I have seen this happening to people that in some cases, they grow to become a big obvious growth. I don't want that to happen to me please. I don't even know what it is called in English but I have applied some ointments to treat it but none seems to work, rather it is spreading the more. Was chatting with my gf this morning and I asked her to come meet at my house she said NO! That this year no sex that if i can't handle it i should forget about it. Although we had sex last year but this year she just said no.
