Having an exclusively Christian or Sunni or Shia Section is like preaching the Gospel only in Church. Okay, lets say you do that and invite non believers to attend Church to hear the Gospel. That may work, right? in the same vein, won't "outsiders" be at liberty to visit your section and comment as they see fit?
All that will be achieved is two or three Religion sections that are virtual clones of each other!

vicoloni: A close friend of mine just called to inform me that a young lady whom he just met casually recently just called and told him she is pregnant for him. He was still trying to absorb this rather funny claim only for her elder sister to call and rain threats on him.

My friend is a practising xtian and happily married with children. He claimed to have given her a lift about a month ago because she is the younger sister to a former neighbour.

If I didnt know my friend very well i would not have doubted the girl's claim.

Kindly offer advise on what he should do. I have a feeling some people are just trying to smear his good public name. My friend is a respected minister of God in my area.

In Nigeria, we construct Reinforced Concrete Framed Structures.

Problem is, we use portal frames, made up of only Columns and
Beams, bearing the Slabs and Walls.

So, like in the picture, what happens is that the central Columns,
which are subject to greater loading than those closer to the perimeter
(edges) are more susceptible to failure.

What we need to do is to introduce RC Shear Walls to serve as the core
of the Buildings. They traditionally house the lift wells and conveniences,
so we don't need to pass pipes through the Columns and Beams as is
the current practice.

Of course, the magomago wey contractors dem dey do na anoda
wahala,

I wish NSE and COREN can be empowered to carry out unscheduled
visits to construction sites to enforce adherence to Building Standards.

Plus, the practice of making Reinforcement Bars out of old, rusty metal
scraps doesn't help, either.
