Sorry about d denial, I have been finding it difficult to even secure a supervisor at that institution. Please can u advice me with a sample of introduction letter or essay u sent you supervisor that attracted him /her.

It's precisely 29,991 AU$ for 12 months. The program length is 12months. You won't be able to apply on your own, you will be asked to go thru an agent.

Just use PFL. Newcastle didn't require English when I applied. I just wasted my time writing ielts tests. Got an offer letter from the school very quick!

That being said, u total fees (I.e. Say about 33,000) is it for a year? 18months or 2yrs?

1. Consent letter from the father for the issuance of Nigerian Standard E Passport
2. Certificate of birth from National Population Commission
3. Fathers data page of international passport
4. 2 passport photograph of the child

@jayooh, to be honest ,my practice wasnt really organized, am usually busy at work and I try to go through some materials I found online in the evenings. In actual fact I had just four days to practice and I did that for just one evening.
In all I would advice you spend more time practicing and be relaxed on test day.
Just get on the PTE website , every info u need to register and centres are there for u.

Thanks for the direction. Had no idea at all. I have done it now and it indicated that the scores would reach the destination on a day or two.

Just to mention to everyone, I think the PTE Academic is not bad at all. Anyone intending to write an English test should go for it , though quite pressured, you need to concentrate fully for the 3hrs you have to complete it. But its quite rewarding in the end.

Just wanna share with the house, I'm getting classified gist that Aus government plans on cancelling the SVP exercise in naija from Jan1.
Though, its unconfirmed and nothing official is out, but if u can don't dilly-dally with your SVP apps. Get it done soonest.

I only used scanned copies of my documents all through, no hard copies at all.

I did not use Recommendation letters but I believe if you are using them, then it can be scanned and uploaded too.

I used an English test (IELTS), it us required and each course has its own minimum score.

the deposit is 8k AUD plus your OSHC.

UQ is efficient in my own experience. I got my offer in under 2weeks and my eCoE in like 2days after after my payment was received. When I needed my OSHC corrected, it took like a week plus to get another eCoE but I called them and the explained. I got it 2days after the call. if you are calling them, just have your student no handy.

Sorry this is coming a bit late, I have not been regular on NL as I used to be.
I applied directly to UQ, no agents. I consider agents unhelpful in most instances. For example, my first choice ...

I polished my SOP, went online and spent like 15mins filling out the admission form on UQ's website. I sent them the same docs I used for the earlier encounter with Flinders and in a week, I got a mail asking me to choose the specialisation I want. In less than 2 weeks I got an unconditional offer. I paid and got my eCoE. I only needed to speak with the school on the phone only once.

flinders reversed themselves and gave me an unconditional offer but it was too late.

I'm hoping to lodge for the 573 next week after renewing my passport this week.

First of all, I am not "sir" Well, I applied through PFL at one edufair they organized in September in Abuja. English Language test is mandatory. I advise you find time to register and take the test asap if you are interested. I think the application deadline to Uni Queensland is 30th Nov. I hope this helps.

I have applied to Uni of Queensland for Masters in Public Health Program (SVP - 1.5years), and I'm considering another application to another school for the same course in order to boost admission chances. I want a programme of 1.5 (or 2 years preferably), and the school has to be under SVP. Anyone who has such schools that meet my criteria can help me post them biko. Deakin's MPH degree is 2 years, but I'm not sure if they are under SVP. Thank you again and again!

thanks so much for ur answers, the whole passport and payment option thingy was looking so tangled but you guys cleaned it up with just a few posts!

@bellong, UQ is more than willing to accept card payments, they even said they will divide the transactions into smaller units should my card's daily limit be exceeded.

It was all a good problem in the end cos during the past few days I went over all my docs again and after carefully comparing it with what was on the border.gov.au website, I realised my birth certificate might not meet their standard-- its not Full/unabridged. I'll be visiting the ppl at the NPC office in PH to see how quickly I can get the right paper.

the only way I can repay the good ppl of this forum is to do a concise stepwise write up of my experience after everything so others can pick a thing or two
