Shame no even dey e mouth as e dey tok am? And the mo.ron get mind dey insult GEJ. It appears this confusion displayed by GMB is an APC thing. Anyways, election is over. Which way Nigeria? -Lord |
Hypocrisy is when you accuse GEJ's government of borrowing too much, but then borrow $3b from external sources in ONE year when OBJ, Yaradua, and GEJ borrowed $7b from external sources in TEN years. APC, una cup go soon full. -Lord |
Aribisala, you needn't write this long epistle. Nigerians are living the CHANGE and the lot they have to say about it cannot be contained in an article or book for that matter. They said GEJ was clueless, but he held off the electricity distros from imposing an electricity price hike. Barely a month after Fashola become the MoP, the FG is already licking their asses. Which begs the question. What do you think of a person who increases the price of commodities when inflation is growing, salaries have not been paid for up to 13 months in some quarters, and tens of thousands of people are losing their jobs? I think that person is MENTALLY CHALLENGED! Dasuki said he gave others millions of naira. We all agreed. He also said he gave Buhari N600m and some of us do not agree. Hypocrites! Now everyone has something to say about the government including the International community. MPs in UK are already fussing about PMB's arrest and continued detention of Kanu as well as the fatal crackdown of secessionist protests. Iran and Iraq are already creating a whirlwind about the detention of the Shia leader in Nigeria. The military killed the man's son and wife. Is the military a mafia organization? And even more annoying about all of this, is that the moronic president keeps mute. No word, no telecast, just ramblings from a spokesman who has the intelligence of a rhesus monkey; and an information minister who can give schooling lessons on "How to Lie" to the devil. So Dasuki diverted more than $1b meant for security for PDP's campaign, we agree that it is wrong. Where did APC get it's over $0.5b, they used for their campaign? Let us also probe where that money came from. If they were donations, who are the people that donated that money and how did they make that much money. And finally, the total external debt accumulated in 10 years from 2005 when Nigeria's debt profile was cleared by NOI stands at $7b as at June 2015. Unsurprisingly, PMB plans to borrow $3b (almost half) externally in 1 year (2016). Nigeria's total debt profile stands at N12t. PMB plans to borrow about N2t (one-sixth) in one year. This is at a time that oil price is at its lowest, and economic growth fell by 50% from 6% to 3% in under 9 months. What happened to cutting your coat according to your size? -Lord |
Neither Oby nor Soludo is right for the job. Both are partisan and would put the interests of their allies in government over Nigeria. Oby was used to destabilize the GEJ government with the BBOG campaign which has gone worryingly silent since PMB came into power. She also defends OBJ's government which is the worst civilian government to date in terms of how much was stolen versus how much work was done. It is fair to say that she will be an 'Emefiele' to APC, by turning a blind eye to abuse of power by party chieftains in the government. Soludo should not be allowed to manage N1 of this country's money. I vividly remember how Sanusi cleaned up the mess he made of the banking industry. Also, anybody recommended by OBJ is definitely a no-no. We need someone with the doggedness of Sanusi but with the astuteness of Utomi. -Lord |
It is now clear to all Nigerians that if the PDP had won the last general elections, Nigeria’s economy would not have survived one more month, considering the battering it received under the immediate past Administration.Obviously, the statement in quote is an exaggeration. Still, the FG is not far from the truth. Unless you benefited from the looting, there is no way one would not be concerned by the figures popping out. Even if there may be exaggeration, there is a saying that there is no smoke without fire. Be it as it may, action speaks louder than words. So LAI (FG) and APC should concentrate more on changing the reality on the ground rather than reiterate a fact everybody is tired of hearing. PDP effed up, but APC has a chance to make a sure-fire impact and it is worrying that they're not taking it. APC should know that in 2019, Nigerians will not vote based on the looting of the GEJ administration, but based on the inaction of the PMB administration. 'Nuff said! -Lord |
