I face the same thing too and now know how to handle this kind. Just continue life with her pretending you do not notice the changes again, but; LIVE WITH HER IN CLEAR SINCERITY (Like when a 3yr child had gone wrong and is back to mum)... Only in your own bank (cus they may not want to lose the account), a "law graduate" manager can get you arrested!

It is so simple, keep a photo of your current ATM card in your phone and if this ever happens, take your drivers license, National Id Card or Voters card to the bank and cry like a baby, that scene will do more favour to you than making noise, (a 3rd party bank could get you arrested for harassing them). Me I go with Drivers Licence, Voters Card and Passport all at once and cry for them, oboy, you will see the magic, even the manager will come to your aid if you can do good tears.

Friend, it pays to come to Christ and live in the Grace He brings (people think it is hard but its not). Blocking them will make them quickly register another account. Pirates don't have conscience, that's why they are in it in the first place. They can registers 1,000 accounts in a day just to send what may have cost them just N1,000. Just like a thief that destroys a golden padlock to get N20 from a vault. The best solution is to identify them and make your application behave stupid to them. People who use your application wrongly want to do a lot within a short time so they don't want to waste time; you use time wasting to deal with them.

HOW TO IDENTIFY THEM: When they are reported, don't block or even let them know, you may even let their market show for just that time, then you trace the reported post back to the id that was used for the comment and wait for a request from the person's browser. Any browser that sends an authentication from that person, be it a login or cookie is quietly blacklisted and from thence, will be a candidate of time-wasting.
In some of my applications, you can't post the same thing twice in two different sections.That's common sense, why should one be making the same comment or uploading the same image on different topics. It's simple, just find the last comment saved for the person and compare the text.

The trick is just to quietly blacklist their browser after a report and they are now always directed to a part of your code that will not shout or block them but help them waste their time until they become tired of wasting time (I'll make them swear the network has gone bad!). Even when they register another account the same thing continues and if they eventually change browser and try the same thing and get reported, they start afresh again.
