solomon111: The worst super falcons team in decades.
They can't run,pass,dribble,nothing.
They are a disgrace to the super falcons.
Our U-20 team would have dispatched this south-african team in the first half.
The coach should be sacked,he is tactically inept.
I wonder why a local coach should be the one to replace the former coach.
You took the word from my mouth. I couldn't believe I was watching Falcons. I'm still not sure that was the Super Falcons I used to know.

If the U20 could play the way they did at the last two world cups, why should we parade a team like this as our national team. This is a fraud.
honestly, it is a fraud. I don't think some of those girls are footballers

I feel sorry for the man and woman who laboured so hard and denied themselves so many luxury in life to make sure you have an education.

Is this how you want to pay them back, showing off how ridicously educated you are?

naptu2: I reminded my sister about this the other day and asked her "what do you think would happen if we call PHCN today?".

Then we would check the phone directory, get nepa's number and call them. We would get nepa awolowo road and they would tell us that they are no longer in charge of our area and then give us the phone number of nepa @ Berkley Street.

We would call nepa Berkley and cry that we've got homework (exams or whatever. Thinking about it now, I'm sure they had a good laugh about it). They would assure us that the light would be back in 10 minutes, that they were fixing a fault. And sure enough, the power would be back in 10 minutes.

PoliticsRe: FG May Pay Compensation To Boko-Haram Members, starts Drawing Criteria For Paymen by mbhs139(m): 7:34am On Nov 06, 2012
the point is that those in govt, with GEJ as the head, are now ready to put an end to what they started. it's as simple as that.

they started it, and now they are about stoping it.

the stratgey is; let's start boko haram, and when it's time for us to stop it, we will just announce compensation and amnesty to our boys.

i may be wrong

I would advice you not to take cross country. They will board other states with you and start going from one campt to the other to drop people. besides, it damn too expensive. talking from experience and from the experience of others. above all, it is outrageously expensive.

Super1759: asaya camp is a wonderful place. Located within a bush free zone. But has all you need. Last year batch A were soo much that they created second camp.in one secondary school. But batch B weren't much so they all got accomodated in asaya camp.I advice you all to go that day or next,so you can get good bed space and good foam. Be free, make friends even with the soldiers( though they won't be friendly in the begining) forget runsing your ppa to lokoja(that will be the next talk in camp) we have good places, cheap and cool. Like ankpa(few miles away from enugu.) And other places. Wish you all safe. One love.
Yea, this person is right. Particularly as regards runssing your ppa to lokoja. It's not a palatable news at all. I was part of the batch A 2012. the second camp created for us was at St Barnabas Sec Sch.

It's a nice place anyway. And I was eventually posted to the same school for my ppa.

Kabba is also a nice place. other cool places are ogorimagongo, iyamoye, ijumu, ikoyi, etc

If he accepts, peeps will say of cos afterall we all have been saying he is their leader. they will listen to him
If he rejects, peeps are already saying all sorts here. check out their comments even here on this thread.

Left to me its his choice, and he has a right to it and no one can force him. If the govt feels he is among evil Boko sponsors, then arrest him and make him rot in jail. Why is that so difficult to do.

ballabriggs: Nigerians are not so bright.

If you believe Boko Haram really made that call then you also believe the silly tale of Kabiru Sokoto escaped and was re-arrested.

Look at the history of violence and tell me one that the politicians in power were not involved in. Jonathan knows what is going on. The same way the PDP Governors sponsored criminality and violence in the Niger-delta then is the same thing happening today.

Some say it was freedom fighting, I laugh. I know the genesis of Ateke Tom, Odili and Asari Dokubo. It was state sponsored criminality. The same thing happened when the same people sponsored violence in Onitsha in order to destabilize Peter Obi. The same thing played out in Oyo and Ekiti.

Was Henry Okah saying trash? Was Azazi speaking crap even though he was benefiting from the violence?

When they want it to stop, they will. Till then you all can keep f00ling yourselves.
I sincerely share your views. In my opinion, you are very right. You have just taken the words out of my mind. Exactly what I think

Billyonaire: You are wrong my friend. Soldiers are on the streets of Lagos crushing Okada, are you blaming GEJ for this ?
If the above is true, then ask the commander in chief, who will then call the GOCs to order. Governors have no business with soldiers.

