obembet: The marine mammal got stranded at Lumley Beach in Sierra Leone's capital. Many people from around Freetown capital came to watch the stranded whale. A tractor eventually helped move the mid-sized humpback back into the sea.
On the 23rd of June, 2021, the people of Sierra Leone found a big whale at the shores of Lumlay beach in Freeland.
According to the video that went viral on social media, many people were seen pouring water on the fish to keep it alive.
According to my research, this is the first time such a fish is appearing at the shores of that beach, and the size of the whale proves that it is still a baby.
Some policemen were at the beach to make sure the whale isn't killed.
In a video shared on Facebook, some persons were curious to know if the whale was alive.
CilicMarin: Many suspected members of the Eastern Security Network (ESN), the militia wing of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) group, were on Friday killed during raids of their camps in Imo State by police operatives.
The raid, which took place at Atta, Izombe and Ideato North areas of the state, was said to have commenced around 4am on Friday.
The Nation gathered operatives of the Intelligence Response Squad (IRT), Special Tactical Squad (STS), Anti-Kidnapping Unit (AKU) and other special forces carried out the operation and completely overran three camps allegedly belonging to IPOB/ESN.
Sources told The Nation that a commander of the group, who was earlier arrested, led operatives to the camps where several weapons, stolen vehicles, explosives, gun powders, charms, weed, ammunition, hard drugs and the group’s flags were recovered.
Although the number of suspects killed were not specified, a source privy to the operation said many were neutralised inside the forest during gun battles.
He said six of the suspects were apprehended and were currently aiding police investigation.

The best means of solving this problem is to pass a law compeling every Nigerian to at least start a small garden in thier vicinity. This will reduce the overdependence of food items from the rural communities. If our present youths can't go into farming, they should be made to understand the language of food scacity be forrce...

I was diagnosed with H. Pylori four weeks ago. The doctor told me that I have ulcer. He prescribed some drugs (Amoxicillin, clarithromacin, Omeprazole) I took the above mentioned drugs for ten days except the clarithromacin I took for seven days. I am still filling excessive heartburn and discomfort. I visited the doctor again, she asked me to continue the Omeprazole with Suspension Rulox, yet the symptoms persist.
Has anyone treated ulcer permanently? Please help a brother.
I have seen so many herbal medicine adverts, but don't know which one to try.
Thanks.
Omeprazole will make your bone weak after long term use.eg if you take it for like 3-6months. First make sure you have treated the Hypolori go for second test.
Then get alkaline water. You add little to the drinking water you take daily. Alternatively get apple cider vinegar add one teaspoon in two liter of water and be drinking the water always. Every night take two spoon of honey before you sleep. Ulcer will go. Note if you are slime apple cider will make you slimmer.you can balance your weight by taking 1 teaspoon of olive oil every two days Always take yogurt

Like, what does lair Muhammad know about VPN, data and the internet?"My advice to anybody using VPN is to stop it. Because when you use VPN, it exposes your entire data including your bank account. I'm serious. So please if you are using VPN and you think you are hurting liar Muhammad, you are hurting yourself. I think it's a good opportunity for our very resourceful Nigerians to also look at ehh how they can, you know, have an app that can replace twitter and it will be patronized by all of us..." — Liar Muhammad.
xtgozie: Kano-based scholar, Dr Abdallah Gadon Kaya, on Tuesday, raised concern over highbrow residential areas occupied exclusively by Igbos in the state.
He noted that such allowance creates a vacuum for disunity between the Igbos and their hosts.
In a video obtained and translated by Arewa Agenda, the scholar noted that the community exclusively occupied by the Igbos is located in Zungeru Road, behind Kano Airport.
He said “They have their massive gates, security and other facilities that prevent other people, especially indigenes from accessing. Government should not allow such to be happening when we can’t go to Onitsha, Aba or Enugu an create an exclusive place for Northerners or Muslims like that.”
Dr. Abdallah called on the state Government to promote policies that will harmonize the Hausas and Igbos in the area and bring about peaceful coexistence.
“We should not have such exclusive places, government should ensure there are mosques there and Kano indigenes should be given access to build houses too in such highbrow area,” he said.