MIKOLOWISKA:Depraved biatchhhh! Are you so pathologically useless that you can't even keep up with time. You just keep raising the bar on your own stupidity. Burying you will be an insult to earth, you should be obliterated for being an unparalleled ass.wipe. Dumb fagg.ot! -Lord |
MIKOLOWISKA:Holy mess! Your stupidity is legendary. No one self-services ass, you unrepentant compound fo.ol. What your ass was abused so much as a kid, you think sodomizing yourself is wanking? You are a sick freak! Your comment is as incoherent as the wrecked roller-coaster called your life. F*cking re.tard. -Lord |
MIKOLOWISKA:It's so sad your jokes are so lame, only you laugh to them. You are not funny: but your life is a big joke. Typical of a Bleep.tard like you. You are more concerned that you have a sludge filled space in your head than an actual brain because you are too primitive to have one. You are a shining example that evolution can go backwards. Which is why if I wanted to kill myself, I will climb to your ego and fall to your IQ. Talking about your IQ, it is so low it doesn't have a value. Mathematicians prefer to call it minus infinity. Ouch! You must feel so proud of yourself to think that I type with my mouth. But I wouldn't blame you. Your taxonomic siblings are tapeworm and jelly fish. It's better you give people the chance to think that you may not be stupid, rather than type and remove all doubts that you indeed are an ass*ole who shouldn't be existing. -Lord |
MIKOLOWISKA:Geez, is that the best you can come up with? I could eat a bowl of alphabet soup and sh.it out a smarter statement than that. Oh so you want me to visit your home--hell. Don't worry, I will send you a postcard this Xmas. Oh I feel sorry for you. But then again if you were on life support I will unplug it to charge my phone, and no one will miss you. You are a waste of space. Where are you at? I want to send a night man to the crackhouse you are staying in to remove the sludge occupying the position of a brain in your head through your ears. Punk a*s dumbfu*k!!! -Lord |
MIKOLOWISKA:Oh dear! Are you pained? At least I get to roam the planet. You on the other hand stay in your dilapidated cocoon and assume that everyone is as dumb as you are. And if I get to destroy abominations like you that should have been wasted rather than fertilized, then I'm making earth a saner place to live in. Effing troglodyte!!! -Lord |
@MIKOLOWISKA, Where are you, you frog-eyed buffoon. You should check your birth certificate closely, it's actually an apology letter from the condom factory. You are the definition of the word MISTAKE. Now that you still have airtime, you should check OLX to buy a second hand brain. You should get your head out of your ass, it is not a hat. But you wouldn't know that, because your ass is jealous of the amount of sh*it that comes out of your mouth. -Lord |
MIKOLOWISKA:So you use airtime instead of MB. So what, you were laid off too and can't seem to put together 1000 to buy 1 GB? Or do you have a brain the size of a peanut that you were not able to memorize the basic apothegm, uneasy lies the head that wears the crown. At this point, PMB does not have a direction yet. But you on the other hand are a scalar quantity that will forever be directionless. If I called you an animal, I will be unfair to the cows. Bloody retard who thinks blames can stop you from losing your job or stabilizing world oil price or make $1 equal to N1. Who are you going to blame for having the mental faculty of a duck? Your parents? I'm pretty sure when their mind flashes to you, they look up and say "Why did this flatulent underachieving idi.ot have to be my progeny?" Don't worry. In the fullness of time, fucktards like you who need adult supervision around sharp objects will receive stipends from the government. Mo.ronic cretin!!! -Lord |
MIKOLOWISKA:You don't want to go there. Insulting is my forte. However, I'm going to take the high road here. Everyone is tired of the blame game. It appears you are not. So keep at it. Should you quote me again, then you're only asking to take a beating, which I will gladly offer you. Take my advice and move on, before I make you a schleprock. -Lord |
Noise. ISIL is richer, more sophisticated, and clearly more motivated than the Sinaloa cartel. In any case, if El Chapo can rip Al-Baghdadi's heart out, he'll be an instant legend. #fingerscrossed -Lord |
MIKOLOWISKA:Oga park well jor. Who is the President of Nigeria now? You need strong chain to tie you well, before you will start biting people on the street. -Lord |