Besides, that Akele of a guy must be high on something. I can remember the particular event where fashola spoke about this. It was the military that invited him to a programme, and they were only brainstorming on how to make the law work among the military personnel. there was no time he asked the military for anything special

Basic: Okey, find something else to post, please!
Yar'Adua was hospitalised in S.Arabia. How has that made Saudi a part of Nigeria?
Every year Nigerians troop out in thousands to the US and UK. Yet, you didn't call those ones "Nigeria's satellites."
Now, you're making reference to Germany simply because Nigerians are going there on health grounds (I'm not saying this is normal anyway - lest some shallow thinkers take this up). And at the end of your story, you cited less than 5 examples (when I thought you've got thousands of them, going by your topic).
Sit down and read the piece again. I'm sure something will tell you this from within: "Did I really write this? What came over me? Oh, this probably must have been due to joblessness. Let me get something doing!"
I'm not saying you've written BS, but other countries fit in your satire better than Germany. So, you got it wrong there!
Seems you don't get the jist. What is being said is that our leaders are fund of travelling abroad whenever they have the flimsiest of excuise. the country does not matter
PoliticsRe: FG Reopens 3rd Mainland Bridge Today by mbhs139(m): 3:29pm On Oct 30, 2012
Kudos should be given to Messers Borini Prono and their team for making the feat achievable. Was it GEJ that was mixing the cement and concrete?

Even if the project was not completed on schedule, it couldn't have been his fault either.

Project sponsors, from my knowledge of project management, can not be blamed for late delievery on schedule. Neither can they be praised for project completion on due date. Due credits must be given to the project team. So, who ever brings in GEJ into the discussion in the first place does not know what he/she is doing.

luvinhubby: The state should not play the judge and jury,
we run a tripatide system of govt. and the laws are supposed to interpreted and enforced by judiciary not the executive, Fashola erred by confiscating peoples property and crushing them without recourse to the judiciary, that my friend is illegal, let the courts decide on it.
I agree that the court should adjudicate on this. And if the Government looses, they should be made to pay.

Now, the reason is to set judicial precedence that Government/Might can not be alright all the time.
PoliticsRe: Senator Ndume Gave AGF's Number To Boko Haram – SSS by mbhs139(m): 6:42am On Oct 25, 2012
taharqa: Dont know why you guys would keep repeating this thrash.

Azazi implied that some northern POLITICIANS who cotested the primaries in the PDP wit GEJ( as well as some other nprthern elites) hijaked the BH thing in order discredit the govt of GEJ, not that PDP itself is responsible. You guys should stop repeating this lie cos it feeds the propaganda of BH operatives and sympathizers and makes it difficult for us to focus on the real source( cause) of the insurgency so it could be crushed as quickly as possible.

Both Senators Ndume and Zanna where in ANPP Borno when their governor( ALi Modu Sheriff- current Chairman Board of Trustees of ANPP) was harboring top members of the BH including Ahj Fudu who was i think his commissioner for Religious Affairs; Senators Ndume and Zanna only defected to PDP last. Top guns like Ciroma and Keita who also promised to make the govt of GEJ ungovernable if he won are in PDP however as are some others.

Bottom line: some northern elites( from different political parties or even those not in any political parties) are directly or mostly indirectly( by virtually doing nothing) supporting the current insurgency for supposed political gains.

PS: The core group of BH are still religious Extremists who want to impose their own vision of Islam on both moderate Muslims and non-Muslims; the elites are only hijacking and taking advantage of the situation for their own political gain.
You have some points there. The fact still remains that this politicians are our major problem
PoliticsRe: Senator Ndume Gave AGF's Number To Boko Haram – SSS by mbhs139(m): 6:39am On Oct 25, 2012
Policewoman: First it was senator Ali ndume, then senator zanna, and then ali modu sheriff. Is it not obvious now that Bokoharam is a creation of the muslim northern elite (especially PDP members)? Why is their case always swept under the carpet? Does Mr President feel protecting fellow PDP members is more important than d lives of nigerians wasted by these Boko cows? I just wonder.
Haven't you noticed all this while that this got nothing to do with religion? Must we always be sentimental in making our point. Anyway, you have the right to comment what ever you like but I don't think this got anything to do with whether they are Muslims or not. The point is that they are just being what they are ... irrespective of their religious affiliation.
