Ungm! good thread, I am of the opinion tat its an individual basis, experience, knowledge, environment amongst other factors will determine what one can do/ I am trained  and practicing in te health sector and involved ion HIV treatment and practices as much as the training and most of the manuals and funding is from abroad, some of tte standards cannot be implemented fully in our enviroment , which is different friom that in  country like Uganda.My point the innovations we brought into service delievery was out os the original manual aand infact was criticised by the Oyinbbos and the foreign graduates they brought along with them . However when the ralised that the quality of the service was dwindling not as a result of sabotage anyway, they had to incorporate our ideas into the SOP.
Same could have happened else where. The point is foreign students may in most situation not be as good as (jer trained but they have some advantages in terms of exposure and confidence in some cases.

agreed Dashiki is not Nigerian alone but Agbada  and Kijipa are definitely Nigerian , I don't know of Babariga. So note that any thing that looks like Agbada is not Agbada in the length and design .

Lkie Ijebu(with its numerous ariations) , Egba, Remo, Egbado or Yewa( with variations), Oke Odo, Oyo, Igbomina, Akure, Ondo, Owo, Ikale,Ife, Ijesa, Ekiti, Akoko, etc which are all Yorubas or Etsako with the Auchi, Uzaure ,Ibie Fuga and Agenebode variations but still ar all Etsako.

@ antipah,You are very wrong. I was in same aircraft with him in 2006 from Uganda and the guy was able to articulate his issues in intelligible English. Besides when does good command of english language equivalent to knowledge wisdom,putting food on your table, leadership and understanding and proffering solution to the  problems bedevilling this country ? That iis where we all miss it. Some people are regarded as "less educated" yet their stock rules, decides the fate of this country.
