I want to upload my documents to the TLS website, I’m applying for health worker visa and my plan is that my wife which we just got married at the registry will come over by maybe January, I’m intending to go along with my mom’s last born which we both share the same surname, Initially she’s 12 but my aunt went to get another birth certificate indicating that she’s 9 but now am thinking what other documents can I use to back up that she’s my child.

I spoke with my in law yesday he tried manipulating me so I can leave my daughter with them , he said over his dead body he will release her to my friend because he don't want the world to tagged them wicked for abandoning her with a stranger while he and my sister are alive and able to take care of her better. I disagree with him he told me his battery was low and nepa took light ,we were supposed to talk again this afternoon because i wanted to do video with my daughter he refused to pick up my calls.

Good day nairalanders,

I have lived in Germany for 3 years now i have a 1 years old daughter and I also have a 8 years old daughter who lives with my elder sister in nigeria.

She is married with three kids , I provide everything for them and I pay one of her child school fee but my sister is never satisfied with the money she keep demanding me for more money.

She knows it very well that I am not stable yet in this country , life is hard just because she is taking care of my daughter and she want me to carry the responsibility of her three children.

I make sure that I send a big parcel for all of them once a year as I am typing the parcel is on the way but she want me to pay school fees for all her children too and I can't afford to pay for all four.

I am paying her son school fees is 87k per term and my daughter own is 67k . On the 2nd I sent her 300k for school fees and foodstuffs she called on monday demanding me for 154k for her son and my daughter school fee I asked her what about the money I sent on the 2nd she said she bought foodstuffs for 120k and use the 180k for her two oldest children school fee and she want me to send the 154k for the youngest 2 , I was angry with her and I cut the call.

I am angry my own sister is draining me financially and I have a lot of bills to pay too and a small child to cater for.

I have spoken to my friend she is happy to take care of my daughter for me until I am stable enough to bring her to Germany. I like the idea because my sister is not helping me to progress.

I hope my daughter living with my friend will be a good idea.

I haven't told my sister anything yet because we are not in good term but I want to hear from you first please let me know if I should allow my friend to take care of her or I should leave her with my elder sister.

Remark:
We have a long way. A female officer that collected my file kept on asking and reminding me that I should pay processing fee and when I rejected she purposely gave me "Minor form" to fill. Since I was not ready to argue I filled it and gave it back to her.

I was later called to approval room and given the right form.
Not too long, I was given another form again, similar to what I just filled and was told is "the back form".

The same woman tried to remind the approval officer that I filled ordinary form (meaning without any officer's recommendations OR sorting) but the approval officer just asked me if I'm sure I filled the right details.

I was called by another officer who asked what was my mode of payment which I answered yet that same lady officer showed up again reminding me that I have not paid for my processing fee, but this time around I simply told her I'm not paying that there's no such thing.

this is only a summary of my ordeal today.

It's so difficult for my fiance to get a Nigerian tourist visa and visit me in Nigeria. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? She keeps calling the consulate to book an appointment before she can travel from North Carolina to Atlanta and they would take her calls or even take her voice messages. Please any good person should kindly tell me how their fiance was able to get a visa to Nigeria because it's frustrating us and our wedding is scheduled for July we are already making preparations.

Then he said I wish you Good luck in the United States of America!!!!
It was a really smooth process, my appointment was for 6:30, I arrived 5:30, got through security and got into the building by 7:05am. Was only asked for original copy of police report, IP and PP. I was out of the building by 8:30am.
Thank God we made it!!!