Microsoft by TaboolaSponsored Links Also, a Political Commentator and Secretary Arewa Youths Council (AYC), Bello Shehu said “It dangerous, especially when some ethnic groups are clamouring for separation from the rest of the country to now allow one tribe to exclusively occupy an highbrow.
“Even though Arewa people are denied such privileges of owning business premises and estates in Igboland, we need to mix up to promote national unity, tolerance and brotherhood. That way, we can appreciate each other more and live peacefully together.”
Also, a security analyst who would not like to be mentioned states that, “let those from Kano be allowed to buy land and build houses there. Allowing this to continue will create another Igbo land within Kano and this is not good for security reasons otherwise anything can happen, especially with IPOB’s agitations by Nnamdi Kanu for Biafra Republic and other secessionists
“Once there is a crisis for example, such place can become a direct target, but with the coexistence, it will be difficult to target one tribe.””

Indomixx: Hello guys I've noticed over time that I'm a huge fan of graphic images. Anytime I see a post on nairaland where "graphic image" is, I rush to view it so I can see the graphic images. Those bandit stories where people are killed, bomb blasts involving dead victims actually thrill me, even accident scenes where people died . I don't know if something is wrong or I'm possesed. I need help, I don't think it's normal.

Rossiminku: OBJ was right. Whether you are Ibom Republic, Oduduwa Republic, Biafra Republic, or whatever.
The story will be the same.
Your new republic will be a tiny weak bitch of the western powers just like Equatorial Guinea. They have oil money, which one dictator just sits there sharing among his family and local/foreign cronies, while the population sees little to nothing.
Here's what your president would do.
He will hire foreign mercenaries from say Israel or USA, plus his elite troops to guard his palace, and he will clamp down on opposition, be highly corrupt, and he will have the backing of the western powers.
If he tries to turn good leader and develop the country, he will be assassinated or have western-sponsored rebels sent against him, to topple him.
That's how it works with small, resource-rich African countries.
That's the script that been in operation since before you were born.
Today, you live in a country that has the power and authority to ban Twitter, a major international player.
Your tiny new republic's President will not have the audacity or capacity to ban Twitter.
One threatening phone call from a US marshal, or the French President's SECRETARY, to topple the government in a coup or military invasion, and the idea will be dropped like a hot potato.
unity begger what has your imagine strong federal character republic achieve?
I mean, the French govt will be all over you like a rash.
They specialize in subjugating and robbing small West African countries.
Your leader couldn't do anything without their express approval.
They might force you to adopt the French Franc, using all sorts of blackmail methods, denying you a currency, and controlling your money flow.
Are Nigeria's problems insurmountable? Hell no. All it takes is a change of administration to a southern president, as per rotation policy, in a year and half, and suddenly, the south holds power to change things, like PDP did for 16 years (and misused it).
The new southern administration could restructure Nigeria to their hearts content, and that would be that.
Why PDP never did this, I haven't a clue. Expecting a northern administration to now do it, is madness, when YOU couldn't do it as a southern govt.
The Fulani threat is seriously overblown.
Where were they in the 16 years of PDP rule?
Nowhere. They were quiet.
So they are not worth breaking Nigeria up for.
So Nigeria is doable.
Your solution is not to turn into little, insignificant Sierra Leones, Togos, and Malawis.
''Weak republics'', as they were termed by General Olusegun Obasanjo, respected African statesman.
Nations who sneeze, and nobody hears.
Nigeria must stand.
The ONE black nation on Earth that can ban Twitter.
Have them crawling to her to beg for forgiveness, being Africa largest and most buoyant internet ecosystem.
You will miss Nigeria if you lose Her.
The light of the Giant of Africa, the hope of every black man on Earth, Africa's largest economy and rising superpower, the cultural, musical, film, fashion and sports capital of Africa, projected to become the world's 3rd most populous nation after India and China BY 2050, VIRTUALLY GUARANTEEING her industrial and economic advancement, and her investment magnet status as the world's 3rd largest consumer market, THAT LIGHT, THAT HOPE OF THE BLACK RACE, NIGERIA, must not be extinguished from the Earth.
What has your so call strong federal charcter republic achieve...
