So unless you can show us where in your Region you managed to develop with your sweat, without it becoming capital, and receiving massive government help, dont talk about development with South East

I reside in PH and I drive a 2009 Camry V6 Engine. For close to two months, my car has been dealing with me. I have tried several mechanics all to no avail. The car idles rough in drive mode but not in neutral or park mode, it does not shift smoothly and fuel consumption is so high. I have changed all 6 spark plugs, all ignition coils, catalyst converters and fuel pump all to no avail. I really do not want to keep spending hard earned money changing things with no result.
