Don't be swayed, I relocated from Ilorin to Ushafa in 2021, I've been in ushafa all along and I can confidently tell you that you've made a good choice.

Food is cheaper, access to town is easy, you can easily get your own land and build yours without fear of future demolition, access to Usman dam water.

The only downside I can tell you at the moment is epileptic power supply which is pretty much obtainable everywhere now

Conclave is not for certain people, especially Anime and Arcane kind of guys. The movie deserves a 10/10 because of the strong dialogue, character development and story-telling.

It reminds me of The Hateful Eight by Quentin Tarantino which I tried watching when it got released. I found it boring and so I quit right after the first 20 minutes. I remember my elder brother telling me that the movie is interesting. Just last week, I finally saw it after almost a decade. Boy, was I blown away?

Maturity made me like The Hateful Eight and it is that same maturity that made me like Conclave. I guess anime and video game-loving boys won't follow.

It is not everything that should be action, action, action. Why not dialogue, dialogue and more dialogue?

Conclave is what men watch. Arcane is what men who failed to put away childish things watch.

K-drama is for effeminate boys

Talking about maturity and choice of movie, you're so right!!

I remember 10 years ago, I was all about unrealistic action sequences and whatnots. I couldn't stand watching Saving private Ryan, Forrest Gump, Shutter Island just to mention a few, but guess what, I watched those movies recently and realized how beautiful a masterpiece they are.

Indeed, maturity influences ones choice in life, right now, I prefer historical, War or Thriller genre of movies over the others

Camera, light, action. Its 1917 and the world is at war with itself. On a fateful day, two men are sent to warn 1600 battalion of British soldiers of impending attack by the enemies. I find it hard to believe cars and big vehicles were in use in the 1900s. I expected them to be using chariots and carriages. I was shocked to see landmines and bombs instead of cannons. Anyway, I love the movie. After saving private ryan, this is my next favorite war drama. I found it stupid when one of the two men lost his life from helping their enemy. It was careless of them. Do they think he was going to shake hands and sing praise and worship with them after surviving the crash

Aside the movie being great, I most especially loved the one-shot camera style of direction used by the director for most of the scenes. BLISSFUL

Like I said and will maintain, I'm only rooting for it because it's the easiest government job to get with little or no connection!

I can tell you that the person used connection to enter, take it or leave it. Airforce accept 2'1 and above. A friend of mine entered with 2'2 and he used a strong connection

Exactly, I did not want to argue, just had to let it slide.

I believe you mean SSC, last time I checked you need Long legs for DSSC.

Until now, I used to think they're the same thing and just used interchangeablly

You can get army without connection, my friend was the last batch in service now, no connection, they considerd engineer and computer graduate more in there batch

Exactly, luckily, I studied Mechanical Engineering.

Though, I had a 2:2 but I believe unlike Navy and Airforce, Army do allow 2:2 to revister

The salary with allowance is around 190( 115 if he is not on operation)
He said, what helps here mostly is foreign course and since he's not the lobby type, he has been unable to get one even though he's one of the best around . E has 2 over al best award from there local courses and still nobody send him for any foreign courses.


He doesn't want to waste the youthful age because if he thinks the course will come and they didn't come, that's a great waste instead, he needs to plan ahead and move out. He's already due for pension so he can easily retire wen he get a beta offer

You may have seen most of these movies before, but after watching the recent movies (That are mostly garbage) and then going back to rewatch these old movies, you will notice most of the old movies scripts were well written, with good storylines in most cases they are satires like The Starship Troopers and Robocop.
There is a lot of care in the editing and the CGIs, and above all else - A good story.

In terms of Marvel the Movies that was close to the source materials in Hollywood were Edward Norton's Incredible Hulk and Ray Stevenson's The Punisher - Warzone,
And for DC the only projects that are close to source materials were Justice League (not series), Batman under the red hood, Batman killing Joke, ALL OF THEM ANIMATION.

After the EARTHQUAKE in Turkey I thought I should watch something apocalyptic, and this Movie hits home with a bang.
This movie was made when Hollywood still made movies with Father figures and Dominate male Characters. Not the Woke garbage we are fed and normies eat it up - not me.

Chitewel Ejiofor making us proud in Hollywood with this project. The Movie was well written, The CGIs were on point.

This movie was difficult to find online to download because of its title 2012, but you can watch it

Truly, Hollywood of now no too make sense like before.

Safe for MCU and DCEU movies, plus a little highly acclaimed movies, I doubt I'd break any sweat to see new ones again.
