Our Engineering Firms need to work on making precast pavements and precast concrete slabs...they can finish a 1yr project in 3 months...at least have 25% precast cement slabs ready to go. They can also do it on site, while pouring concrete on some sections. With pure concrete or high cement concrete, there would be less chance of failure. Now we have it for parapet...you can complete the job in 1 day...they also have it now for decking...reduces the time needed to dry and solidify so you can continue building within days. ryloy: |
When we complain or when they complain...they say, why can't they just come home? 1. If they had the money, would they be sleeping in tents and begging for food or looking to share foods. The Govt should once a month provide free 100 vouchers for free flights, so folks can return home. 2. If they return to Nigeria, what would they return to? Some have told everything or borrowed funds that they had promised to returned. How do you return to hopelessness and more debt, so they just stick to staying abroad. 3. Returning to Nigeria without success brings with it another stigma of failure...so everyone just go with...we will just die here or die trying. So, when people complain about difficulties abroad, show them grace and mercy...show empathy, learn from their mistakes and listen....that way, if you ever travel, your voice won't be drowned by those who think you should say nothing while in sorrow and tears. Putin can govern for life...NATO and US do not have that privilege...so it's a waiting game. This is one of the benefits of autocracy. Every 10yrs, major economic shifts happen, so it's just a matter of time for citizens of these countries to start singing another tune...Russians are used to tightening belts especially after the Soviet Union collapse. and CNG Buses are still coming...which would greatly reduce demand on petrol...in addition to increased supply of food produce, startup of our refineries...with Dangote Diesel and Aviation Fuel leading...which would further bring in more forex. This is why everyone wanted to win...this is the time to do amazing things for Nigeria...the opportunities were clearly there for the take. femisplash: |
and because you can afford that....you think others should deal with the same. Some landlords work hard to erect their buildings. Tenants can negotiate payments and if landlord says no, they need to move out. You can't force yourself on someone. That is how we create entitled generations. PointZerom: |
what a statement...a typical tenant with tenant mentality. Why not go and build your own house or move to a cheaper alternative? Your village is there too. Isn't the landlord paying his own bills...this is why fewer and fewer people are building and rent will continue to increase...you can delay but it will catch up to your children who with this mentality might remain tenants too. PointZerom: |
I just shake my head because Nigerians believe in what they think even without facts or figures. If the Govt said no ransom was paid, it did not mean that there was no negotiation. It might be that they wanted drainage system or sort something that the Kaduna Govt decided to do...it does not mean money exchanged hands. Those spewing these without concrete proofs of how much was paid, from who and to who ...are enemies of the State. This is a National Security issue and even if ransom was paid, why would the Govt announce that when it can further increase insecurity by encouraging more kidnapping. We are our own enemy...we are the problem, and sadly we do not even see it. nairalandkachy1: |
Just pass a law...collect take pics with small sample then burn right away...this is one of the reasons people can't farm...criminal druggies using criminals to patrol farms chisomkachy: |

Not a smart move...he should have leased it for free for one year or two years...and then vet to make sure the same people are keeping the shop.....if they start selling millions from the shop, you still can't collect...not so smart if trying to grow IGR but he is the Gov. Anyways this is his 2nd term so he could careless lol press9jatv: |
Finally...I'm sure he didn't gave a choice. AriseNews will start from...how much did they pay, we want to know lol politicoNG: |

Commendable but if it's not Bulletproof, this can't stop invaders. They need to train folks on Drone technology...chasing people in trucks is so 1950s. Use drones, collect intelligence then deplore special forces ...maybe this is for Lagos area sha TheRareGem1: |
Must be a skit...idiot girl...fighting over a guy...the guy will automatically break up with her. No one wants a nuisance as a girlfriend unless she is paying his bills...see how she dey behaved like a rascal. This is lack of home training ...na education dem ask her to go and study. In sane climate, she would be suspended right away if not expelled for violent acts. NairaOcean: |
You counter and then went back to my submission. ISIS was active Obama and when Trump won, he sided with Russia to defeat ISIS...some US folks even complained at the time that Trump was aligning with Russia but they can't openly support ISIS. Israel wanted Syria President gone because of his support for Iran backed Hezbollah in Syria...so is it a coincident that now ISIS chooses to attack Russia and claim responsibility so it won't be blamed on US or UK or France which ever...they are all one and the same...all these superpowers still want to control the World and are working together with US at the helm. I will wait for US Govt to come out and condemn ISIS attack. No doubt thus is not the work of some rogue ISIS militia inside Russia in my opinion LeopardX: |
I know we have low information Nairalanders Russia supported Syria to eliminate ISIS that wanted to remove Syria President. US/UK were bent on removing the Syrian so ISIS seems to be a creating of the West or were receiving some support in my opinion. You can research it yourself. Seems like Ukraine is clearly loosing the war and this is an angle to slow Russia's momentum by creating a distraction....now Russia Muslim communities at peace in Russia could become a target now. I won't rule out the West involvement here even without direct evidence. quote author=Botragelad post=129061845] Source: https://www.foxnews.com/world/isis-claims-responsibility-for-deadly-russian-concert-hall-attack.amp[/quote] |
