GreenDestiny2:Lmao |
Juliusmalema:Don't let that stat deceive you. Your state is not any better in terms of per capital income and other economic indices. Go deep into villages in your state and you'll see many families still languishing in abject poverty! |
Juliusmalema:If you don't up your game, then remain stagnant! |
Cyberterror:Continue deluding yourself over some cooked up stats that don't reflect the reality on ground about Enugu state. Does any family from Enugu depend on you for anything I am sure none does! But like a typical Imo guy who likes to show a larger-than-life disposition about himself, you're here bragging and typing jargons about a people that are better than you. I have being to Imo and I know that you're not any better in terms of individual wealth! Forget all the hotels(brothels) littered all over Owerri that generate only meager income, there's no tangible economic ventures in Owerri. On many occasions in this forum, pictures of wretched families from Imo state have graced the front page as they solicit for help. Some you'll see and start shedding tears! So stop the braggadocio and face reality! While I agree that the entire southeast needs to up their economic activities, I'll not hesitate to expose your silly assesz when bigots like you try to put other states down just to feel good about yourselves. |
Replace that fattie as soon as possible! A man should not be cajoled into "managing" an unattractive lady when he has the money to acquire a better woman. No man should settle for less!!!! |
crackkhaus:The most annoying part is when they start creating boundaries between the man and his siblings in his house. That attitude annoys me like mad! |
crackkhaus:Thank you sir for this post! That's what I have been saying. Our fathers were the providers and we are ready and willing to also work hard and smart to be wealthy and also provide. But our mothers also knew their places as submissive wives and so, they were willing to accommodate and live with their co-wives and even concubines. So, our ladies should also be like our foremothers! Many of us have resolved not to even "toast" Nigerian ladies until we have made money on the condition that when we eventually marry them, the following rules shall obtain: 1. We must be able to use our money to 'acquire' other beautiful and sexy women just like we acquire latest car models...it doesn't matter if we marry such other ladies or not, they can be side chicks or whatever 2. You must not see yourselves as equal partners to us. Just take whatever level we decide to place you in our lives based on your submissiveness. Just be submissive, we'll "take care of your needs" in our own ways. 3. Our relatives must have unrestricted access to our homes and you must not question our decisions to accommodate a relative. You must allow us to use our discretion to decide who visits or who doesn't. I also expect Nigerian ladies to stop getting worried when a man insists on marrying virgin girls in their late teens and early twenties. He who has the money also has the right to make a choice. |
If not for unnecessary pressures from my mum and older siblings, I would have loved to remain single. I'll just work, make money and create a paradise on earth for myself. Then travel round the whole world! I'll hire some caregivers ( docs, nurses, physiotherapists, cooks and cleaners). Pay a good funeral home in advance to take care of my remains in the event of death. Of course, I'll will my wealth to charity and to deserving relatives. When I join my ancestors, I'll explain to them why I took the decision not to marry. But my mum wouldn't just let me be! |
If you were not really corrupt, you would do your job and not pay attention to such demands. |
And I love the demons called Bill and Melinda Gates! I wish I could achieve a tenth of what those two have achieved for humanity. |
Don't mind the foolish man that likes employing under 22 graduates as if that is a guarantee for increased productivity. Access bank will never grow considering that their useless age restriction policies on employment. |
khiaa:Why not Nigerian? I'm curious to know your reasons. Are you indulging in that which you preach against?? |
khiaa:I like the fact that you have grown some thick skins against our harsh words here. Thumbs up! |
Petyprincess:Why are you pained " I smell jealousy in your post " |
bujebudanu1:Because they lack logical capabilities, hence they fall easily for emotions and bigotry! Imagine marrying a guy because of mere religion! How shallow! |
Op, stay on course. Make sure you attend a good pharmacy school where you'll do a Pharm.D. With that you're qualified to take licensure exams like NAPLEX should you decide to travel to the Americas and practice. B.Pharm is no longer accepted for licensure in most developed countries. A Bpharm holder would need to do a Pharm.D conversion program before being licensed to practice in those countries, that's why some people think that nurses have better job opportunities abroad. In the UK, it is an MPharm; which is also higher than BPharm. Pharmacists too do have great job opportunities abroad but one needs to be appropriately qualified. |
