seanfer: Is English the Official Language in Niger? Then how come this Memo is written in English... I just need clarification... It's the document written for and sent to their Nigerian counterparts. I guess it was requested so that adequate preparations in terms of accommodation, feeding, other logistics etc could be made for them by APC. For that reason, it had to be written in English. |

Celebrityblog: President Buhari Blasted For Saying 'It Is Not Clear What I Have Noted Here' (Video)
Dele Momodu shared a video of President Muhammadu Buhari interacting with Nigerians.
The President was holding a note, while looking at the note, he said:
'It is not clear what I have noted here'.
The video has got Nigerians talking as many Nigerians blasted the President.
Veteran actress, Victoria Inyama, who now resides in London reacted to the video and Buhari’s 'blunder' and slammed the President.
Watch the video HERE and see reactions from Nigerians....
Source: http://www..com/2019/02/president-buhari-blasted-for-saying-it.html?m=1 I'm happy majority of the people who commented are from the SW. Later, someone will come and say Buhari will win landslide in the SW because of Osinbajo. Festus Keyamo will be shocked to his marrows. |

Afamed: Atiku can only deceive Indomie generation like you. I vividly remember, in 1999 when I was in University. This was the tenure Obasanjo and Atiku were in power. The ASUU strike lasted for 5months. Again in 2001 while the same Obasanjo and Atiku still in power, another ASUU strike was on call on, which didn't end until after 3months.. Fast forward , when I was writing my final project in 2003. ASUU was also on another strike which lasted for another 6 months. All these period were during the Obasanjo/ Atiku era. To add injury to the poor Nigerian students during their time, both Obasanjo and Atiku were selling Nigeria assets to build their private Universities. Atiku can only fool Indomie generation I hope southerners can blame Osinbajo in the future for the northernization of all FG parastatals. I hope Osinbajo can be blamed for the killings caused by bandits in Buhari's home state Katsina, and in Zamfara. I say this to remind you that there is a limit to the change the VP can make in any administration, therefore they can't be blamed for a lot of things based on the way Nigerian government operates. |

Keyamo said Ohaneze are supporting Atiku because of their son, Peter Obi. In 2003 and 2007, Buhari chose Igbos as his running mate. Why didn't Ohaneze and Igbos support him then? Let's not even talk about the number of times Ojukwu contested and yet never got up to 2 million votes. Even if Buhari had chosen an Igbo VP, he would still not have got the support of the South East. Fact! |

That's an 100% guaranteed region for APC. Can't believe you can go there.
Thought you will run up North to make a point.
South West is a no go area. You know, it's only in Nairaland that I hear people make claims that Atiku can't sell among the Yorubas. On Facebook and Twitter where people with real identities are seen, very many Yorubas are against Buhari's government. By the way, SW has never given anybody block votes since 1999. The margin of win there has always been around 55-60:40-45, and it may not be much different next week. As a matter a fact, Buhari will win less votes in the SW this year than in 2015. We can only watch and see what happens next week, but I can assure you that it's never going to be an easy ride for Buhari. Atiku will likely win that election. |

What is difficult here? There's no point trying to spin this too much. Atiku came from a part of Adamawa that was formerly a part of Cameroon, but as soon as they joined Nigeria, they fully became Nigerians. They have equal rights with those that have been part of the union since 1914. Texas was formerly a republic before they joined the United States. They are no less Americans than other states that became part of the union earlier. |

I also agree he won't go down alone.
His PDP cohorts will follow him down. Sure, some of his PDP cohorts will go down, but hope you remember some of them have metamorphosed to APC. They will equally go down. Also, don't assume that the number 1 man in the judiciary doesn't have access to information that will nail some prominent officials in this government. The government is begging him to accept the terms they are giving him and step down, but he has just refused. He knows what is giving him morale, that's why I'm asking you to sit still and allow the movie play on. |

The deal being made is to have Onnoghen retire honorably and not shamefully. Hope he's smart not to fight this because he'd lose and retire shamefully. He's the most senior legal professional in Nigeria. He knows the implications of his decisions more than you do. Just sit still, relax and let the movie play on. Wasn't Saraki condemned by all and sundry when he was going through his CCT case? What happened at the end? One thing I am sure of is that even if Onnoghen will go down, he won't go down alone. Just watch it play out. |

Is this a game plan of APC?
Or is APC so engrossed with winning the presidential election that they don't really care loosing a strategic state like Rivers State without even a fight at the poll?
I am beginning to be afraid for PDP ooh. I seriously think APC has a plan. It's just impossible they will give up 2 states like that without a real fight. Something is happening in the background. Perhaps, the CJN they are trying to install will fetch them victory at the SC which will lead to suspension of elections in both states. That will give them time to go for the kill after the general elections would have been over, when full elections would be conducted in those states alone. |

Pdp must be deluded to think they didn't have it tough but what I liked about them was that they had decorum, were respectful and didn't throw tantrums like Pdp did.
Talking about Pdp's kindergarten kids, my opinion hasn't changed on Obi. In fact, watching him last night reaffirmed the thought I had during the Vp debate. An empty dunce. As simple as abc.
Empty dunce who didn't know the meaning of free trade zone but kept on parabulating around rather than say he didn't know what it entails.
A dunce who thinks labour is the only factor that affects the cost of production.
That same dunce was at it yesterday and kept on derailing and going off point with his stupid metaphors as well as throwing around rhetorics like a kindergarten child. He lacks decorum and looks disorganised throughout. What a chaos and shamble. Folks in developed countries watching the show would think Nigerians are dumb disorganised and lacks decorum like Obi. What has soccer VAR got to do with a presidential candidate vying for a seat? Yeye. When everybody else on the social media is praising Peter Obi and this is all you can say, then your judgement is seriously impaired. Well, I won't blame you. Random fact : there's no one who won an election to become the president of Nigeria without wining Lagos and / or Kano. I can bet MY Fortune Buhari is going to win Kano and Lagos. What was Jonathan's margin of win in Lagos in 2011? Even if he lost Lagos, he would still have won the election. In 2015, he would still have lost even if he won Lagos. Buhari won Lagos with just about 100k votes, while he's been winning Kano since 2003. My point is that your Lagos - Kano fact doesn't hold water on its own without factoring in the rest of SW and NC votes. As a matter of fact, it was NC votes that made Buhari the president. |

