Not true!! It’s another things to be accused of misrepresentation and another thing to be found to have misrepresented. That is why there is a fair process allowed by law for anyone accused to defend themselves. Many are accused of misrepresentation and successfully explain themselves and do not get a ban. I believe this is the case with the asker here and the GCMS will reveal that beyond the reasonable doubt. I know someone who was accused of misrepresentation, responded to the procedural fairness letter he received and did not get ban, but CIC went on and denied him based on purpose of visit. He is planning to apply again and tackle purpose of visit. Please let us make sure we handing out accurate information on this platform, not rushing to judgement or saying things we know nothing about.

my visa is a b1/b2 visa of which I travelled last year it for a vacation it has not expired that's why am travelling to have a baby with it now.
Also I didn't disclose going to have a baby at my visa interview when it issued that was not my purpose then.
Visa has been utilized for a vacation already.

I am intending to travel to uk and I need advice whether to OBTAIN a new business certificate as the money that's enter into my account has no history of invoice to print out as evidence but i do a minimum of #500k transaction everyday and my balance is #2million plus.

My CAC only cover education services, cybercafe, and general merchant but most of the transaction in my account is through the transfer and strictly online and minimum of 10 inflow per day.

Please what can i do to convince the consular the inflow transaction in my account?

I submitted an application for a friend today and after booking appointment at the ukvi website, I was asked to pay 78pounds for appointment booking thru tls contact website..

I tried to Pay the appointment fee online but it was 2 no avail...
now can the applicant pay for the appointment at tls ikeja because I choose Tuesday for the submission...

Good morning Gurus in d house pls I applied for a tier 4 pbs UK visa I my wife and child did our biometric on 26th April and got a mail on d 2nd MAY that our online application is being prepare for a consideration by an entry clearance officer, today makes it the 15th working days and on TLS track site it shows that our application is now with ukvi & immigration, and also we are sponsored by my local govt, I called the local govt to find out if they have reach them to confirm our status they said no and my course has started already but with late registration on d 29th of mail pls house what do I do? Yes. Kudos. But some mods were useless when needed. I remember asking victims to get a lawyer who can act on their behalf and recoup some of the money lost, since bankers, Policemen, NAPTP and others were involved. Crystal people disappeared to thin air....
But na lie, too much ego, too much over-sabi that i thought some of these so called whistle were part of the scam. MMM was worse....Hope the immigration employment scam under GEJ wasn't worse...

i want to rent a house in Burnley, UK for at least 1 year down payment, i have the plans of relocating my family to the uk why i continue my business here. My question is, can renting a house for one year in the UK be a contributing factor in getting a migrant Visa for my family? Is it even eligible for me to rent a house in the UK with my visit Visa?

I will recommend you get your gcms note ... and see what the vo says about your application in full.
Personally I would prefer you get a MSc admission and then improve on your SOP.. Top points had been given in this page. Your intention don't have to change, make it better but first thing's first get your gcms note so we get a clearer picture. About reapplying with PgC admission its a big gamble. It can go left or right.. Regards

Those were the exact words of the man.

Last month, my distant cousin introduced me to a man, a police man for that matter, he claimed his sister who lives in the UK wants a shop attendant cause they own a couple of shops in the UK and will be needing someone to work in the shop.

He said all i need do is pay 220, 000 naira for visa and passport processing, he said the air ticket and passengers travelling allowance (PTA) will be taken care of by the sister who lives in UK.

Last week, he went to lagos to commence the processing of the papers, to my amazement, he didnt request for anything from me, he only asked for my birth certificate, and some few visa questions like if i have lived abroad before bla bla bla.

Thing is i don't know how genuine this thing is, he keeps asking me for money here and there, i told him the 220k shouldnt be an issue since he is paying for air ticket et al.

I am a fresh graduate, i don't have 220k but can get it if i run around, but i'm scared of getting into debts for something i don't know the genuiness. Please someone experienced should advice me, i already paid him 10k.

N/B: he is the one to do nigeria passport, he said he will do express, that fresh passport will have issue, that he will use a stamped passport and do change of name bla bla bla.

He also said the visa is for 3 years which would be renewed upon expiration.

Me myself don't need education anymore except for just more knowledge. I can survive anywhere bro. I have access to water and roads at least. Where I stay in Abuja has almost 24/7 electricity, and Lokoja is poorer at 16 hours averagely.
I will make more cash here than overseas and can decide to make the move whenever I want. I will not make the move because I am trying to survive or to make more money but only to enjoy the infrastructure there. There is a difference between the two.

As a guyman, I definitely will not be staying in a hotel. I have explored AIRBnB and seen impressive rates.

My questions are how much do budget to explore the city for that period on a strict budget. What are the tips to spends less. And how much may I likely spend on average. On a lighter note are there babes and any tips to catch not so expensive ones.

I have been exploring means to even move my family and me likely staying back here mainly because of education and nothing else. I know I will live larger in Nigeria that any where else.

That are many Nigerians living far better at home than some Americans you should know that!
For the average person, America may be better but not for the above average person. Nigeria is good if you are doing well.
How many people abroad retire there? Most came back home to retire. There should be reason for someone from heaven to retire in hell.

my family visit - 6 months UK visa was approved in Nov 2017
I travelled early December and stayed for four weeks, (returned 1st week in January 2018)

I went back to the UK for Easter holiday towards the end of March 2018 and stayed for 5 weeks (returned 1st week in May 2018) before visa expiration

Pls how soon can I process my 2 years visa renewal?
