I want to get mine today.

I used it for about 6 months, it was awesome. But then I bought FIIL T1XS TWS for $42.70 then I dropped the NB2 (NB2 still very much working well even up till now though I no longer use it). Although the NB2 noise cancellation is much better than that of the Fiil, I just decided to use the Fiil as it more compact and lighter

I was lucky enough to get 256 original brand new Roofer 18650 2500mah battery from Alaba, expensive but worth it and a 67v lithium charger from Alaba.

all through trials and error, my bike now runs smooth, i was impressed at the speed, it's almost as fast as petrol motorcycle.

Nothing beats lithium batteries in application such as these. I just wish the BMS has Bluetooth capabilities so you can see what's cooking inside. Cheers mate.

Go and lodge a public report about it. No guarantee they'll do anything about it. They stole my $148 item. I reported it, luckily I got refunded by AliExpress.
NIPOST up till today did NOTHING about it. I ordered the item back and now have received it. I think there is a new crop of thieves in Lagos these days, especially around the custom clearing area that specialises in stealing expensive items. I've never seen this too many cases of thefts that I've experienced this year in all my 9 years of shopping in AliExpress.

Report it, maybe, just a big maybe they may follow it up. But I've given up hope of NIPOST ever doing the right thing in this regard. I prefer these days to use third party shipper (who it appears may have some people at the custom) that ensures goods don't get lost/outrightly stolen (they crudely opened my package and stole its content and made a half hearted attempt at clumsily sealing it back with a transparent adhesive tape). I was once a big fan of NIPOST, but these current stealing of expensive items is gradually eroding my confidence in them.

The tablet that was cut open and stolen is one such. Since I reported to PMG of NIPOST, what has been done? Nothing!

The NIPOST people are encouraging these thieving lots by doing nothing when theft is reported. Saw a lady crying the other day as her human hair worth ₦120k was stolen, leaving only the bubble wraps it was tied in for her. I know nothing will be done about it. I just hope she gets refunded.

Weather conditions appear to really affect solar panels. This issue of battery quality is an interesting one in Nigeria. I use a MUST mppt.

Renewable energy using PV is a sun business, so weather is a major factor. Cloudy and dusty period are the worse period for optimal performance. But a clear weather with lil dust does increase performance.

Who has paid Custom duty at post office before on imported phone?
Were you given or shown a pay order from custom? The paper that contains the duty fee you're to pay?

I've paid for one, not from NIPOST but FedEx, I got an email detailing the payments to be made. The few I've seen from NIPOST shows the duty on a paper which you are required to pay (often in cash).

There loads of third party shippers you can use to ship your phones. You can buy any Chinese made phone in Alibaba. What are the makes of the phone you bought at 1688? What was wrong with it?

If you do your homework well, you'll get great suppliers that sell great phone. I've got some great products off Alibaba. But I did thoroughly research the sellers and products before buying.

There are ways to know the real deal.

First is the number of orders that particular product have sold.

Second is to check the reviews, most importantly check additional comments in reviews which shows many days of use of the device eg check attached image for additional comment by reviewer after some number of days of use.



Finally, if you can't seem to understand any of the above, post the link you see for further verification by members of this thread.

If you want to buy in bulk, buy from Alibaba. It's cheaper and they can supply up to any number you wish to buy.

I'll recommend you register with either Binance or Remitano. I prefer the latter though for buying major coins. The above mentioned are crypto exchanges, and as the name goes they help you exchange your local currency to crypto.

After registration, buy crypto.


Lastly, secure the crypto bought by saving it outside of exchanges, as the saying goes "not your key, not your crypto". You may need to google about "paper wallets" or go the hardware wallet route eg Ledger, Trezor etc. I use Ledger wallet.

Frankly I don't know much about that. I have only been able to stock up in USD in a dom account. That is so far what I know about protecting my naira from the apocalypse.

That's pretty fast and secure way to get out of naira.

Best way to ensure no limit issues? Get a USD account set up and fund from external source.

Other ways include getting another First Bank debit card and talking to the seller to consider splitting the total cost (say to $44) so you can pay with multiple cards.

There is still the option of getting people to pay for you (not as cheap as the above rate) but still better than BDC rate.

That's true, the additional heavier weight will further reduce the range of the ebike. Lithium batteries totally rocks for this application.

They are very likely not to respond. I've sent the bunch of mofos email like ten times. No single reply. I've called like three of their customer service numbers, the other rang and was ignored. Only one picked and advised me to contact my local post office to escalate my issue. Like most FG organisation, there is never a repercussion for not doing your job. Case in point that train that ran out of fuel in the middle of nowhere, those in charge won't even get a query. Life just goes on
