Hello Brothers.

Please I really need help.
I have a white UK woman that currently lives in Peterborough. She's separated and will be divorcing her husband by January next year and has a 17year old boy (he's currently sick now). We met on Facebook in December 2019 and from there our love and relationship grew tremendously trustworthy. She loves me alot and I do the same. She has been disturbing me alot to come over to the UK to get married to her but I refused 1) I don't like UK. 2) She can't give birth (oh she's 54 years now). 3) she got a son. 4) I don't want to start my life that way. I have been reluctantly staying with her over and over again. We quarreled multiple times and she will come back begging and I will forgive her. I'm not after her money or Japa spirit. ( I was denied USA visa in 2018 both in Lagos consulate and Abuja embassy). So, I have options.
Now, I went to meet one man of God and he prayed for me and told me everything that has been worrying me to my surprise.
Now, I have decided to follow her and she's seriously insisting.

Please, what kind of visa will I be able to use and what kind of documents will she be able to send to me?
Is it safe for to go there and marry her or she coming down to Nigeria to marry me?
I know nothing about UK visa except USA.

Please help a brother?

While proceeding with my IHS, I'm at this page, I have dependants (hubby & kids) which I indicated when I started filling the form BUT what I'm reading on this part saying "You don't have any dependants" is confusing, please kindly advice.

A family of 3 applied for a study visa.

MA successfully got her visa but husband and child refused

Husband used deception in 2019 for a visit visa. According to them, there was no ban of the refusal letter. They were informed husband is surely banned but they decided to apply all together regardless.

Family now knows the husband can't make any attempt to apply until after the ban but MA at least wants the child to relocate with her mainly because of medical, physical and emotional reasons.. . Child is 4 years but has a medical history since 2 years.

Does the bolded fall under serious and compelling reasons highlighted in the attached pic especially if MA gets child's medical records?

I'm not too sure on this one. Your opinions/advice will be appreciated

Yea you are right she told me that, she doesn't even know the height of it, is the elder sister that's pushing the whole process with someone she know in the UK.

Honestly she was paired with another person that applied for student visa. It's 5years duration

Good day Everyone,

My Uk Tourism Visa was refused, do find the refusal attached and please advised on how to fix this.

My brother in the UK was supposed to Sponsor this refused application but we had some Family misunderstanding during the period I was applying and so I decide to Sponsor myself.

We have now sort out our Family misunderstanding and he will be Sponsoring me on my new application. I am planning to Spend 10days during my tourism trip, 2 Days in Manchester to see my brother and stays at his place and 8 Days in London for Tourism and staying in an hotel.

My brother is willing to Sponsor me with £1550. I would also like to include an amount to the expense from my part.

Please guys my question is how much can I add from my side due to my Financial situation stated in the refusal attached?

Any other advice to fix this refusal, will be appreciated, thanks.

This is just sheer refusal without any reason.very unfair. THey just don’t want u to come to the UK as the first country from ur fatherland. It’s a critical time applying to the U.K. just for tourism at this time. Why not an open day instead.


Look for an open day letter from University of Hull, Leeds, Glasgow Caledonian or any other and apply for that ......(next open day is in September and October)....rather than visiting Just for tourism. I believe getting a conditional offer from the University as part of ur document is apt too

After 2 refusals, I believe the only things you could hv done is to apply through a trusted agent or go as a dependant with ur spouse if u have one as you only have a lifeline before a ban
