Please, for how long was this used in Nigeria? |
MansoryMX:That sitting governor might end up being one from the south or any other key character with presidential or gubernatorial ambitions. I totally agree it's as if Zulum is playing to a script. |
Nickshrapnel:BH boys kwa! Here, we are talking about Boko men paying civilians well above minimum wage to get Nigerians enlisted in their army. This is already a war economy. Era of the almajaris cashing out big time. Shey formal education gets majority of non-almajari youths jobs from 30k? On the other side, its 200 to 350k per month for freshers; so I heard ![]() |
oluwafemiabioye:These boko haram terrorists are highly trained and except for air power, I bet they have more sophisticated and deadlier weapons than our military. That's why Nigeria cannot go on the offensive against them. The few times we tried to, our boys suffered heavy casualties and our military was humiliated. We even saw a theatre commander, a General, almost shedding tears on Tv. Bottom line is, Nigeria is tackling this insecurity issue rather too late in the day and reluctantly at that. Take it to the bank, another 10 years to come and we would still be talking about this! Only God can save Nigeria now! |
SarkinYarki:Gbam!! That a NAF Alpha jet crashed and Boko Haram located and got to the crash site before any one else tells the whole story. |
Those corrupt Lagos police and Lastma officials are already at their drawing boards working on how to undermine this procedure. These operatives used their position to extort motorists, impound & auction cars to themselves at the end of 2020 here in Lagos. Exactly on 3-12-20, about a day after the governor went on an inspection of the 3rd Mainland bridge, I was involved in a case where a group of policemen, Lastma officials and their touts tricked us into taking a 'one-way'. My friend ended up paying 250k to Lastma to bring the car out of that their yard at Oshodi after one week. It was more than daylight robbery!!! Unfortunately, it was only their words against ours. Many other people had same experience but some were lucky to get their cars out same day for as low as 40k. I give it up for Sanwoolu. What should follow is a law that exonerates / protects motorists (and other citizens) unless there's substantial video evidence (of the circumstances) from these thieving operatives. |
Patrioticman007:Who's Leviticus and are Christians killing people over blasphemy anywhere in the world today? |
I won't believe this until I see the video. But really, our politicians never close their lips until they goof. Anyway, its in the scriptures that even fools who better keep silent are considered wise and intelligent. |
AsomughaChuks02:Would you forgive a father who goes drinking trophy and pepper-soup in his friend's house yet dashes the gateman there a tip, while his children back home are starving to death? |
macaranta:Aisha possibly came back to pack her things outta the azza room since zaddy might not be coming back from Sudan till after the elections in 2023 |
VaselineCrew:I've believed these videos since I first saw them; but are they truly for real? Without wanting to assume that Gandollar is that refined or he's any different from our rotten bunch of corrupt politicians, I see no logic in some contractors counting money into a governor's hand in this piecemeal fashion. Something seems not to be right!!. |
Even Aisha can't make a distinction between a failed government and one that's down. Sadly, we focus on the wrong things and never get our arguments right. In fact, that's how EFCC intentionally scuttles cases of corruption against politicians. Garba Shehu was more or less threatening that Buhari remains unaccountable to no one and that who ever dares the government will be dealt with, perhaps like they did with #Endsars. This is serious issue and the argument here! |
koladata:So, is the story real because you live at Ojodu Berger or because you verified it yourself? |
Okupe must have been paid to play the mascot in Tinubu's presidential bid declaration. |
SarkinYarki:That's Burna telling the governor that time is money. |
The type of corrupt and visionless leadership we've had since Gowon's era is the reasony we're here today. Unemployment is just one of the symptoms. Islamic fundamentalism was the 'final straw'. |
