Politics › Re: Progressive Governors On The Street Of Maiduguri Acknowledging Cheers(pix) by KnowAll(m): 2:08am On Mar 02, 2013
It only takes one snipper's bullet to bring down any target. We all know Gaddaffi's armoury was looted and there are more sophistacated weaponry lying about througout d sahel regions of Africa. Maiduguri been at d epic centre of an insurgency, it would be foolhardy, if not utter silliness & rather childish for Mr Phd President to disregard his security details and embark on a journey of pardition.

What is at stakes here, Borno State & Yobe State, in d grand scheme of things, these 2 states are Political minows, Jonathan sticking his neck out for an overzealous BH, or better still an aboki officer turning his gun on his oga cannot be discounted. We are all aware of d Politics going on in d Army with d Chief of Army staff accused of Tribalism.

If I were Jonsthan i will stear clear of Borno, but then, to show loyalty to d innocent citizens of Borno State, d Federal Govt should be able to, obviously once a well orcheastrated and meticulous plan is put in place, move all activites of Governance to Borno State for one week. It can be done, I thought every state has a Presidential Lodge, what is d lodge for? if d number one August visitor in d country will not visit.

To stay parmanently away from Msifuguti is a bit troublesome but then is d stake worth d risk. huh

Politics › Re: APC: Opposition Governors To Meet In Maiduguri Today by KnowAll(m): 5:04pm On Feb 28, 2013
several bombs have exploded in a
northeastern Nigeria city which is hosting a meeting of opposition political parties.
The blasts happened Thursday afternoon
in the city of Maiduguri. A security official said he believed
some soldiers were killed in the blasts, but did not have any other information. The official spoke on condition of anonymity as he was not authorized to speak to journalists.
The All Progressives Congress, a recently
announced amalgam of opposition parties
in Nigeria, was holding a meeting
Thursday in the city that had drawn
powerful politicians.
Is this truth, abi na bobo?

@babapupa give jonathan 16 years in Aso Rock and watch Naija change. Fasola and his boss has no excuse not to have lit a majour artery way like ikorodu road up till now. They have been running Lagos since 1999. Jonathan in his less than 2 years in office has made some moribund infrastruture like our railways back on track, people should realise d rot at d centre is down to d ex soldier head of state who in many cases do not have a clue how to run a country.n

Obj that cannot run his house-hold successfully was president for 8 years then afterwards Turai took over, so what do we expect now.
Politics › Re: Streetlights At Jibowu To Maryland Underpass On Ikorodu Road. Pics by KnowAll(m): 5:14am On Feb 28, 2013
Street light on ikorodu road after 14 years of Tinunbu/Fashola regime. Hmmmm, i am not impressed, if that is their legacy to Lagosians after running d economy of Lagos since 1999 . We must not look at Fashola's regime in isolation. huh

Both men with d kind of money they see on a daily basis calling them a colosol failure will not be an understament. Give me Lagos's 3 billion dollars revenue and watch a new city emerge from d lagoons of Lagos.

If Maku & his fellow journey men were to visit Lagos State, Fashola should make sure he and his motley crew of idle men are taken on a tour of d terrible Federal roads in Lagos, so that Nigerians can see how non-chalant & callous d FG has been in carrying out her responsibilities.

Also they should make sure d crew foot their bill.
Politics › Re: Maku's Good Governance Tour Is A SCAM ~ ACN by KnowAll(m): 10:15pm On Feb 21, 2013
I give credit to Lebaru Maku for devicing, initiating, and fronting such a well oiled money spinner for himself, kudos to him. Well we all know d ministry of information is one of those dead ministries where all d 'Minister does was inform d nation of what transpired in d monthly cabinet meeting' in fact d Minister of Information is a "glorified minute taker" .

Once the task of dispensing what happened in that esteemed chambers of d cabinet is over, d Minister becomes an idle man. No wonder Dora Akunyuli will rather be a contented house wife than continuing in that role.

