I'm a 16 year old boy preparing for jamb. I applied for a high course but my score was too low... So I'm bucking up more this year.
So I read everyday now. And now its attracting unnecessary attention to me. Girls in my neighborhood now disturb me for me to teach them(I swear I'm not lying) and I just passed out from secondary school last year.
And there is another problem. There was a young girl that's way younger then me(I think 13 or 14) that just came to our neighbourhood. Immediately I saw her, I fell for her but I had to think it through. The girl was too young, her class(academic) is very low to mine(she's in SS1). So I started to avoid her and try to get her off my mind.
But her mum came to beg me to teach her last week but I couldnt tell her no(that would be rude). Now the girl I'm trying to forget comes to my house regularly. And each time I see her, my flames for her is increased.
Please how can I deal with all this?.

Anytime I'm reading, her thought comes to my mind and I won't be able to concentrate

Tell her that unfortunately, you won't be able to teach her again as you're getting distracted and losing focus. I need to remind you that she's a minor, so if you misbehave, you can be charged for rape whether she gives you consent or not.
The feelings you have for her is normal. It's ur testosterone raging inside your blood and it shows you're healthy. You only need to sever completely the connection you have with her. Let her and her family say you're selfish, it doesn't matter. You're only trying to secure your future. If you allow your emotions lead you, I can assure you that you will regret it later on.
As for the other people coming for you to teach them, you can devote a few hours a week for a joint study session with them. Let nobody drag you back. I believe you won't want to look at yourself in 10 years time and wish you disciplined yourself now.

We know town planning laws are haphazard in most parts of the East and this needs to change to prevent occurences like this.

SE is purely Igbo. It has a very small population of Igala in Anambra West Local Govt Area. I'm sure they aren't up to 2% of Anambra State. The other SE states have only Igbos.

SS (apart from the former Midwest which is the present day Edo and Delta States) and SE started out together as Old Eastern Region after the Old Southern Region was divided. Even when Biafra was declared, it was the whole of the former Eastern Region that formed Biafra. So all the states of the SS apart from Edo and Delta have had a long time relationship with the SE.
You're from the Old Western Region which gave birth to Midwest Region > Bendel State > Edo State, and you guys only recently got joined with the rest of the SS when the 6 geopolitical zones were created.

There is a wide difference between SW and SE. Infact, SW aren't closer to SE than they are to NC.
Maurice Iwu failed as INEC Chairman, I agree, but it doesn't mean Igbos have failed. That's not a reason why an Igbo or somebody from the South shouldn't head INEC again.
Buhari has failed as a president, but nobody is saying Fulanis will never rule Nigeria again. As a matter of fact, the same Buhari that under his government, all the zones in the north (including the formerly peaceful NW and his own state Katsina) are burning wants us to vote him for a second tenure. All his service Chiefs have failed but he has retained them in position.

If PDP had been complaining about the chairman, then they would have had a point, but they are going after a woman they themselves appointed to the same position just 4 years earlier.

INEC had already explain that the poor woman has nothing whatsoever to to with result collation, but only make sure the Collation Centre is ready and functional for the Collation of the result by the INEC chairman. PDP (Jonathan) appointed her as INEC Commissioner, and nobody is saying she should be sacked from that position. The issue is that since she has a connection with Buhari, her presence should not be felt in the general elections. Remember Buhari initially made her acting chairman of INEC, and if not that PDP cried out, chances are that she would have been made the substantive head of INEC.
It may seem like PDP is raising unnecessary dust, but that is important to block all possible avenues APC may be considering to effect their planned rigging.
A president that cannot even secure his own state can only win the election through rigging.

If you' re to be sincere to yourself, you'll agreed that the composition of INEC under Buhari is faulty.
To start with, Buhari is the first president to appoint INEC Chairman from his geopolitical zone. Ideally, in the spirit of fairness and fairplay knowing that he would go for 2nd tenure, he should have an INEC Chairman from either the NC or any of the southern geopolitical zones. He appointed a chairman from NW. As if that is not enough, INEC now appointed another NWer as Head of Collation Centre, and not just any NWer but someone that is claimed to have some ties with the president. Is it fair? Are there no other INEC commissioners from the NC or South that could be appointed? I deliberately didn't mention NE cos the relationship between NE and NW is like SE and SS. Imagine if Jonathan appointed an Igbo man as his INEC Chairman, how would the North have reacted?

My mum was once knocked down like this by a bus. She was unconscious for days. Was managed at a federal teaching hospital and is alive today. Their services was far from being standard, but we appreciate their sacrifices.