I find it heart-warming that those who voted for change are 1. Queuing up in the gas stations and buying fuel for N150 to N300 2. Are losing their jobs 3. Are buying merchandise at between 30% to 70% more than they did before the election Karma is a darling. YOU ALWAYS REAP WHAT YOU SOW -Lord |
tonychristopher:Note my username and never quote me unless you are ready to take a beating. Read on Forbes article on Orji Uzor Kalu--http://www.forbes.com/sites/mfonobongnsehe/2014/07/16/the-nigerian-millionaire-who-wants-to-negotiate-with-boko-haram/ Nigeria was under military rule for the better part of the 80s. Leveraging on his connections within the military, Kalu cornered a series of lucrative state contracts, chief among them being a contract for the supply of arms and ammunition for Nigeria’s defense forces and law enforcement agencies. He got us substandard arms, reason why we use jets that have been retired from military service of other countries. Equipment that do not stay operational for as long as they should. Ignorance is bliss. -Lord |
Balkan:What about Orji Uzor Kalu? A man that made billions from selling substandard arms to the Nigerian government. How many dollar billionaires are Igbos have by the way? -Lord |
FuckTheMod:You my good friend are a retard. PEJ does not own Air Peace. The founder, owner, chairman, and CEO of Air Peace is Allen Onyema. Next time do a quick research before placing untrue statements on a public forum. Just type "owner of air peace" in Google and see what it turns up. Child of hate! Lying Liar! -Lord |
Uricas:Why not you post facts, mate? I'm beginning to think replying you is a waste of my data. There was a ban on rice and the rice produced in the country was sufficient although there was still smuggling. Importation of rice resumed last month under PMB. Come, I will give you sense for free. Don't quote me again if you do not have anything meaningful to say. -Lord |
It's Nigerians for you. They'd kick and whine for a while, then after sometime, they'd accept it as the norm. That and this. When you think you were smart and later found out that you were in fact stupid all the while, you become conspicuously quiet. Nigerians thought they were smart to vote out GEJ, and have now found out they had made a stupid decision, and have now gone silent over everything. -Lord |
Uricas:Peugeot, Nissan, Hyundai, just rolled off new brands from their assembly plants. Toyota, Mercedes, Honda, Ford register interest to set up plants. For the first time in Nigeria, we were self-sufficient on rice, with million dollar rice Mills set up. This was the hallmark of the agricultural revolution. Revitalizing the moribund rail sector. Should I continue? -Lord |
Anyone who thought there was no financial mismanagement under GEJ should have his brain examined. Anyone who believes there will be no financial mismanagement under PMB should not be existing. As long as there is zero accountability in Nigeria, there will still be diversion of funds, inflation of costs, and mismanagement of resources. The difference between GEJ and PMB is the amount that was/will be mismanaged. The question now is, what is the threshold of funds mismanagement Nigerians are willing to cope with? -Lord |
Uricas:Don't kid yourself. Which of us really needs help? Me or you who cannot comprehend facts. The whole point of my comparison was to show you that everyone borrows. Federal governments, state governments, companies, individuals. PMB will borrow to make up his inflated $6t budget. Fashola and Tinubu gave Lagos little development compared to the giant debt profile they left in their wake. So I ask again, what is your point? |
banki:LYING LIAR SPOTTED! As at mid 2005 when the debt was cleared, Nigeria had $42.4b in EXTERNAL debt. NOI's deal was to pay off $12.4b, and the remaining $30b was written off. www.euroafrica-magazine.com/index.php/positive-africa-2/317-innovative-programs-to-promote-safe-childbirth-practices113.html In mid 2015, 10 YEARS AFTER THE DEBT WAS CLEARED, when NOI left power, Nigeria's EXTERNAL debt stood at $6b. www.vanguardngr.com/2015/07/n12trn-debt-profile-worsens-nigerias-woes/ Within this 10 years. NOI was in charge for only five years (2005 to 2006 and 2011 to 2015). So you see as a typical lying liar like your patron Lie Muhammed, you are pulling stats out of your arse. NOI cleared Nigeria's external debt in 2005 and by 2015 Nigeria only has about one-fifth of the external debt burden as at 2005. The woman is God-sent. You are a hater who will never meet good for labeling baseless lies against an hardworking woman. About the other trash you wrote, that is beside the point. -Lord |
