Bogeyman007: I don't think there's need for the pleading. The accuser hasn't acted just. He/she should always remember Authority is simply a moral power granted unto an individual; therefore such individual must act just and with conscience as its only temporal.. Accusing someone of being of questionable character cos he/she voiced a different opinion shows how myopic you can. Saying Bellong's assistance has been exergerated.. Can you tell us how you arrived at such conclusion... Probably back it up with factual evidence.. I meant Data!
I regularly browse through NL and have found it very informative. Infact it's my first source of info on happenings in Nigeria. Whether you like it or not, Bellong has been very helpful and influential. Whether he pays for the ad or removes content can be better handled.. Putting others down and exhibiting high handedness is a No No to succeed in Life.. |

afosahid: You could actually pass your message and take a strong stand without questioning everyone's character and out-rightly being insulting at times.
For the record, Bellong has been of immense help to people on and off this platform. If you feel strongly that he has flouted a rule here, you can address that (which you're doing) separately without trying to belittle his contributions and insulting anyone that dare says anything different from what you think. I'm not putting anyone down I'm just pointing out facts, I know the original ID and he has been up to no good in Australian general thread. Yes bellong has been helpful here just like many people in this section but I will not treat people differently when they deliberately go against the rule and even still denying it. Contribution here is not in exchange for free ad. |

I have been here since 2015. If you lists the names of those that has benefited from this thread since its offset till date, one will be prompt to ask, where are they?
He is the only onE that returned & dwells.
The system has changed since July 1st, I sympathize with the new comers. (Grass) as this 2 elephants fights.
Bellong is a good man. He said what he said and concludes it with; "it is still a process" & has never returned to tell us whether they have summed things up or not. So want to believe it has not become business already.
Allow this thread to go on. Allow Bellong to remain with us. Put your laws & let the circle continues. The days are Evil. You are wrong and don't seem to know a lot about this issue. You are another questionable character here with another ID |

NanaOne1: Thank you for the feedback. Please I am the sole sponsor for the entire family of three. Please on my wife and son's application what should I provide in this question
1. "How much money are you planning to spend on your visit to the UK?"
Should this also be the same amount 1800 pounds?
Kindly clarify If your wife is not contributing anything then its the same £1800 |

NanaOne1: Just checked my British airways booking and the cost included on our ticket is only 95 dollars. Thanks for the clarification. please back to my question
On my wife and kids application, what should I input in the question
1. "How much money are you planning to spend on your visit to the UK?" 2. How much money will they be paying towards your visit?
I have budgeted 1800 pounds for the trip for all three of us. The ticket for all three is 1097 so we will have about 700 for other activities because we are visiting my sister You have answered your own question Who else is contributing towards the trip? |

I prefer building bridges than destroying them You are over exaggerating his contributions here. I can’t give him discount because I don’t owe Nairaland neither do I make money from this forum . btsnm: I believe this can be settled without creating another thread. Please give @bellong some time to decide. Give him some time to speak on what you have spoken about. I believe we would have a way forward after then. Closing this thread and opening another one immediately may not really help new comers in the long run. A lot of information have been shared here. Patience. He is not a fair minded individual, he was interested in throwing cheap shots at me and denying the fact. Make no mistake this thread will move on without him |

tunai: This is part of Nigeria's problem, so because of bellong, a million Nigerians would now lose the opportunity to access information on Australian migration, this act would make loads of people stranded in their process now, please think about these people . Either Nairaland likes it or not, bellong's effort on the Australian thread brought more traffic to Nairaland and possibly benefited Nairaland financially, why would someone think of taking the thread down. I believe there should be other ways to do this, we should not exercise power the wrong way, would someone set his house on fire because there is a snake in it!. Please review and rethink your action. There a lot of people helping out in this section without asking for money, if one person is allowed to charge then others will take the same step. That thread will be restored as he removes his ad. |

Bnimz: Justwise, this thing does not require major back and forth.. I have never been banned before, so I wouldn't know what you can or can't do. All I see in the image is an Edit profile page that is greyed out...
If you could unban him for a day, and he doesn't remove the ad, then that would be a different matter.. He can edit his signature while banned. |
Travel › Re: Living In Australia/life As An Australian Immigrant by justwise(mod): 10:00pm On Jun 30, 2019 |
Bnimz: Actually this is only partially correct. He announced that he now has partnered with an immigration service for those who don't want to do it themselves. Long after that, he still continued to answer people's questions free of charge
He can't remove his signature.. you can't edit profile when you are banned. Look at this.[img][/img] You obviously talking about what you have little or no knowledge about. Yes you can edit your signature while banned as many have done it before. Lastly nobody charges to answer questions in any thread in this section, if you want to do that then place an ad and pay for it. |

