The decision in presidential settings are not self inclined. There are protocols and procedure, as a matter of fact, all of the budget must be dully approved by the senate. And ofcourse the senate cabinet is not moderated by only APC. In a nut shell, the purchase at presidential settings are not solely decided by Mr. President. Procurement department alone harbours a lot of intelligent Nigerian who wouldn't condone acts that would render them for questioning in future. From various responses so far, its obvious a lot of us know very little or nothing about governance as a whole.

We should work on ourselves and save ourselves from personal embarrassment on social arena.

(2)if she responds positively to you, you can say things like wow looks like someone had a stressful day or you can say why so much hurry life is too short to be in so much hurry lady slow down ,sometimes it doesn't matter what you say just be confident and positive you will be sure of yourself like you are talking to a male friend.if she gives you a frowned face you just smile and still believe in urself its just a test .
