His name could be ANYTHING. I think everyone should be wary of any Eco Bank Account number that looks like a phone number with a missing 0. The main deal is the phone number that is already confirmed to be that of a remorseless, unrepentant, and diehard scam artiste. I think Eco Bank is somehow aiding these criminals that made the fraudsters tend to open this type of account with them which I think is not linked to any BVN.

Shipment is generally slow for most of the items ordered between November and December. A friend just picked one of the 17 items he bought on 11/11 (11th November) deals yesterday.

There is a key information you didn't give and that's, have you used the generator with the inverter before?

I'll be giving advise based on the premise that you've used the generator with the inverter before.

a. Check the frequency of the generator. Most inverters are frequency sensitive. The frequency tolerance of most inverters is in the neighborhood of 50Hz (±2Hz).

b. Check the generator voltage. If the voltage is way too high, you may need to put ON other appliances to step the voltage down before the inverter can kick in. This usually happens when the generator is going bad.

c. If your inverter has selectable charge current, select about 10A and see if the inverter can start charging.

Some generator frequency can go as high as 110Hz, at that rate most inverters will no longer be able to charge the batteries. Even premium inverter like Schneider's Connext SW can only manage between 44Hz to 70Hz.

Scammers are actively following this thread. If an unknown person approaches you for a deal, only deal if they agree on using an escrow. Whatever the story they tell you, just ignore it. Even if they did a video call showing product, it's still not a guarantee. I wish a big cooperate financial entity will look into creating an escrow. Only a fool will try to scam on AliExpress. But still yet a fool once tried that on AliExpress five years ago.

Most Nigerians like playing Russian roulette with their lives. My cousin boarded a bus at around 6 PM against his better judgement. The bus left when it was getting slightly dark, he initially thought the vehicle's headlamp was just poor. Some minutes later an oncoming vehicle swerved just some seconds to impact when the driver realised that their bus was a vehicle and not a motorcycle.

My cousin then realised the danger they were in; the fool of a driver had only one functional headlamp! This revelation was halfway through their journey in the middle of nowhere, with everywhere dark. He did the right thing and alighted, but not without the other passengers begging him not to do that, that they were almost near their destination, that the "Good Lord will continue to protect them". But my guy refused, and rightly so. The idiot driver with one headlamp claimed the headlamp was just fine the other night that it must have developed issues that night which if you know most Nigerian commercial driver's maintenance culture is just a barefaced outright lie.

I experienced the worst side of lithium ion batteries on the 5th of December 2019. It exploded and completely razed my store room.

Sorry about that, just got to see this. Lithium as with all emerging technology still needs a lot more attention given to it to operate it safely. We've got lithium in our laptops and phones and none of these two are having issues with explosion after the Samsung exploding battery saga.

I want to ask, for someone who is using a setup of two 18ah batteries and a 80watts Mono panel, what is the preferred capacity of charge controller to be used? 10amp or 20amp?

The higher the amperage capacity of the charge controller, the more easily you don't have to buy another charge controller during your next upgrade. But to answer your question, a 10A CC can do just fine for your setup.

I understand, but truth is, there is no way you'll pay 500k if arrested if you've got a legit business. I know Nigerian police are fond of illegally arresting any young dude, especially those that looks fresh and clean, to extort them. Will you ever pay 500k if you are arrested? I guess the answer is no.