You are comparing apples and oranges...Sadly you have others like you, tribalistic, who also liked your nonsense. We are at war with Boko Haram...we kill them, they kill us, they kill Borno residents too...they are victims. We are not at war with Niger Delta other than curbing illegal oil bunkering activities. They slaughtered our soldiers, removing their heads and hearts. You are clearly soulless...if you think the 2 situations are the same. May you find mercy so same won't be your portion...Amen ZombieTAMER: |
Her family considers her a black sheep...something is not adding up here...I pray she is OK and continues to be. They didn't even expect her to get marriage and they weren't surprised about the divorce...there are some dark secrets she or the family is not letting out. Truths9ja: |
Another way to get our best to come and do their slave wage jobs. Germany is not a great country where you can earn a lot to move up the ladder. They have a good welfare system...and you can get their passport...but that is about it. Do not think you will get rich quick. nlfpmod: |
The problem of corruption in Nigeria is that it is already part of the fabric of the nation. Even if the President is corrupt free, he cannot control what the Legislative Branch will do...and they work at the pleasure of the Govs and dole out the funds. If he tries to fight the legislative branch, nothing will be passed. So, there you have it...and so we can just pray for mercy, cos it is just so so bad. Ofunaofu: |
Of her marriage, she admits that while she was happy to have found her husband, she would not encourage her daughter to make a similar choice of marital engagement Ojukwu died in 2011 at 78years old...Mrs Ojukwu is 55yrs, so 13 years ago, she was 42yrs. He was 36yrs her Senior...so he would have been 91yrs old now and she 55yrs old. Omo, the man went to market to look and find a diamond o. Gov Otti is a product of Lagos. What you see is a man that lived in Lagos and under governance and bringing the same to the South East. Soludo is a Lagos product. Do not be fooled..God cannot be mocked. Gov. Otti did not live all his life in Abia. Google or FactCheck me Lol. Otti earned an MBA degree from the University of Lagos in 1994. Thereafter he moved to the then Nigerian Intercontinental Merchant Bank Ltd. While at Intercontinental Bank, he worked both in the treasury and financial services unit as well as the corporate banking division. In 1992, he joined Societe Bancaire Nigeria Limited (Merchant Bankers), a subsidiary of Banque SBA Paris where he rose to the position of a senior manager. He moved on to the United Bank for Africa (UBA)[9] as the principal manager overseeing the bank’s corporate banking sector for the entire South Division with the responsibility of growing the oil and gas business for the bank. In May 2001, he joined First Bank of Nigeria, PLC as assistant general manager in with the sole responsibility of growing the Energy Sector for the bank.... All in All, the Success in Aba, Abia is a Nigeria Success Story...so we celebrate. horsepower102: |
For someone who is doing security with bills monthly, it is not so easy to save that much and even if he did, he will probably contemplate just buying land and building than traveling...this gesture goes a long way and show us that this new generation...some of them are indeed special. Islie: |
This is one of the things that make America special. Parents will give Teachers gift during Teachers' week. The Soldiers will be welcomed with several gifts and freebies on arrival at the airport by so many companies. People volunteer in their communities to strengthen the needs. Parents volunteer in schools and raise funds for trips and so on. Nigeria ...we are all about me me me me me. That is why its hard to grow as a people or as a nation. Touch a life and be the difference. I am inspired to give back with IDAGBA Foundation, because in America, even people that don't know you will provide legacy scholarships to fund your education. God Bless USA, God Bless Nigeria too...but we need to be better. So many of these on YouTube you cant watch it all or even on GoFundMe. Islie: |
Keyamo no way...airlines have moved to the new wing of the airport. He has completed AirPeace Nigeria to UK deal, helped to reorganize the agency, and fast track the movement of some essential employees from Abuja to Lagos. Keyamo I will call SAFE. Morbeta11: |
I hope all of them are UK citizens...playing with deportation is testing God. Anyways, they will be fine returning back to Nigeria. Hope they collected the needed permit. NwekeUG: |
Do you realize one could end up in the International Criminal Court for killing surrendered fighters? Yall just think the world is governed on lawlessness. Namaster: |
Yes I would have made the same argument. Go and watch AriseNews again and the foreign expert that came on at that time to educate your Rufai. Tinubu cannot be seen as going against the majority, and yes sanctions were needed at that time. Of course, they didn't expect the countries to announce pull out from Ecowas. That was a master strategy by those countries, so ECOWAS had to re-evaluate. This is democracy in action. When you want leaders to get it right, you elect messiah and get nonsense. I would rather some make decision, evaluate, and reverse if needed. Not all decisions can be left to ...perfection. I know most of you here have never led anything...it shows. YourKarma: |
Like I said before...low information people we are...now let me help you If we were paying say $10 billion per year for subsidy, announcing the removal has cut importation...and devaluation of forex means it might look like we are paying the same amount in Naira, but we are actually paying 1/3 and with the cuts in importation, we are using a whole lot less in GDP...we were headed to a level where we wouldn't be able to have capital expenditure. 2024 budget reverses that. You just insult, but like most low information or low IQ, you cannot understand or argue on the merits. Artscollection: |
This man was on Channels with Seun over the PDP primaries...this may be connected to that mess InfoGuru118: |