The guys at ChannelsTV and Baba-Hammed made it too easy for Garba Shehu who easily deflected all the jabs the latter threw at him. When interviewing people like Garba Shehu, you need to come with facts to get them depressed. One would have expected him to be taken up with facts about what the President's views are on 1. The fraud allegations against Buratai et al by the NSA. 2. What we stand to lose by engaging international support in the fight against BH 3. Why our military can't adopt a full scale military offensive like Chad did (and why we did not work in sync with Chad last time) 4. Why the military seems to have no intelligence on the location of bandits whereas everyone that's come on TV including Gumi (who met them) know their location 5. Why $1.5b must be spent on a refinery whereas same amount can better be used as 10% equity in a JV say with a consortium of the IOCs for one or 2 new refineries 6. Why the PIB could not have been passed say since 2015 and made to force all IOCs to build a 100k bpd refinery each over 4 years so that Buhari has some sort of achievement to point at after everything 7. How the government is convinced that investors will be happy bring to in funds to establish refineries in a market where the government is also a player / competitor or 8. How the government has helped Innosons and co (or hope it is encouraging new investors) by reducing import duty on imported cars. I mean! That conversation with Garba Shehu was just a total waste of time and didn't achieve anything. In the end, it was just a rofororo beer parlour argument between a Garba Shehu and one Baba Hammed who won't have done any better had he been the one in government. |
LZAA:Ships are slower and the players would have had to travel at sea for several hours instead of shallow waters. The small boats were just perfect. |
Okay |
Fahdiga:Buhari is only a tool being used in the destruction process since terrorism festers wherever there's a leadership gap. Indirectly, all the tucanos and other war hardwares being bought feed the economies of these world powers. |
na2016:And this makes them hypocrites? Na dem spoil our universities ni? |
Same way they revamped Nitel, NTA, PHCN, Nigeria Airways, the Molling Mills, ALCON, Ajaokuta and even Aso Rock clinic . |
I wish Buhari gets interviewed one of these days on how he'd intended to make $1 =1 Naira. He also needs to explain how it makes sense to want to spend $1.5b on PHCR hoping to have same functional in 4 years' time by when Dangote's Refinery would have been catering 100% to our needs. Who will advice these morons that $2b can build a brand new 100 bpd refinery even though NNPCorruption has no business competing with private refineries. Lastly, when is Nigeria going to start having steady power so that the likes of Michelin and Dunlop can come back. Fayemi on his part failed woefully as a Minister; he had the opportunity to make Ajaokuta Steel work. He's also failed as a 2-term governor and sits hopelessly on his area's potential of cocoa export. When exactly are these guys going to diversify Nigeria's economy as they keep proclaiming? |
AKONE:Broader perspective of the zoo! |
JosephXavier:Enough said |
Sabotage as usual! We can expect the killings to continue for as long as Gov. Bello Muhammad Matawalle, Sheikh Gumi, other beneficiaries, sympathisers & sponsors of terror (including those in the military) keep distracting us by insisting on negotiations with bandits and Boko Haram. |
fireback:Thank you very much! They rip off the masses with their estimated bills and engage in all sorts of illegalities. The guy should count himself lucky he wasn't set ablaze. ![]() |
In summary, Northern elders are giving an excuse on Buhari's behalf that the military not giving necessary security briefings & true situation reports is the problem. How mischievous can these Northerners get and where were they when people were calling for Buratai and co. to be fired? |
Until we stop voting illiterate HoR members, governors and presidents, the country remains doomed. Imagine having a lifeless dullard in charge and then a bunch of mostly house of rep monkeys!! |
How would this count for third term after people have made superior arguments for rotational presidency even though it's not enshrined in Nigeria’s constitution. Many abokis, including Ndume never come straight. His is simply a deceitful sympathy for the South. Plus, why must he make an argument against the South East in this same argument? Hypocrisy!! Same Ndume in a recent TV interview blamed the military for insecurity in the North. In that same interview, it was same Ndume again making excuses on behalf of the military citing lack of equipment, funding and what have you. Its so disgusting. People of Ndume's ilk stand for nothing and they are part of Nigeria's problem. |
The leadership of NLC and the governors are behind this. Yes! plus the guys at NLC are just about to cash out big-time. Believe me!. You can see it clearly from their very weak response. |
Syphilitic madness and shameful seeing Nigerian youths always fighting over irrelevant issues. But then, what makes men over 60 keep thinking new pu*sies while most mothers think about their children? Many of our politicians are equally guilty of this barbaric practice using religion as cover. |
