For EA applicants that have gotten results already, does anyone know if your class of graduation(grade) affects the assessment outcome? Say for someone with a third class in Engineering, is a +ve assessment insight at all?

I've never heard of that in Nigeria. Everything is done at the Immigration Office located in your State. I only know about renewal here in UAE , you first pay online and afterwards pay at the Embassy with your credit card.

Or maybe its something new and can be paid online in Nigeria for a passport.

Of course it's in operation, but not so effective I suppose, due to low I. T management

Is legal,you can apply online and then with your pin that the will give u,u will now proceed to the nearest immigration office to you for you other proceedings and collection.....but for more relaxed proceedings,just go with ur money to any immigration office near to u"it most not be d 1 in ur own state,rather any state u re"....when I did mine,I did it express,applied and collected it same day @ 27k (East part of d country) kalas

Why do these simple things don't work in dis countrinent of Nigeria. It woulda made a whole lot of sense for the process was seamless.

International Passport online? Have never heard of such before. It can only be done in passport office in your state, mostly the state capital

I meant applying online, paying online, and just going to the passport office for data capturing/bio

So if someone assesses with EA and the outcome is positive, does that person automatically become a member of EA? or still has to register and screen with them?

I am sure you will get a response this week with EA. If you have your 60points on lockdown you will indeed get your invite for 189 by June22. You can also apply for NSW (190) sponsorship with swift chances of getting selected. Make sure not to use one EOI for both because you don't know which one will come first. I used seperate EOI's and got both invitations 189 & 190. I'm running with 189 though. Asper my masters I did it in Griffith uni in queensland. Its quite flexible there and you can apply for credits for prior learning so u get advanced standing and shorten your masters from 2yrs to 1.5yrs or if you are doing the 1.5yr option you can shorten to 1yr. However u won't be elligible for post work study if you pull this stunt. Therefore the only alternative is to get the 8points with the ielts and skip the postworkstudy to PR straight, which is what I did.
If you come via PR, in my opinion, it will be useless to do a masters. You should only consider it if you get a job. Then you can run it part time. You should instead focus on getting Australian experience through internships or industry placements. No one here really cares about your grades or number of degrees but your experience.[/quote]