This Ganduje of a man is the worst person to be in politics! He is too bitter to play politics abeg... |
2prexios:Yeah, I believe our weather might be at play in controlling the spread. Otherwise, we would have been having similar situations as in Ecuador where people were dying helplessly on the streets. |
Op, the ACT brand you took might not really be fake like you assumed. Abdominal pains is one of the adverse effects of Artemether plus lumefantrine ACTs. Others include diarrhea, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, headache, joint pains, muscle pains etc. So, it is highly possible that what you experienced was an adverse reaction to the drug. This is why we have been clamoring for the country to start getting things right as regards pharmacy practice in Nigeria. But the powers that be seem not interested in doing the right thing. The standard practice is that when a drug is dispensed to you, you get counselled about the drug and its possible adverse effects and interactions (with other drugs, foods and diseases) by a licensed pharmacist. By so doing, you'll know what to expect while using your drugs. But in Nigeria, everything goes! We have illiterates as politicians and they hardly understand the need to support our regulatory bodies like NAFDAC, PCN etc in checking how drugs are handled in the country. Majority of our politicians don't know that any investment they make in the health sector is a waste of resources without a thoroughly regulated drug market! Such lukewarm attitudes from the powers that be is what people are taking advantage of to bastardize our drug market. That is why some individuals would open pharmacies without employing a superintendent pharmacist to man the premises. That is also why you have quacks selling drugs in the name of patent medicine dealership with zero knowledge about drugs! I am very sure that 95% of Nigerians taking the same drug you took don't know that it has its contraindications, but let me leave that for another day. |
2prexios:If that is the case, we would have had the kind of situation in Italy. Anyway, anything to prevent further spread of the virus is OK by me. |
I don't know why I keep having this feeling that something is wrong somewhere with our covid19 test results in this country! I seriously suspect those test kits they're using! We should try to separate real cases from fake ones. |
kokakola:Exactly! I never knew ASUU would still be going on strike with the likes Osinbajo as VP |

Stop this mindset that northerners don't go to school or read books. Some smart medical doctors I know are from the north! |
when you tell Nigerians to stop bribing their ways into and through medical schools, they would think that you just want to talk! This is the time to know those whom were really called to be medical doctors. Nor be by " my pikin be doctor " |

Imbe! You cancelled my post without making any better argument! That makes you a dunce! I maintain that even WHO have not got all the facts about coronavirus! |
The truth is that even WHO seem to be confused about this coronavirus pandemic. They should desist from making uniformed comments about the virus but activate their research teams to embark on thorough scientific researches about the virus and its epidemiology. This would enable them come up with evidence-based information and not throw about unresearched news that would end up creating more hysteria about the virus. I strongly believe that those who recover from the infection won't be reinfected, else, China would have had things worse than it did! |
Too many ignoramuses on this thread! For those seeking to know, please be informed that NOBODY ELSE studies and knows pharmacology better than a Pharmacist! Only BSc holders who have gone further to do a PhD can measure up to an average BPharm graduate in the knowledge of pharmacology....fact! Studying pharmacy in good schools is so didactic that you hardly finds a graduated pharmacist who's lacking in knowledge of not only pharmacology but all the other disciplines that make up pharmacy. If I don't know how people pass through these BSc courses with Es, Ds, "sorting" etc, then I would have assumed any serious studies take place there, but I know better! As far as I am concerned, BSc degrees in all the "logies" and "mistries" like pharmacology, biochemistry etc impart only little or no knowledge! Come with a PhD and maybe then we can talk! |
That's how my nkanu people prepare our palm oil and it comes out very pure and tastes great! I just spent some couple of days in my village processing palm oil with my mum while waiting for ASUU strike to end. |
Nonsensical nonsense! |
