Do you know the NMR at my college alone was half a million dollars...it can tell you the chemical composition of compounds so you can create and discover new compounds and bondings. I wrote something similar for Oyo State...just charge N1000 for bungalow, N2000 for duplex and up and down...5 floors pay N5000 annually...Ibadan alone will raise more than the entire IGR that Oyo State collects. You hire staff that will cover some sections and Amotekun will provide cover...You issue receipts to be pasted at every house...if you default, it's 50% fee. You raise Billions. Oyo State tried to do valuations of each building, but they can't collect shit....not even 1% collection rate. Simplify the process even for local people to understand.. rake in massively.