You can look at it two ways. 1. By reducing the targets, should and when the price increases and better stability returns to the oil sector, our revenues will increase and there will be surplus. If things should go bad, the shock will not be too much to bear. 2. When things get better, we might be unable to track where the excesses will go since accountability in Nigeria is zilch at the moment. So they might just be planning on how to siphon extra money when prices improve late next year. Keeping my fingers crossed. -Lord |
Grown men acting like children. It's now GEJ supporters that are screaming give PMB more time. When you say someone with a bread label certificate should be your president, it shows you are not fit to be a father or even vote. You belong to a state penitentiary. Come 2019 another hoodwink will climb the stables, retards like him will vote for the hoodwink, then start complaining months later. Story of Nigeria. -Lord |
Uricas:What are you talking about? Every country borrows money. Even the US. The US owes over $12t dollars. More debt that they can pay. Nobody over there is screaming about the economy being run down. So what exactly is your point. NOI is the best thing that happened to Nigeria in terms of finance. She helped cleared the debt all your northern oligarchs had accumulated over the years. Gave Nigeria a fresh start. Then she came back to give Nigeria good food security, revamp our industries, help navigate a way to keep the money flowing in, and help stabilize our moribund economy. NOI is not a magician. She did her best. We've always known Nigeria was poor, but countries like Ghana with an economy the size of a few states in Nigeria still look for foreign investors. So what is your point? -Lord |
ooshinibos:Many people had different expectations from GEJ. What everyone failed to realize is the limitations GEJ faced. I'm pretty sure if PMB had his way, he would have wanted a different crop of ministers, but Alas he had to compensate those who stood for him even if they had questionable records. That is a former military dictator who has been trying to get into power for 12 years in a party that is less than a year old. Now compare to a gentle civilian who rose through the ranks out of providence, had no previous aspiration to the presidency, in the now defunct largest party in Africa. Did you expect Jonathan to stand up successfully against strong-willed chieftains who had the nation in its gauntlets and still do. Can you remember how the removal of the fuel subsidy was grossly fought against? The stalwarts in PDP under GEJ have now subtly crossed the border into APC. Do you think subsidy will just disappear, or power supply will just miraculously become a 24/7/365 thing, or that the refineries will start working, or all the federal roads will be tarred, or we would have a fully functioning rail network connecting the whole country, or that we would all of a sudden have world-class hospitals, or that out tertiary institutions will climb up to enter top-1000 universities in the world? Come on this is not Disneyland, it's Nigeria. Democracy is not autocracy or a monarchy. You cannot bite the hands that fed you without consequences. For a preamble, look at Boko Haram, when it could have been squashed, the Northern elders by their silence let it grow to haunt the GEJ administration to keep to their promise that they would make the country "ungovernable" for him. BH prisoners were routinely released by sympathetic officials. Blaming all those on GEJ is like blaming PMB for the Southern Ijaw violence in Bayelsa. This underscores why PMB is currently voicing his frustration as to the complexity of the anti-corruption fight. There are party chieftains, economic behemoths (subsidy cabal, power cabal...), saboteurs and so on. In Nigeria, transformation of infrastructure deficit, lopsided power, shabby health care, dilapidated education cannot happen in 4 years, heck in 16 years. You need progressive small steps. And progressive small steps GEJ took. What he did was establish a way to keep the money flowing (FDI) by painting the picture of a liberal economy for the private sector to take advantage of. Then he worked on revamping the Agriculture sector to a sustainable pace. The took a step back to revitalize the industries with giant strides made in the auto segment. He