is bad enough that they are calling millions like it is going out of existence and then the agents came up with these: 1. Agents' fee 2. Lawyer's fee 3. Bush entry fee. 4. Surveyor's fee.
Q1: Why does the land need another survey? Q2: What is bush entry fee and how is it applicable in this case?

Built2last: Excuse Arthur. The guy is one of the mega wealthy and it's in their blood.they tilt towards anything that protects their wealth.
Read up on Arthur Ezeh and Gen. Sani Abacha.
He goaded Abacha to remain the President of Nigeria until the latter died mysteriously. Arthur Ezeh will say and do amything to remain relevant. Don't forget that he was GEJ's right hand man. Don't expect any loyalty from Arthur Ezeh.
rozay12345: When files are deleted, they are never truly erazed from memory, every device OS works with the same storage option locally. With a proper magnetizing device, you can always retrieve deleted files. The binary codes are only hashed in memory and the pointer to them is no longer known, i won't mind you reading up on this.
You are trying to explain Computer science on NL?
Good luck. Why even bother? The best response you will get will be a joke.

Real estate deals in PH is marred by dearth of professionalism. I was trying to lease 2 plots and the price was very exorbitant. Why lease when I can buy? I decided on outright purchase. Now check this out:
Agents' fee: 5% Attorney's fee: N70k ( I had to correct some grammatical errors in the deed and had the lawyer redo it. Yep! So much for professionalism. Bush entry: N50k (What the hell is that?) Survey: N?
Excluding the agents' fee and cost of lands, I gave them N200k. Does it even make any sense?
Nedfed: My elder brother happen to be a Managing direction of a private Organisation. The Organisation conducted aptitude test and interview for the qualified applicants on Monday, but only 6 out of 25 applicants were picked (4 mens and 2 ladies). This afternoon while I was in his office, he showed me the names and the Cv of those people. But to my greatest surprise my Ex who break my heart back then at the Polytechnics happen to be among. This lady drop me purposely because am from a poor home and follow another guy despite all the love and cares I show her. I think this is the pay back time, Should I block her way? Cause what she did then is still fresh in my heart.
Obviously you have not learned a lesson.
No condition is permanent. You had nothing and she left you. Now she is at your mercy and you want to repeat her mistake. Her dumping you could be a blessing in disguise. But you chose not to see it that way.
Is there any guarantee that you will not need her assistance in future? You never know. Just saying. There is no guarantee that your position today is permanent just as your poverty induced position years ago was not permanent.
OboOlora: Jeez! What's really going on in that country. U guys seem to be eating anything, snakes monitor lizards, turtles, orangutan. Would not be surprised if y'all start eating each other. God punish Buhari
LOL.
You wey dey eat hotdog and sausage if you know all the orisirisi wey dey inside, you go throw up.
By the trend, will IPOB be armed? It is a matter of time.
Na clap dem dey take enter dance.
FG should nip the bud at this early stage. But then..Nigerians are known to be up for hire. Some politician could have hired 20 men to play this Nollywood script to curry favour from Buhari.
It doesn't make sense. If there was power failure, they could have ventilated him manually as long as artificial airway is in place. They killed the man. Power failure is not a valid excuse.
majekdom2: All these people that have made no tangible mark in life preaching about tithing. Ask Michael Faraday, John Rockefella, Bill Gates, Kiyashoki about Tithing/ giving to charity, then come back and let's hear your story.
/ Tithing is not giving to charity. Some of you cannot give satchet water to a beggar on the street but are quick to fvck over cash to sweet-sounding, curse-threatening hustlers masquerading as men of God. I think stupidity is worse curse than poverty. \
Gracesofar: Hello pals and car gurus. I will go straight to the point, I HV dz Toyota Camry with Nigerian name muscle. Although its barely 2 month old and working perfectly buh a friend recently told me I should not wait for the car to start having issue that its best I always run a diagnostic test on it at intervals.
I rili dnt know much about diagnostic test but I know. Its about the car computer processor, micro chips etc. So the question I have is, 1.has anyone ever run a diagnostic test on his car here?
2. how often should it be?
3.Without the car having any issue is their a point running a diagnostic test on it? Because the longest distance the car has gone is between Kaduna to ibadan around sept and also Ibadan to Enugu that same sept. And the final question,
4. Is their any reliable diagnostic center in Enugu or any nearest village to it and and estimated value of its cost
Your additions and referrals are so welcome.
Scan is to find the cause of a fault not to preempt it. If a car is acting up, scanning tells you why. Scanning tells you the faults and not what will be faulty in future. I am not sure there is any used car that runs efficiently.
