Funny guy looking for my attention. You posted a picture that compared economic activities between Lagos and Anambra during Obi...and.I responded that net migration was to Lagos so your Stat didn't make sense. I know you still don't get it. Anyways thank God for Soludo, Anambra's money that should have been used to address gully erosion was invested in beer.

AntiTerrorist: Empty vow. The defeated always make the loudest noise. Strike once on Israel and receive 100 strikes as payback.
Did I tell You I was doing Lagos vs Anambra with You? Did Akpabio not do well as Governor? Do you know how many akwaibomites are hustling in Lagos today? How is this even a point Nigerians have been moving and trooping into Lagos even before Obi became Governor, did You not say its one Nigeria? So why do have a problem with anyone coming to Lagos? Are You even a Lagosian? If you are not why are You in Lagos, se you no get State ni
Those reporting should be careful...they can track the flat from the camera angle...lets be wise. When money is at stake, we must be guided. Nigerians are dangerous to Nigerians.
Movie Producer's President should have someone proofread and edit...."there instead of their"...Oga o..." dey do or they do"...that pidgin English no work for that. Anyways, we need to do better. Gen Zs are beginning to write officially like they type on social media.
Rosenews2233: Movie Producers President Queen Blessing’s message to Emeka Ike Ex wife
Association of Movie Producers Nigeria President Amb Queen Blessing Ebigieson message to Emeka Ike’s Ex wife
Veteran Nollywood actress, who is the Current President Association of Movie Producers Nigeria, Amb Queen Blessing Ebigieson has lashed out at Suzanne Emma, the ex-wife of her colleague, Emeka Ike.
Queen Blessing expressed her displeasure after Emma brought Emeka Ike's first son, Micheal Ike into their marital crisis and made him give an interview.
According to blessing, she dose not hold brief for Emeka Ike , after all she was not there when everything happened, but the Ex wife said her mother’s Children did not attend their own mothers burial that she buried her mom alone, non of her siblings came that means her family has some issues, she is not saying she is is lying or saying the truth. That she is only thinking out aloud.
Also allowing her son talk about there marriage is disrespectful. (Amb Queen Blessing)
Recall that Emeka Ike during an interview on Channels TV, said he underwent a prolonged period of depression, faced challenges in his marriage, and encountered conflicts with colleagues within the Nollywood industry, which was the reason for his extended absence from the screen.
However, in an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Emma maintained that Ike had subjected her to abuse throughout their 17-year marriage.
Michael Ike, who also spoke to Chude, said his father’s attitude was so extreme that he began to hate him.
Reacting via a verified facebook page, Amb. Queen Blessing Ebigieson said Emma is is not supposed to go this far by bringing her son to grant interview, stressing that allowing their son to grant an interview over issues with her ex-husband is very disrespectful as a mother.
She wrote:
“I am not holding brief for Emeka Ike, I was not their when it happened, but the ex wife said her mother's children did not attend their own mother's burial hmmmmm that she buried her mother alone none of her siblings came ..... I think that family has issues, I am not saying she is lying or saying the truth, I am only thinking out loud. Also allowing her son talk about their marriage nd disrespect his father publicly is the part I don't like, when parents have issues dey must learn to keep their children out of it.... This is Africa we respect our parents no matter what dey do or did. Madame it's time tell your son to stop talking......
You can build a house to give you residual income... building materials are getting more expensive and businesses are not guaranteed. I do agree one shouldnt use all the savings to build a house...but having a house gives peace of mind than renting and be looking over your shoulders every year.
The simple answer is NO. Plan to spend N40m for this type of house. Roofing alone will gulp about N4-5m, Shell and Blocks plus Cement - N4m, Windows and Doors/Art Work - N5m, Fence and Gate - N2-3m, POP/Screeding - N2.5-3m, Electrical - N1.5 - 2m, Plumbing and Borehole - N2m - N2.5m, Painting - N2m, Outdoor flooring and Painting - N2-3m...Foundation with German Flooring - N5m. Total so far about N30m...Furnishing and total interior decor..Bedding, Toilet fittings, Sitting Room, Interior Decor, Kitchen cabinets budget another N10m.
Total about N40m. Feel free to add and subtract. These are my rough estimates based on whats popping in the country and your need. If you need to add Solar, Heater, Washer and Dryer plus Generator Standby...add another N5m.
