Banks were given a mandate to increase their risk assets (loans), that is why commercial banks became risk-friendlier and started rolling out different individual loan packages. It is not like they wanted to give you before.

Previously, most RMs shy away from risk. No one wants to book a bad loan that would kill his/her career and even affect their branch. Recovery is another issue, Nigerians have bad character and I am sure it is because of us they added that to the Cs of credit.

Even as friendly as banks were, they were still not accessible to the average person, that is why these independent loan companies became more popular. I’ll say, avoid them. Loans are not for personal hard times, weddings or vacations. You have your family and friends for such soft loans...

Banks cannot give you loan until you provide hard evidence to prove that you actually don't need a loan but a businessman is got no options. You must patronize them anyways.

I will never forget the day thunder struck me really hard, the experience was really funny, everything happened so fast. It was around 2017, i was sitting alone in the room, using my using while it's plugged, my bad. Normally i wouldn't use my phone while it's charging but it's like the devil just wanna get to me that night, my long time crush decided to chat with me that night, but unfortunately my phone was low on battery and i just have to use it while charging. I remember vividly, i was about to send a kiss emoji when this thing just hit me from nowhere, i couldn't understand what was going on for a minute, the only thing i could feel is my hand getting really swelled up, and my phone and charger was shattered on the ground, i didn't even know if am the one that flung it or it flung itself, i screamed so loud that everybody in the house quickly rushed to my door. What surprises me most is how i got a cut on my thigh, omo thunder crazy gan o. Since that day like this, anytime i see signs of thunder, I'll drop my phone somewhere if it's with me and make sure am not touching anything metal, the fear is still in me till today

There is a difference between eateries and home-cooked meals na. Lol, food would always be an important thing to most Nigerian men. Doesn’t mean they don’t want peace, but food and peace are not mutually exclusive. Some of us give all, including trouble and sleepless nights.

Foods are always important to us, I know but they can always easily be sourced unlike peace, moreover no be every body sabi cook. I have eaten some home made stews that's just magi and spices like an average road side eatery. Makes not much difference.

But when the mind is at peace, the tongue over looks some taste . A man who finds someone that can give him both is more blessed than he knows sha.
