odimbannamdi:Here is the link for the portable oscilloscope and here is the link for the transformerless pure sinewave inverter. Bought the oscilloscope in 2015 for $70 ![]() |
OkoroPeugeot:Not 4000w. If you look closely at the inverter you'll see where they stated that the peak power is 1000w and actual power is 500w. But I plan to only power devices less than 200w with it and non of them will involve appliances with 2x to 5x starting power. This is is my mobile inverter for use on the move. |
Most free DHL shipping (for items less than $100) may not be shipped via DHL, it doesn't mean they are fraudulent. When you make the order, they will often tell you to cancel and reorder that they can't ship with DHL or offer to give you a non existent DHL tracking while shipping with other shipping method to avoid AE from sanctioning them. I think some of these sellers that sell loads of goods don't even realise the shipping method they attach to some certain goods. Any seller that does not reply me on a weekday after two days is already in my blackbook. I won't buy from such seller. The only time I buy an item with zero reviews is when the store has only few items, with great number of followers (often top brand from AE) and other listed items have great reviews and the item I'm buying is less than $15 ![]() Eg check out attached screenshot.

Mood11:Ehmmmm...can we just say he's a scammer or fraudster without throwing ethnic colouration to the crime? Scammers are available in every tribe on earth. When I heard his exchange rate I know it was too good to be true...and my grandma used to tell me once a deal is too good to be true, that it's usually is. Peace. |
In the business of inverter, you get what you pay for. Just checked out my Suoer modified Sinewave Inverter and a random transformerless pure Sinewave inverter. The portable oscilloscope just showed me what I already know. Lol ![]()

Oraimo makes cheap earbuds that'll fail when you least expect it. |
ceaser:Lithium ion? Ok, would've prefered lifepo4. Anyways dem dey fear to put price? ![]() |
haslaw:Wait till the 20 business days is over and contact your bank if you didn't get the refund |
AkProsper:GTB charged me ₦460 and refunded ₦440...I guess the difference is the "cost of doing business with the bank" |
BoldassBadasser:In some they'll give you an account to pay to. Others you just pay cash and get a receipt. |
haslaw:They may have refunded you without your bank giving you an SMS alert. Just to be sure, log into your bank app or web and check your account transaction history |
BoldassBadasser:I've paid ₦7000 as duty from EMS to receive a device as small as a USB flash drive. EMS got crazy fees. After that day I vowed never to use EMS to ship anything to Nigeria. Next time have your friend hand it over to a trusted relative to bring down to Nigeria or use the services of third party shippers. EMS got crazy billing! |
DavisBloom:That's a huge plus. You got a good earbud. |
seankafor:All Nigerian bank has a monthly spend limit of $100/month on their naira MasterCard/Visa debit card; it's not just a Zenith Bank thing. |
seankafor:Which Bank and how much are you trying to pay? |
seankafor:Meaning is on the screenshot na...you've exceeded your monthly limit |
mosho2good:Google "your courier customer care contact" |
Zenith is ₦460/$ I hope Emefiele is not here ![]() |
itsUmohEtido:Whether split or not, the payment is still the same thing. The delay has got nothing to do with how payment was made, the package is not just ready for shipping. You can just contact the seller to inquire what is causing the delay to ship. But once I make payment, I don't even bother to check the status until after a week. A seller should even be in more of a hurry to ship, so the buyer can get the item and confirm receipt for AliExpress to release the money. |
mosho2good:Contact the courier's customer service team for more update. |
Zi:You should read and read and read and research about the products you are buying. China produces high quality goods, you'd know because often the cost matches the quality. China is also notorious for selling very low quality goods too, and you can also see that in the price they attached to it. Do not believe the pictures you see as photos may be made to look nothing like the goods in reality. Also remember to ask for dimensions of products you are buying before you buy a product that is only fit for a 3 year old even though the pictures may look like it's meant for adult. Every seller is out to make a sale, so they will provide pictures that will look great to make that sale happen. I've bought many types of quality goods but I often research the heck out of the goods I'm buying before making that payment. Because once you do, that's it. Nigeria is not the USA where you can easily return goods. If you buy a bad product, I guarantee you that returning it will often cost you more than you paid for it. If you use a third party shipper, the custom duty is on them. Wood is allowed into Nigeria as it is not a contraband good. If wood is not allowed in, all these HDF, MDF, plywood etc you see around won't be here as they are all imported. |
DavisBloom:Ok, when you do please do update the house |
oluwaseyi1759:Did the owner even survive the accident should be the big question here. |
DavisBloom:Even in noisy environment? |
Horladayod1:My next earbud must have a very good call quality feature. That's interesting to see your earbud has great mics to make crystal clear calls in noisy environment. |
Mykel51:Buy Edifier from China |
Mykel51:Oraimo is a useless earbud, almost everyone I know have this issue with them or the inability to recharge the earbuds. Return the earbud, if the place you bought it from has any form of insurance, and go for another brand. |
SkgeeBoss:Nearly lost mine the other day, the cabbie was gracious enough to return it. But when I contacted the sellers I was told they don't sell charging case. That means you are in the market for a whole new earbud. Sorry for the loss. |
Horladayod1:Great choice. Soundpeats makes great earbuds. How is this compared to earbuds with ANC? Can callers hear you when you are in a typical Nigerian outdoor noisy background? Speedaf is being back the fun in AE deals with their lightning speed shipping. |
WycliffeSMB:Talk to the sellers, some may agree to split payment while some won't. A friend recently ordered a $233 phone from AE and seller agreed to split payment. Payment was done with three cards. Most won't agree to this, but if you ask many sellers, one will agree. Bank rate now is between ₦460 to ₦461...I doubt any bank is still running a ₦450/$ exchange rate. Parallel market dollar rate now is now simply unbelievable. CBN should look into it as these guys are hell bent on driving hitting ₦700/$ before the year runs out. |
isangjohnson:Fluke products can last the distance |