CapitalBank: I know things are expensive due to economic trajectory of the country.
Can 25M build a contemporary 4 bedroom bungalow in today's economy in Nigeria with standard finishing?
You are what you surround yourself with. You can insult if you want...your opinion matters not. Get off social media and build yourself and stop quoting stats. People are doing well, and some are doing better. Keep assuming the worse...
JOHANNESBURG, Dec 27 (Reuters) - Fitch on Wednesday downgraded the rating on Ethiopia's only international government bond to "default" from "near default" after the east African country failed to make a $33 million coupon payment.
Ethiopia became Africa's third default in as many years on Tuesday after it failed to make the payment on the $1 billion Eurobond.
While the payment was due on Dec. 11, a 14-day grace period clause meant it technically had until Tuesday to provide the money.
The agency also lowered Ethiopia's long-term foreign currency rating to "RD" or restricted default, from "C". It does not assign outlooks to sovereigns rated "CCC+" or below.
Ethiopia requested debt relief under the Group of 20's Common Framework in early 2021. But the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and a two-year civil war meant progress was initially delayed.
Ethiopian officials told bondholders in a call on Dec. 15 that the coupon was affordable, but that it was not paying in order to treat all its creditors equally.
"Statements by the Ministry of Finance suggest that the non-payment reflects the effort to provide equal treatment to private creditors following agreements with official creditors to suspend debt service," Fitch said in a statement.
Africa's second-most populous country's official sector government creditors have agreed to a debt-service suspension. But parallel talks with pension funds and other private creditors broke down, the government said on Dec. 8.
and yet a lot of Anambra people moved to Lagos not the other way around lol
ablejesus26: You guys keep repeating this lies thinking it can become true from no where.
Obi's tenure brought light into Anambra as a State, mind You Anambra was not collecting oyel money but go check their human capital development under Obi. Listen to Ben Bruce's submission on the self made development of Anambra under Obi's watch. Anambra under Obi was rated by IGP Baba most safest state to be even with the presence of a secessionist movement. If You solve major challenges like poverty, education, employment, healthcare, social welfare, insecurity becomes a very minimal issue to deal with.
Minus all this lies and propaganda Nigerians still know the facts and stats.
I think you are surrounded by struggling people...check online...all parties and holiday parties are ongoing. Reduce amount spent on data...we spend more on data than food unlike in sane countries. Rich are paying more and less subsidy to neighboring countries so yes we are better of.
pafra: Are we better off as a country not paying that amount?
The amount have been saved since it was not spent right? What visible impact can you mentioned that the money saved have been used for this past seven months?
What economic policies have the president put in place that could revive the economy in his seven years in aso rock?
Did you say we should appreciate the problem averted? How about the problem cause by this policy that is pushing more people into poverty, hungar, death etc.
Buhari was paying the subside can you compare both which was better?
A stitch in time saves nine. Harrods does not want their clients' names on TikTok, and its clear this one will not keep quiet about the customers visiting the stores and how much they are spending or will spend. Lets hope he can find another job because she is now all over social media now.
koboko69: Woman Who Bragged On Social Media About Her New Job At A Luxury Store Sacked Before First Shift
An online video of how a young woman was sacked by a renowned company in the UK company even before she began her first shift has got many people talking.
Recently employed by Harrods, the lady identified as Akorede but known on TikTok as @korrxss, disclosed that she had not yet started her first shift when she received the notice of termination from the company.
Before the viral video of her dismissal, she had gone viral with a previous video in which she talked enthusiastically about her job at the UK-based luxury department store.
In that first video, she suggested that her social class has shot up because of her new employment, stating at one point:
“I’m dealing with the richest of the rich, who are you dealing with [giggles]?”
@korrxss
Lmk if u want tips on how to get innnn 🥰🥰🤗
But in the second video, her story changes. Sounding disappointed, she told her followers on TikTok that she didn’t even do her first shift at Harrods before she got fired for going on social media.
Akorede wondered who may have sent the footage to the employer after she was fired. She gave the situation further thought and concluded that it taught her an important lesson to avoid posting pleasant news on the internet.
“I got fired! Before I even did my first shift, I got fired. Someone must have sent the video ‘cos I don’t know how they must have found it. I took that video after I attended my induction; I’ve not even attended my first shift.