Ovokoo: The debate about whether to pay tithe or not has been raging for some time in the Nigerian Christendom. With controversial OAP, Daddyfreeze stoking the embers. Different pastors have responded but have failed to give scriptural evidence of the aforementioned. FInally, the Pastor of the Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo has come out to disclaim the claims that Tithing is no biblical.
Funny that he could not come up with even a verse in the Bible to support the scam. He kept blabbling about inconsequential and unrelated scenarios.
Simple questions: Mr. Oyedepo, are you a Levite? Are you even an Isreali? Has God ever spoken to you? Which God or god gave you all those silly predictions you came up with a few years back?
Oh by the way....not even a mention of salvation. Just giving, giving and giving. LOL. SMH.
Billyonaire: InvertedHammer, congratulations, you are the most tolerant person on this forum on this subject that has raised valid points, by introducing the 'Rules of the Game' analogy and I must say, I am impressed and I feel challenged to re-appraise my point of view again. I, in all honesty, on my journey through Life, seeks to grow daily in knowledge, hence I go through the threads and respond only to wise challenges and view points as I am not interested in popular opinions, but the ones like yours are the ones I listen to, in order to become a greater version of myself.
Granted, that you have introduce the Rules of The Game analogy into the Equation, but remember, the existing problems in this world are because a strata of people, Humans ofcourse are stereotyped, classified and stigmatized. We must understand that this is a fact. For example, Tattoos are not considered 'proper' in a 'corporate' culture. But then we are the same people saying that the Corporate Culture is an imperfect manufacturer of unemployment, denial of service and out-right fraud. If there is a rule which prevents the corporate world from absorbing staff who have body art, by not making attempt to 'understand', 'innerstand' and 'overstand' not just 'know' that tattoo wearers 'must' be bad.
Stay with me on the point. The Rule of This Game, is what makes many jobless and homeless, and the rule of the game equally encourages flirting, office romance, exortic marketing skills, contract jobs and generates impossible Targets for workers to meet up. And makes our homes full of stress. You can see, that your argument seeks to maintain a status quo, but I am saying that the Rules are not Just.
Justice can only be achieved when the Rules of the Game are products of WISE decision making process that tailors the need to judge people by their actions and contents of characters and not by their tattoos.
So, you can see, in my point of view, there is no Rule of the Game that is worth our support, such Rules should be trashed if our planet is to make headway. We must begin to reason based on the First Principle. The Young Man needs a job so he can have access to Food, Shelter and Clothing. And if fellow Humans deny him access to using his sweat, tears and blood to achieve those basic needs, then what society are we building ?
Are we so proud of the corporate culture the way it is now ? I think to change this world to a better place, we must begin to disband the Rules of the Games that are no longer serving us, all of us. We must make Rules of Game that seeks to incorporate everyone irrespective of their body type, etc.
And I want you all to know that if you have ever judged someone based on their tattoo, you are just an augmented racist, cos it is just a higher way of judging a skin color, while the tribalist are the on lower end of the mentally challenged bestiality scale. The more we are educated, the less human we become and we begin to Challenge what is considered norm by the rest of the 'masses'. I guess this is why the best minds seek to live in isolation and never care to air their opinions, because they just see the rest of the humans as dumb and easy to be used.
My point is; There is no Rules of Games here, it is just an ignorant mindset that has found its way into corporate cultures.
The Designers, who partook in the Design of the Human Body, are impressed that we can even modify our bodies to become what ever we want. It is the reason we are being modified always to look better than the past generation of human species.
Race: One is born into a particular race. No other option. Gender: Either male or female or hermaphrodite or Bobrinsky. I frown at people being ostracized for what they have no control over. Getting a tattoo is not one of them. Like they say, forewarned is fore-armed. We live in a highly judgmental world and any rational being should know how to adapt. It is a necessity of life. Racism is wrong and abhorable. Infact it is punishable under the law. However there are some neighbourhoods I have no business entering because I am black just as other races are limited in which areas they can move to or live in. That is common sense at work considering that we don't live in a perfect world.
If this man has his own business, no one would care. But businesses have shown that they are biased against tattoos. What would a sane person do? Don't get hideous tattoos if you want to be employed. A third class graduate can moan all he/she wants, the fact is that businesses prefer first class graduates. The options are vivid: Get stellar grades and increase your odds or remain unemployable. The same goes for tattoos. The hatred for tattoos in the employment arena is known to all. But this kid just had to prove a point. And he did.
