Lamborghini Trattori is an Italian tractor manufacturer. It was founded in 1948 in Cento by Ferruccio Lamborghini, who later went on to establish Lamborghini Automobili which manufactures luxury automobiles. |
eleojo23:Very good. But shine your eyes to get the original. |
justmi1:Car owner won't be happy after making money off the dude? Damn. The way some of us reason is tragic. |
Amuatulu:Does this make sense to you? Stop reasoning like the typical Nigerian police. Why will the owner of the car want him dead now that he is about to finish payment? The best line of inquiry will be to check his call logs for that day. Everyone that called him that day is a suspect. Their daily activities checked and phone location data can always be verified from the network log. |
tonididdy:Being suspicious comes as a default for most Nigerians ![]() You can't really blame someone bitten by a snake for being afraid of an earthworm ![]() |
Our hospitals here is not up to the task... Try outside bro. |
I'm surprised that after all the warnings the man with unknown picker was able to get some folks to send him money. This is really sad. |
Election in Nigeria is funny. |
ehinmowo:I almost spit out the water I'm drinking on my phone when I got to this part ![]() |
generationz:I agree with you on Pete being typecast, and Leonardo being hard to figure. From lover boy in Titanic, to a con man in Catch Me If You Can, to a mercenary for hire in Blood Diamond to a crazy guy in Shutter Island. Dude is just a great actor not your typical typecasting usually done for Pete. In Pete's defence, his age leaves very little to type of roles he may get. He is the father figure and often chief or rich man. Lol. |
udemzyudex:Depends on where you are. I blaze with Glo 4G! |
ojtech8291:See what will determine the cable sizing, the configuration of the panels, and the distance of the solar panels to the CC. For instance, if you are connecting all 30 PVs in series from a distance less than 10m, you can comfortably run it with a 6mm² cable; reason is simple, high voltage with low current (same reasons power transmission cables are not so big). But if you are connecting it say in 5S 6P (5 in series and 6 parallel) we will be looking at cable sizes from 16mm² and above; as the voltage will be lower with corresponding high current due to the increased current as a result of the parallel connection. This online calculator may give you an idea. |
grafikii:Time to try to charge it parallel with a working system. Find a friend with a working system. Turn off the friend's inverter and connect your battery in parallel with theirs. You may require the services of a sort of expert to pull this off. After some minutes, say 30 minutes of charging. Disconnect your battery and measure it. If the voltage rises to about 8v or so and stays there, you may just have a working system. But if it didn't, you may just have to get a new battery. I have once used this system to revive a battery reading 0.5v and 1v etc. But sometimes the batteries will refuse to retain any voltage in them after this stunt. By then, you just don't have any choice but to sell it as scrap and get a new one. It's a tough pill to swallow, but then there is some lesson to be taken off that experience. Check the diagram attached; a very rough hastily sketched diagram but at least it may give you an idea of the connection in parallel. Please mind the polarity of the batteries while doing this, hence the need of an expert or someone who knows about battery connection. This is just to give you an idea. Cheers.
|
grafikii:First, I think it is better you find out the voltage of the battery. There are very cheap meters out there that can do that. To answer your question, the UPS can not function as the dumb charger. When you find out the voltage, the best option is to try to charge the battery in parallel with another healthy battery. This is just a 50-50 affair as your batteries may be irredeemable at this stage. But you can't be sure unless you've tried all the options available. |
grafikii:Most smart inverter chargers will not charge batteries that are below 10v. You can only charge the battery via a not-so-smart charger a.k.a dumb charger or by connecting it in parallel with another battery charging via an inverter. But first you'll require to find out the true state of things via measuring the voltage of the said battery. You may need to disconnect the battery from the inverter to prevent further drain of the little juice remainder in it. |
nonso1992:Make it easier for peeps to decide, add the cost. |
Trippledots:After years of experimentation at his workshop in the Cornish village of Callington, Jackson's eureka moment came when he developed a new formula for the electrolyte that was neither poisonous nor caustic. 'I've drunk it when demonstrating it to investors, so I can attest to the fact that it's harmless,' Jackson says. I don't know why, but I don't take dailymail publication serious. ![]() |
These guys are engineering the heck outta their harsh nature. We, in Nigeria, are still praying for good roads. WTF! |
alphabbey1:Glad you got some positive experience out of the ugly situation. |
SolnergyPower:I guess since the 150w by 4 = 600w, at 80% efficiency, i.e 80% of 600w, we have 480w. Given that the system is 12v, at bulk charging stage you should have around 14.2v for gel battery. Therefore using the Ohms law, current (I) = 480w÷14.2v = 33.80A which I guess got approximated to 35A Edit: my bad, someone already answered it. ![]() |

As if the APC is doing anything to take Nigeria out of the rot they are currently in. SMH! PDP failed Nigeria. APC is CURRENTLY FAILING Nigeria. |
Topmost11:The PV Vmp is 17.5v, you are good to go. Most PWM can take up to Vmp of 24v for a 12v battery system. The PV opencircuit voltage does not necessarily have to match 12v or 24v for either of the two. |
zynzyn: helinues:Strenuous exercise gives you the appearance of an older person. Dude is super fit and possible not a day above his stated age. I congratulated myself for running less than a quarter of what he did under one hour. Lol. |
charlsecy:For optimum performance on a long distance run in a flat terrain, each runner needs to follow their own optimum pace as opposed to a fluctuating pace. Randomly fluctuating pace consumes more energy for the same finish time. Keeping awareness of the current pace at any given point consumes mental energy which could be spent elsewhere. The relatively easiest method of sticking to a known pace is to follow a runner who is known or expected to concentrate on a specific pace known in advance |
itzmoni:Luminous is a good rugged Indian inverter. The only downside is the low charging current (~13 to 15A) which shouldn't be much of an issue since the battery you have is 150ah. |
Sultty:I thought I read where the hospitals are told to treat gunshot and other victims wounded by robbers without requesting for the useless police report. Or is it only applicable for some states? http://saharareporters.com/2018/05/16/police-order-hospitals-treat-gunshot-victims-without-police-report-or-face-jail-term Sad event. https://www.luminous.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Capture-d%E2%80%99e%CC%81cran-2018-11-07-a%CC%80-12.17.13-2.png www.nairaland.com/attachments/11278778_images7_jpeg_jpegc250b88d3a108a1e74e6c9bf7bb78252 |
mcTrinity:You can use that. Just make sure you use the right size. |
That's a paltry sum. Not that money could bring him back. But at least they should pay an amount that may help offset some bills and other things. Damn. This is beyond sad. |