“That was really sad. I learnt a really valuable lesson; don’t ever tell good news to people or the internet, keep it to yourself. Upon reflection, that was kind of a shitty video; I was just joking and was just excited,” she said in part.
@theshadeborough
Sis really got sacked by luxury store #Harrods before even starting the job, due to a bragging video posted about her new role 🫣👀
No administration can perform wonder in less than a year. Keep in mind Tinubu is still using Buhari's 2023 budget. Let us see where things are in 2024...then I will be the first to blame the Govt. We move
lexy2014: ok...the 8months he has spent, how has he fared and how has Nigeria moved forward?
We have idiots all around the country. That is the problem of Nigeria. Bwala needs attention, but he should go back to school and learn some Maths first.
turmacs: I need someone to help me with this problem. I've been on this for hours and knowing that i don't know how to solve this problem did not allow me to sleep well last night. Although i have a working that for some reason arrives at the correct answer, but i doubt that is the correct approach to solve the problem. The original idea i had, which seemed like the most logical and correct way to solve the problem for some reason was no where near getting me to the answer so i tried some other unorthodox method (i think) which finally got me to the answer but i did some things that i think breaks some rules of basic arithmetic manipulations.
The first picture is the problem, the second picture is the solution which i think is wrong and might not work for some similar problems but gets to the correct answer for this particular problem ,the third picture is the original approach which i thought was the most logical approach but for some reason, i got stuck at some point and had no more ideas, and the fourth picture is the correct answer to the problem. I just need someone to make me understand how to correctly get to the right answer
N35,000 × 1liter/N600 = 58 1/3 liters. 4 liters = 1 gallon..so divided by 4 is about 14.58 gallons. My Toyota Camry at Full tank is about 17.5 gallons so that should have been close to Full and more than 3/4 of your tank. You have been duped, scammed and stolen from.
EnkayDezign: As we enjoy this yuletide season let's us beware of this fuel stattions and their antics. The fuel wey I buy for 35K at N600/litre no even reach half tank!! how nah!!?
Please be very vigilant of these fuel stations during this period, especially in Ibadan.
He should register an NGO and show us how he can govern that and manage that. Let us see him speak with Govs and get lands to turn consumption to production...else this would just be stories for the gods till the next election
If this is real and not photoshopped, it is wrong. He should have been given another chair...not the one designated for the King. We have reduced the influence of our Kings to our own detriment.
TruthsFM: Check out picture of Daddy G.O, Pastor Adeboye sitting on a king seat 💺 in Oyo State. Is it good or bad for our culture in Yoruba land 👁👁👁
Politicians and their characters.. they smile and deceive one another just like they deceive the gullible people lol. Are they being genuine to eachother? Only them and their maker will know.
kenevision: Mr Peter Obi joins the Soludo Family and other eminent Nigerians to pay last respects to Gov Charles Soludo's father, Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo, at Isuofia, Anambra State.
Wutinky: Nonentity like you can only voice out on faceless forum like Nairaland after feeding fat from your mom pot🤣, now go check if your mom keep some food for you

turmacs: Please mods don't be annoyed pls, i seriously need answers to this question Anybody that's mathematically inclined should help with this.
The first picture are the questions and the second picture are the answers to the respective questions. The problem i have now is that I don't know/understand how they arrived at those answers. All my attempts to get to those answers have proved abortive. I just need someone to help me out pls

Maybe the message is not for you. Phrankleen is UK-based and said the same thing. Seun is spot on...and you making a conclusion about what is illogical or who is thinking or not thinking is rich. Nigeria is not your home...great for you...keep it moving.
Emmaomotob: Try thinking for yourself. A very illogical list. Also, how is Nigeria my home?
Seun Kuti was just talking about this daysa ago like a prophet...exactly the playbook he talked about. In summary.. 1. They encourage you to japa to them 2. They remove the benefits their own folks enjoy... UK, Germany 3. You work for less pay and less benefits. 4. You become the new willing slaves and the hope of japa is lost. 5. Generation of suffering is transferred and in few short decades, the childen of japa becomes the children without home (Nigeria) 6. At the same time, the place those children call home will always see them as migrants and not locals. 7. They elect right wing politicians to push these and create different access for different people
His advice...think and let JAPA be a way to make enough but remember Nigeria is your true HOME.
