Likely scenario:

1) In the dispute judgement, AE or seller could've agreed to refund less amount which you didn't counter.

2) The amount may be less due to smaller currency exchange rate as at the time the order was made.

There's a likelihood the package is lost or will never get to you. After 130 days, you should have long collected your money back via dispute.

Yeah. The effed up big time. Part of the reason most bank with them is the flexibility that people enjoy which include ability to shop online.

Got two refunds today. Requirements include:

1) Only open dispute when the item has exceeded 90 days and the goods is yet to get you as evidenced by the tracking details.

2) For best result ensure you open dispute after five days or more after purchase protection is over; remember you still can open dispute within 15 days when purchase protection has finished.

3) Do not open numerous dispute when purchase protection is still available. This may lead to AE not honoring it or worse case scenario banning you from the platform.

Lastly,

4) Make your case with as much detail as you can and don't listen to sellers that tell you not to open dispute. The same seller will very likely totally ignore you if you listened to them and didn't open dispute when you had the time.

Use whatever you see there or opt for DHL or FedEx and hope that the custom duty don't follow it.

Good morning House....I discovered my battery(luminous 220v) doesn't perform well under high current charging, which resulted to greatly reduced runtimes. Called the installer couldn't profer a solution until by instinct I reduced the default charging current and gbam the battery started performing like when I bought them. Has anybody experienced this

What was the charging current and what type of battery is your battery? Lead acid or lithium battery? What is your battery capacity?

I shipped a 2.2kg package from China to Nigeria using FedEx for $38. It was pretty cheap when you come to think of it.

Hi guys av been on aliexpress going to 2years now, and my package never miss address, but is very strange when my long awaiting package of march stuck at ikeja since 17 of July, and latest update become "unsuccessful delivery" NGIKEJ. which supposed to be "unsuccessful delivery" NGAPP.(ajeromi ifelodun post office) then i know it arrived @ my regular pick up post office. But instead na ikeja i de see ooo, no call neither text for pick up. Can your pickup person still go to the local PO and see if he can get a contact that can reach the Ikeja people from there? That way they may reach an agreement to send down the package to NGAPP. My 2 kobo.

They sure do. Standard charge/discharge rate is 10C with bursts over 50C

I cannot comment on their performance under extreme charge/discharge rates since I have not been able to load them beyond 0.14C. My experience with them has been nothing but pleasant. They have lived up to their reputations

Thought I'm the only low C discharge person. Good to see others take it easy on their batteries.

The best way to get fastest valid judgement is wait for like 7 days after the 90 days is over and open dispute.

Got refunded for Item 1, Items 2 , 3 and 4 have arrived. So I'm now left with 5 items on the way. Covid19 shipping logistics era is doing well

All the "PRO" points I listed cannot be faulted in any objective review. The only complaint I have seen about them that I did not list in my "CONs" list is the claim that their cycle efficiency is lower that other Lithium flavours. My personal experience with LTO is contrary to that claim maybe because I am not running them at 10C.

For home solar storage, nobody need 10C. At 10C, the battery bank will be depleted in 6minutes! That will be a very poor design

I think the cycle efficiency is the major edge that lipo has over LTO. But all in all we cannot have it all. You win some you lose some. LTO is super cool battery. And anyone doing more than 1C in any of these batteries in a constant basis must really have a very deep pockets

Call me old school or a scared old man but I use my own PylonTechs much like lead acid. Set 80% DoD cutoff on the inverter but rarely do more than 60-70% DoD because the bank is sized for some autonomy.

Only once has the BMS ever cut off or raised an alarm in like 8 months of use and that was in the early days when I was still hunting for the right settings and sweet spot.

I feel such gentle use guarantees the trouble free enjoyment of ones investment for the long term.

For peeps that love to walk on the wild side, that 5C is a prerequisite for having system such as these.

At more than 20,000 cycles, the LTO chemistry has the longest life of all the Lithium batteries.

It can be discharged to 0v without any serious consequence. Some manufactures actually ship them out at 0v state of charge. Some of mine were at 0v when I received them.

LTO does not combust due to overcharge or any other abuse. There are a lot of LTO abuse videos on YouTube.

It can be charged and discharged at a very high 'C" rate (10C or higher). You can fully charge a LTO battery in 6minutes if you have a capable charger.

I have used mine for over two years now and I have not noticed any loss of capacity. If I consume 300Ah, it will require less than 301Ah to recharge. The cycle efficiency of mine is 99.9%.

It does not heat up during charging of discharge. It stays at room temperature 24/7.

As at today, LTO is the best battery money can buy.

CONs:

It is much more expensive than other Lithium brands

It is heavy, So, it is not very suitable for mobile application

Let the person drop it for all to see. Bad review is not really something a business person should shy away from. It helps the business know more about how to satisfy the customers. No business have only 5-star reviews, it just does not seem realistic to expect all customers to be satisfied with services rendered.

Used it for like a month. Decided no need stressing the SCC. This was due to the long distance (around 35m) the idea was then to reduce power loss and run smaller diameter wire. Had to upgrade wire and decided to run the smaller voltage with inherent higher current.

It's likely the charging section has failed. You have three options:

1) Repair it by a professional or open it by yourself and look for a fuse that is open.

2) Get an external charger.

3) Forget NEPA and use only solar.