Patrioticman007: Love or hate him, he is the best amongst them in 2019 candidates. PMB ain't no thief. We all know the looters by their names, It takes more than not being a thief to make a country progress. Buhari lacks the mental acumen to steer the ship of Nigeria at this critical time. Atiku is a thief according to you guys, yet he's the 2nd largest employer of labour in Adamawa state. Even Kadaria acknowledged that yesterday. Even if it's stolen money he used, at least Nigerians like you are directly benefitting. Other people that steal money go and hide them in foreign bank accounts. I will rather have a 'thief' who will create jobs and lift Nigerians out of poverty rule Nigeria, than to have a 'saint' who will keep plunging the nation into poverty and recession, without any idea of how to make things work. I will rather have an extravagant wife who will turn my 1m to 1.5m over 1 year despite living flamboyantly, cos she knows how to invest that money, than a wife who lives in penury (because she can't invest the money) and diminishes my 1m to 800k in one year. |

Buhari said from the start that he is for everybody and for nobody and that has not changed.
AA has for its guber candidate an offshoot of APC who is still APC at heart .
He cannot stand against his interest.
Uche Nwosu has shown to be steadfast despite moving to another party.
He deserves recognition by buhari and he got it with the unbiased posture of buhari You should rather use your head. If a party is desperate to win a state, they should put all hands on deck to make that happen. Well, APC is a useless party sef otherwise there's no way the party chairman would be insulting their governor during party rally, praying against him and the candidate he's supporting, while the president is supporting the same people. Buhari is only supporting them because they are supporting his 2nd term bid. It's the same way he is romancing all the former PDP guys that defected to APC with several corruption charges simply because they are supporting him now. Buhari lacks principle. Anyway, neither APC nor AA will win in Imo, so why should I be concerned? Which stupid "I'm for everybody and for nobody"? Did you just repeat that irritating lie? In this Northernocracy that Buhari is practicing, you still say that? Even Buhari cannot open his mouth and repeat that nonsense now, cos it's an outright lie. Abeg comot joor. |

Tetehjewels: You have ADD (attention deficit disorder)
AA (action alliance) and APC candidates have him as their presidential candidate and both parties had representation at the rally.
So Buhari cannot show bias since both parties are also vying for the same gubernatorial position.
Next time don't be a racoon and use your head Does this make sense to you? If he encourages AA members to vote their candidates and APC members to votes theirs, won't that amount to vote splitting thereby giving PDP or APGA an upper hand? Who does that? If AA chooses to have him as their candidate, how does that matter? Did he beg for it? Is that why he can't confidently and categorically support his own party candidates? All the while, they've been telling Nigerians not to vote for PDP both in that national and state elections. Why not henceforth tell Nigerians to vote any candidates of their choice? Nonsense and ingredients! |

Just like Magu's case senate rejected his confirmation and is still their as acting for almost 4yrs.
NJC recommend any other person apart from Tanko and see how Tanko will be acting CJN until 2023 he reaches 70yrs of retirement.
This is PMB accept my candidate or i render your recommendation useless using the constitution right to accept or reject your recommendation. Didn't you just read that any CJN appointed by the president without Senate confirmation can only serve a maximum of 3 months, after which he cannot be reappointed? If Senate fails to confirm Tanko which is very likely, he will finish his 3 months and bow out. The next in line (Rhodes-Vivour) will definitely be the next CJN. The so called fundamental human rights and free free freedom of expression/wish that has lead to society degradation , what is the result , gay practice, transgender , fornication and adultery in large scale, nudity , sordomization, clubbing etc, guy think well a I will rather be an atheist than to support a religion of bloodshed. Your so called holy book is filled with violence, even the so called prophet was a violent man. Abegi! You know nothing about Christianity. The bits and pieces of the Bible you have come across hasn't helped your ignorance in any way. You can ask Jesus to show you His face if you sincerely want to know the truth. Many Middle Easterners are encountering Him and coming to the knowledge of the truth. Islam was founded over 500 years after Christianity. Your Quran and the stories in it were modelled after the Old Testament of the Bible. It is complete fake and just a counterfeit. You should rather practice Judaism cos that's where your religion springed forth from. Oh, of course you know that even with all the restrictions in Islamic nations, the number of Christians is growing exponentially in Iran, Iraq, Pakistan and Syria. Many of them are Christians in closet but giving an appearance of being Muslims to avoid being killed. What do you know about England? Have you been to England? Yes, many British people are no longer religious, but they are not converting to Islam. Get that into your head. The mosques are mostly populated by Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Iranian, Iraqi and other Middle East Muslims many of whom have become citizens, and not native caucasian British people. It is the same freedom you condemn that opened the door for Islam to be allowed in the UK and other European countries. The same freedom is the reason why those sharia courts exist, so you're a hypocrite for condemning the Brits for allowing freedom for the people living in their land, yet you're praising the advancement of Islam in the same land. The reason why Islam is flourishing in Europe is the same reason why LGBTQ is flourishing. |