Bnimz: Guys, Justwise has removed the entire "General Guide to Australia permanent residence" thread.
Please, we need everybody to request that the thread be returned...
It does not make sense. This thread has helped so many, and continues to help so many... Its an archive of information that people can consult for guidance...
No matter the reason, denying people of that much historical information cannot be justified.
No new thread can match it anymore,. So many people who posted their experiences there have moved on and don't come back to nairaland. Even if they did, you will find that all our posts on the topic have also vanished,.
I'm not sure what the process for petitioning moderators is, but we need to get the attention of the mods and ask for our thread back.
#BringBackOurThread That thread will be restored only when bellong removes the visa ad on his signature. I just noticed that he took over that thread and started charging people for immigration services |

AkeemTy: Hey folks,
I will be glad if someone can advice me on this. I intend applying for a masters program in eHealth, September, 2020 intake and in a few weeks the admission process starts. I am married with no kids and certainly will be taking my wife along when the time comes but I am concerned about the best approach to take. I read there are two ways one can go about this:
1. You can apply to get the study permit first, then later your spouse can apply to come join you.
2. You can do joint application, which means both can go at the same time.
In my situation, the only possible way for me is to do a joint application as I can't leave without my wife.
So for those that have gone through this process, what is the best option you advice especially as it concerns applicants coming from Nigeria who usually have a high visa application scrutiny and high denial rates?
Also I will like to ask if it is possible that my co-sponsor (father) can also act as a sponsor for my spouse since I will be doing a joint application?
Please I will be glad to get suggestions and feedback on these issues I raised.
Thank you very much. Post this in Canadian student visa thread |

bellong: I don't do private consultation except for those who want to pay for the service.
Cheers I never knew that you have turned this thread to your own business. The whole idea about this thread and others in this section is to help Nigerians free of charge. Since this is the case then contact the administration and pay for ad the way other companies do here. If everyone here starts charging then the purpose of this thread will be dead. Finally please remove the ad on your signature (not the one on your profile) if you refused I will bin this thread and someone else will start a new one. My apologies to anyone who may be upset about this. |

veneza: why medical visa? is the person sick? am not ill yet you want me to apply for a medical visa. firstly I believe you have heard of birth tourism packages Brazil .
secondly the government holds nothing against giving birth by tourism, they even state irrespective of the parents status. Wikipedia states and I quote. Brazilian nationality law is based on both the principles of jus soli and of jus sanguinis. As a general rule, any person born in Brazil acquires Brazilian nationality at birth, irrespective of status of parents. Nationality law is regulated by Article 12 of the Brazilian Federal Constitution . Birth in Brazil A person born in Brazil acquires Brazilian nationality at birth. The only exception applies to children of persons in the service of a foreign government (such as a foreign diplomats ). This means that parents and siblings of the Brazilian child are eligible to apply for permanent residency in Brazil, regardless of their nationality or as Brazilian citizens people born abroad in two cases: a perwhere subsequent siblings were/are born.
there is no lie here, just selfishness, God will for humanity is good government.how could you , government is saying a thing and you are fighting it. your argument are becoming so baseless, please stop it, because you are sending wrong info about you to the general public. who says it must be medical, you or Brazil government. please don't fight God, Brazil government, and in all don't fight your image, nairalanders love you, just leave it that way. You shocked me..well not, i'm not surprised. So you don't know that pregnancy falls under medical visa? You even have the gut to call God's name? True Nigerian you are. |

ifyalways: You dont even need to bother.
That Brazillian route has been blocked now, just like US and Canada(almost) and for same reason :- people lie to get the visa, travel with the wrong visa and use free healthcare they are not entitled to just because its "free" I think people can still get a visa for child birth if they bothered to do the right thing, but because they all want to abuse the free health care the authority has to protect their health care else Brazilian health care system will be over-stretched |

veneza: @ justwise I want to air my view from both a natural and a christain perspective, please don't block me later,we should not debate on the tree health care system. This fraudulent you have been shouting since,is it your free health care system,if Brazilian government can no longer handle it they will either stop it or restrict it to their citizen only. other countries world wide are enjoying it because it's open to all,why is it that Nigerians is about to do same it has become fraudulent,or you no want others to ... more over how many Nigerians can afford this trip.so let those who can enjoy the benefit. from a christain view, once God or the government as not pass a command or bill on any issue please don't call it a sin, illegal or fraudulent. we are talking about child birth here,we are talking about life,we like giving birth where ever is suitable to them be it private or public hospital. please don't argue again, let people do what they can afford or suit them as far as it is not against God and the government. You are not a christian because if you are you wouldn't have typed this. What sort of christian deliberately lie and deceit without shame? Why not honestly apply for medical visa follow the normal way to get a visa ? God did not make a law against lies and deceit? Christian indeed. Yes its fraudulent to cheat your way to a free medical care |