Well we must give Maku kudos for thinking outside d box. E be like say Oshiomole wan take egunje from maku's mouth. huh

Meanwhile Fashola's Lagos gave kim Kardashin $500,000.00, i hope when Lebaru Maku & his motley crew of pretenders decide to come to lagos, Lagos will accommodate them, after all it is all about good PR, which Fashola would't mind.
Politics › Re: The Buhari I Knew And Still Know..... by KnowAll(m): 7:40pm On Feb 15, 2013
That was from the link.
How any human being could type this and feel proud of himself afterwards is still beyond me.
I guess in his mind, he made a lot of sense and this really makes Buhari the 'honest' man they shamelessly tout him to be. Shame.
We all know, strong VP's hold their president's to ransome through blackmail, outright disobedeince, and by a 'double-treacherous' move of "grandstanding subtafuging" the President to "outright subservance" to the authority of d President. When d chips are down, and it becomes a question of choosing between d devil and d deep blue sea, wise and smarter, humane the 'President' inclusive choose to save their necks, leaving any harmless VP or otherwise to the sharks to feed on.

Since we are not privy to what transpired between Shagari and Buhari as to what went wrong in his regime, It is not inconceivable that the President threw his VP to the dogs in order to save his neck. Clearly if Buhari were a tribalist as u purport, he would not go 6000 miles to catch, try to apprehend, and bring to book 'master fugitive' Umaru Dikko, like I said in that piece, that singular act by an Hausa/Fulani man to his fellow Hausa/Fulani brother beats anything I have seen in d annals of this country and I stand by it. cool
Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Population To Hit 170 Million This Year by KnowAll(m): 7:22pm On Feb 15, 2013
Nigeria's population reaches 170 million this year, yet the "magnet city of Lagos's" population remains at 9 million, i guess the upsurge in our population is more evident in "Boharamic prone Kano City", "Jigawa State" and Proobably d Islamic city of execellence "Sokoto". huh
Politics › Re: The Buhari I Knew And Still Know..... by KnowAll(m): 4:58pm On Feb 15, 2013
Buhari instructed his ADC, Major Mustapha Jokolo to smuggle 53 suit cases, allegedly stuffed with foreign currency, through Murtala Mohammed Airport against the protests of General Tunde Idiagbon and Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, who was then Acting Director General of the Customs and later became the Vice President.
8. Buhari is the first Nigerian to be involved in stolen fund to the tune of billions. $2.8billion dollars of our money disappeared from NNPC under Buhari, when he was the Minister of Petroleum. Pastor Bakare called this “poppycock.”
The piece written is unbalanced and biased. On one hand it puports that Buhari stole $2.8 billion dollars and yet even went ahead to confirm that Col. Jokolo brought in 53 suit-cases of foreign currencies, my little question for the fraudulent owner of this piece of failed shiiit, is that nobody with $2.8 billion would ever take a job working for his subordinate or junior(Abacha) especially if they have that kind of money.

The truth is General Buhari does not have that kind of money, that is why he took a job with d Abacha junta, if he had that kind of money he would use all his might to fight that regime knowing the actors and mentors of d regime where responsible for his own downfall, "the coup against his regime". This is a failed attempt to deform the character of the person of Buhari.

Politics › Re: Niger Bridge Is Falling! by KnowAll(m): 11:04pm On Feb 09, 2013
The money James Ibori misappropiated and d money DR. Know-nothing Uduahan is spending on phoney projects is enough to build 4 crossings across the river Niger. Why are the Governors in that zone intellectually lazy, whoever builds that bridge would have secured an everlasting fortune for himself, state or company, d bridge as it were already enjoys d facade of been a monopolistic route to d SE, collectingt tolls on such a road is tantamount to printing money.

I cannot believe in my widest imagination that Anambra folks who are said to be one of the most acute business men in Nigeria are blind to this fortune steering them in d face, they cannot see this money spinner waiting to be tapped. If no one wants to build another bridge, probably I with my limited knowledge in business had better go and seek syndicated loans from some local and foreign banks and get on with d project like a venture capitalist. huh undecided
