In my book, IBB remains the greatest Nigerian leader. Sometimes I wish he could have ruled Nigeria as a civilian president.
If he did, all the constitutional mess we have today would have been fixed by him, one way or another.
He would have perfected this union either by hook or crook. He was willing to experiment with revolutionary ideas, and some of his ideas survive till today!
In 23 years of Nigeria's democracy, we can't even restructure the country to make it work for everybody.
Imagine that we are still unable to amend a military handed constitution in 23 years! Na wa o.

BTW, a working (functional) Nigeria is far superior to any country(s) that can emerge from it.

As for Buhari, no one had much expectation from him because he's never had the experience nor knowledge of doing such to begin with. What we expected from Buhari at least as a military general was that he would curb Insecurity and corruption which was rife under Jonathan.

Funny you're talking about corporate system, Tinubu worked as a top accountant and auditor for several reputable top international companies. Tinubu is a first class Bsc graduate of accounting and business administration.

Tinubu is too old to rule this very complex country and his party even had the audacity to pick a Muslim as a running mate (I know that's the only way they can have a chance). But his past experience and exploits in governance is really speaking for him

For Peter obi, he didn't do much in Anambra (forget all what is supporters are saying online. How wld you return money back to the state account when there are several infrastructures to be built. I think he was clueless on what to use the funds for). But he younger and agile. He is not a saint but he is a lesser thief compared to atiku and tinubu.

For Atiku, I don't even know. He is as much a thief like tinubu but at least he picked a Christian running mate and he has vast experience in governance and has as much international connections as Tinubu.
