As for me, christian/biblical support of slavery was the starting point for my atheism but it is far from the main reason for my atheism. There exists no proof for God- no physical proof of God.

The catholic church's teaching changes (that's why I am not a catholic anymore)but it remains uniform. The pope is allowed to make changes to canon law. Change does not mean that the catholic church is not uniform. You should stick to Arabic since your English is poor. Each pope can make ammends to some doctrines. However, those changes will be recognized by the catholic church- Uniformity.