revamped the rail sector as well. He also did make small improvements in other sectors. He gave INEC more autonomy to bolster the nation's democracy and a few other improvements that aren't too significant to be felt. The rest of the time he had to deal with quibbles inside his party, from hostile regions, security challenges, irresponsible opposition, saboteurs in his government, economic hoodlums who were finding it difficult to let go of the do-what-you-like era of OBJ. You have to face it, leadership can only do so much in Nigeria. Look at PMB and the state of the nation now, do you understand what I mean now? About diversion of funds. For crying out loud it happens virtually everywhere. Do you know of the blackwater scandal in the US. Or how defence contractors regularly take mouth-watering defence contracts from the US and NATO and deliver sub-par services. Do not be a simpleton. Part of the money that was meant for the development of Rivers and Lagos were diverted to PMB's campaign. We wouldn't hear of it because APC is in power now. There's one thing I never do, I don't expect the devil to say the truth. Don't expect politicians to represent your interest. At least not in the present Nigeria. GEJ did not pillage as much as OBJ. I am not trying to defend the corruption under GEJ: Lord knows I was irritated by the many scandals during his presidency like Odua's bulletproof car scandal. But I did not let these setbacks blind me from the little progress we were making. Unemployment rate was sinking, new businesses were setting shop (look at the malls), food security was improving... You don't throw away the baby and the bath water. GEJ did not fail. He only did not live up to the dreamy superman messianic figure that short-sighted dim-witted unenlightened simpletons had envisaged. Exactly the same way PMB is not living up to the saintly figure the exact same people had envisaged. -Lord |
ooshinibos:If you call it PDP incompetence. I agree. But do not narrow it down to GEJ or just 16 years. We are still feeling the effects of the 1966 civil war. IBB and Abacha's monumental corruption skit is still affecting the country. Even Shonekan made a mess of things. Nigeria's problem did not start 16 years ago. It did not start when GEJ became a president. The undisputed fact is that GEJ left this country better than he met it. Since that is the case he did well (at least in my book). I wish PMB the best. But I'm afraid it is the same thumb-printing-happy gullible Nigerians and Zombies that thought GEJ was Hitler's reincarnation that would stop PMB from reaching his full potential. PMB can take as much time as he wants. The only thing I will not condone is pushing off blames to a government that is no longer in power, and even more annoyingly, just one administration amidst a barrage of failed administrations. -Lord |
arresa:So the problem is the use of English? No worries. Let us use the word boldly inscribed in the thread title, 'honor.' The list of individuals previously honored has no bearing on this issue. The fact is that an international organization with foremost diplomatic clout honored GEJ for his giant democratic strides. The international community cannot be fooled. They know the caliber of leaders Africa usually produces: Biya, Mugabe, current Swaziland king, Gbagbo, Idi Amin. However, there are a few that defy all odds to be the beacon of hope for Africa: Mandela, Nkrumah, Jonathan. Mandela had his detractors, so it is no surprise that GEJ has his. I think the biggest mistake you can make is to think that anyone person is a messiah of some kind. Leaders are people with their own shortcomings. But then good leaders leave a mark that define their good leadership. GEJ's own was to provide a stable foundation for democracy, unity, and a sound economy. GMB's waterloo will not be that he is an awful person, it would be because people have read religious and comic books too much to think that all of Nigeria's problem can be solved by one man in a 4 year period. GEJ was and is not a savior, Saint, or superhero. He had his turn, he did his best, left the country better than he met it, now posterity favors him. That is something you haters cannot take from him. I know I will have a field day by 2019. PMB has done all the hard work for me, all I have to do is dot the i's and cross the t's. -Lord |
arresa:Sure. It would make zero sense to a person with a lie-infested brain. Don't worry, we need specimens like you to educate our young ones of how zombies act like. -Lord |
