Good morning everyone, so let me just go straight to the point.

My elder sister has been dating this guy for more than a year now, she became pregnant months into the relationship and he begged her to keep the child, that he was going to marry her.
So she did and about two months ago, she gave birth to a boy.
Just like he said, he started making moves to marry her, she took him to see my uncle (because our dad is late), alongside with one of his brothers, they also went to see some of my aunties; as well as my Mum. So basically everyone knows them together in our extended family, as well as the street where my sister stays (she resides in Enugu State), because he usually goes to spend time with her and I must admit that he has been really nice to her and made sure she has been comfortable and never lacked anything.
Along the line, my sister started suspecting that this her husband to be has been avoiding picking up strange numbers calling him, she asked him but he told her not to worry.
Fast forward to earlier this week, she stumbled upon a text he received from one unsaved number, the text was begging him to allow the sender to atleast come visit him, apparently; this same guy was already married before and already had two grown children before he left the marriage for reasons which she didn't tell me, so his children have been making efforts to reach their father as their mother went to dump them with his brothers and went her way..

When my sister confronted him, he had to open up to her and apologised, stating that he wanted to start another life and couldn't tell her from the beginning because he didn't want to lose her..

Now my sister is in a dilemma, their traditional marriage was scheduled to hold by the end of this year and he has already started making efforts to officially pay her bride price.
Her two options are:
1. Leave him and become a single mother at this young age (she's a student of NOUN and does business which he supported her to expand).
2. Stay with him and accommodate the children from his former wife.

I don't see a problem. When you fail to do your due diligence, things like these are bound to happen. Let's not dwell on that anyways.

There is nothing wrong in raising these two children, afterall when she leaves him and becomes a single mother, another man would train this boy in the future. If she genuinely loves the man in question and is certain his children love and see a mother in her, then she can proceed to marry him. If the children do not like her as a mother, I suggest that the marriage plans be slowed down until this problem is solved.


One task your sister need to do is find out the relationship between her fiance and his ex.

Try this solution he gave you. I am certain it would work because lemon is great deodorizer. If you cannot find cinnamon, try using water and vinegar. In a bowl of water, add some vinegar. Let it heat on high in the microwave for 3 minutes. Turn it off and let the content seat in the microwave for an extra 15 minutes before removing it.




You can use this method to clean your microwave once or twice a week or after microwaving a meal with a strong smell.

The smell is not originating from anywhere per se. You failed to do this routine "odour-clean", hence the reason for the smell. Try this method and let us know if it worked.

How far is the borehole from your sewer disposal system? Its funny that people don't observe certain guidelines before drilling boreholes. Sewer tanks and boreholes are supposed to be worlds apart, but people hardly adhere to that.

I'd like to use this medium to appreciate everyone who empathize with us, those who prayed with us and those who called me from this forum without knowing who I am to offer some valuable advice which partly contributed to her returning back home yesterday on her own volition.

Lastly to those set of people who's got warped mindset, always thinking every little girl we have in Nigeria are wayward, well, it's not really your fault because if you know how brilliant my niece is, you wouldn't doubt her purity at such tender age. I read so many unruly comments here, but decided to ignore majority of them because I believe it's almost impossible for a brilliant little girl like her, who had near perfect WAEC result at one sitting, and also scored over 300 in JAMB to be wayward at the same time. If you have her as your sister or daughter would you ever have the thought of waywardness towards her?

She had a quarrel with her aunt while her mom was at work, so she decided to punish everybody according to her by leaving the house for them.

She'd initially planned to seize the opportunity to visit her paternal grand parent in Imo state, but on getting to the park, she couldn't afford the fare, she had to go visit her friend somewhere in Ijegun, Lagos instead of heading back to Bariga. I believed her because the tracking result we got from the private tracking guy we employed showed exactly the same thing she'd earlier narrated.

Up until now I never knew there was a tracking system that gives precise location, the street name, the house number, even to the room you're, this tracking system is so effective and powerful to the point of tracking mobile number even when it's switched off.

Now, I was wondering why can't FG use same or better technology to combat insurgency in Nigeria?

So cutting the long story short, we decided to send her a text msg containing those information we gathered about her whereabout and she knew the game was up and decided to call her aunt, then her mom to inform them she was heading home already.

No one covers HDF material with upholsters.
Ask another furniture maker if you don't know, I'm suggesting this Incase your furniture maker has lied to you. One board of HDF currently sells a little above #22k depending on locations and the high gloss version is about #34k, you would use a minimum of 3 and a half boards to make a bed like this. The woods used to make this whole bed isn't even upto half of the cost of a one full HDF board. Who leaves 15k (give or take) to work with a material of roughly #70k+ only to now cover it with upholsters? Point is, there's no way on earth this your bed could be made of HDF let alone a foreign one. Market your goods but not with unfounded lies. I'm in for the argument if you want a drag.

My furniture man actually used HDF wood for my upholstery bed. I keenly monitored the process so I know.

What's the distance between your work place and home? What you burn on fuel is quite outrageous. This is yet another reason why you should consider relocating. This time move closer to your work place and a smaller space.

It's scary that she can easily wake up if pin drop for floor. Any small sound she will just wake up.

Some people are light sleepers. Also, it could be that she suffered from trauma recently. When I was robbed last year, even the gliding sound of dry leaves on the ground outside would make me jump off from my bed.

Take the private job and save/invest aggressively. Note that the big picture should be self-development, and having a huge backup stash incase the job goes south. Do not fail to do your absolute best at the job so you can get more promotions.

I would either buy 4 tricycles from a company that leases them out and sends returns monthly or rent a shop and set up a restaurant and use whats left to buy maybe one or two tricycles for the above reasons.

I hired a lady last week Monday and fired her on Friday same week. I concluded she was not ready yet.

This lady came almost 2 hours late for interview without communicating her reason. If she was going to be late, she should inform the interviewer. Red flag.

I ignored that and decided to proceed with the interview. I decided not to conclude on her based on the interview outcome. I love giving people chances.

I offered her the job, she was excited. She was sent an offer letter which she accepted. On resumption date, this lady came late for work. First day at work. I was like 'Is this 24 year old lady innocently naïve or what?".

On Friday last week, this lady came to work by 10.55am. He work time is 8.00am, and she is an office admin. I was on my seat and sighted her walking in, I had to call her and told her to go back home, and that was it.

By the way, she lives like 15 minutes away from the office, and her route is always against traffic.

I wouldn't know when she resumed from Tuesday to Thursday because I came quite late on those days due to field engagements. When I resumed, I met her sleeping twice. After that, she abandoned her work and stepped out to answer a phone call for almost 1 hour.

My experience with this lady made me understand that a lot of people looking for work are not ready for/to work.
