A man is not supposed to do anything special to get his wife's submission but he can do things that will make him lose it.

When a woman waits for her husband to prove or show selfless love before she submits, loving her becomes difficult. You can't love a rebel.

Same way a man is not supposed to wait for his wife to submit before he loves her as Christ loves the church. These things should kick off even before officially being married.

All those selfish people that say things like "once a woman is loved right, submission comes naturally" will never say "once you submit to a man, loving you comes naturally".

A man who seeks your hand in marriage loves you so submit and watch, a woman who accepts you has given herself to you so love her right and watch.

Don't wait for anything to happen first before you love or submit.

If the wife turns out to be a daughter of second Timothy then the husband can withdraw his love and say I no do again, likewise the wife. If after marriage she discovers that she's married to an idiot then she can withdraw her submission.

And hey, if the marriage list in your village is two pages then you must submit whether he's an idiot or not. In fact you're to continue submitting until 10 years after divorce.

I was invited to a church program sometime ago, I kuku no dey follow person go church program but this guy won't give up so I followed him.

@OP Something is definitely wrong with the marriage already sha, and they need to work on that.

The wife doesn't trust her husband. That's just it, else I don't see why minor things like this should cause serious problem.

But when one is already suspecting somebody, everything appears as an evidence because the person's thoughts are narrowly focused on finding evidence.

There's no way one would approach something like this with an open mind and it will cause a problem.

The marriage lacks trust.

I am just like you, always laughing and joking with people but it's terrible when I am angry. Like very very terrible.

It took me several years to master how to control my anger and I thought I was the only one that knew about it but there was a day someone did something bad and my mom had to find ways to meet me where I was that time before I got home and see what happened.

She talked to me for long, praising and hyping me before telling me what happened. She concluded with "she's sorry and scared and that's why I decided to see you first to talk to you. I know you don't get angry easily but this will definitely get to you even if you're a stone and I know how bad it is when you're angry"

Funny enough I wasn't angry.

The crazy thing about me is that the big things that will normally get people boiling hardly gets to me. Nah small things dey set me off.

I thank God I have control of it.

Anyone that let's you sleep. For me, on my left side.

Any day I manage sleep on the bed, I will sleep flat on my stomach with my face facing right and most times it's pillow on my head instead of my head on the pillow.

But I sleep mostly and better on the floor, I'd lay flat on my back with a small pillow. I sleep better that way and I wake up stronger in the morning.

I'm a newbie here but, I'll like to drop this issue as it is getting me quite depressed lately.

I'm quite cute (average maybe) and I'm quite bashful as well. Whenever I go for an event, I developed this habit of frowning or squeezing my face to the dislike of the audience. On several occasions, I've seen guys pull over their car while trying to call my attention and I just snub or ignore them.

Even at a wedding party, most of the grooms men would want to approach me but, will back down really scared cause of my serious look.

I really don't know what to do as this is taking a toll on me.

Is there any possible way wherein I can practice to get my smiley face back or perhaps overcome this issue??

Please help.
