Why una dey shout? Whether Na "abroad must favour my family" or "bet9ja must favour my family " all na theme. I would even prefer the later since it is more specific and targeted than the former. How many people get connections abroad that the supposed favour would come from? We all can at lest relate to the favour from Bet9ja, with a minimum of #100 you are connected and stand a chance of being favoured. ![]() HAhahahahahhahaha And to all about to curse, remember a curse that is cause-less shall not come and a favour that is cause-less shall not come either. |
Is it unconstitutional for state governments to generate revenue (not just collecting taxes) by running profit making outfits/companies to the extent of not depending exclusively on FG monthly allocation for survival? We talk of diversifying the economy, is it just at the Federal level? What are state governments doing/can do to diversify their states' economies away from the apron strings of FG, financially? |
Prinzecharlez:Hahahahahahaha Are u surprised? Don't be. Is it not a fact that some ladies after a divorce or the death of the first husband, are still sought after and married by men, while the "fresh virgins" are still single for far too long? |
I bet no lady wants to be dumped after a long time in a relationship. Let's Look at it from another side, in the workplace what sells is experience and not the freshness of the graduate, and since no two relationships are the same, dating a lady that has been in a couple of relationships is not the same as dating a novice. I rather marry an experienced lady than a novice. |

Dexter247:it will shock you to know that she earns more than most civil servants. In my town (UYO) Keke (tricycle) operators for instance, on the average make returns of N12000/week to the owners, besides fueling and paying themselves. how much can you guess they make altogether to meet up? assuming the keke is yours and you operate it yourself and make N3000/day, is that not N87,000.00/month (sundays not included)? in Abuja, i believe taxi services are in high demand and the charges are reasonable, so she should be able to pay herself well. |
Hate and frustration, for failing to make it to the 60 year rule time line, would not allow some of us to see that we are making progress. A man who was sick and bedridden for years can't just start jogging and weight lifting the day after he was discharged from hospital. Recovery is a process that needs time, and we equally need time to recover our sense of duty, honesty, patriotism and progress in line with international best practices. |
Blessed are they that abstain from fast food, for then shall they delay the fast approach of the grave via culinary. (menxer 9:9) ![]() |
I have been following these arguments about broke ass guys and girls and come to the conclusion: Some of our girls are/act demanding not because they can't afford what they want but because they were raised up to think and see men as the providers. And our guys being raised up to see and think of themselves as providers tend to suffer from inferiority complex once they find themselves in a relationship with a lady that is doing more of the providing. The male ego is a proud beast, to tame it is a worthwhile attainment. |
Why are they (Christians and Muslims) praying facing the same direction? They should be facing different directions since they are not praying to the same God. |
Godsgal:Do you know the function of a support (pillar) in a building? If a woman was created to be a support why the cry over dating a poor guy? Is she not suppose to support him being what she was "created" for in the first place? I don't think any free standing structure would need any form of support. Proverbs 31:10-31 is an all time model for women, but in this age and time I think it's an "outdated" model. ![]() |
I was elated until I read: Ekweremadu’s positions were offered in his new book, Who will love my country: Ideas of building the Nigeria of our dreams , which is due for public presentation tomorrow, April 27 in Abuja. I expected to read he sponsored a bill to that effect. As It is, it is just an opinion. |
Good news. Yet for 16 years they never wailed to get the Depot functioning. Let's hope wailers won't vandalize it again to boost their wailing ego. |
is that a problem? how many days in a week do women go to church and even then how many hours do they spend there? what happens to the rest of the week and/or out side the church? so ladies should dress decent within church premises and whatever outside? smh if they like make them wear hijab, it doesn't change anything. |
hahahahahahaha some kind question sef. Being faithful is relative. keeping a single girl friend or not is a function of many factors. some guys just want to conform to societal norms with a single GF while deep within them testosterone is raging like a bull. like i said it all depends on a lot of factors (top on the list being testosterone level), once upon a time less than 2 was not ideal, as the work load on one GF was always too much. Another factor, lack of money to back up the testosterone can be an issue, humbling a guy to despise the things he can't afford, becoming holier than thou. To keep and service many GFs, terms and conditions apply: 1. Play safe 2. ... |
Op if you are telling the truth, which i am wont to believe, does that make the AGF a liar, who said it won't be possible? |
This is the kind of news i expect to hear. if only it won't be hijacked by those that already own houses all over the place. |
that is good but not good enough. if he was convicted on 77 counts, he should be jailed at least 1 count/month. if a poor man steals a phone he would be jailed 10 years and no concurrent running of jail time. SMH for lawyers. |
DarryOsh:hahahahaha since the "Word of God" is a double edged sword, the only valid argument quoted in favour of monogamy is 1 Timothy 3:1 and is equally the only valid argument in favour of polygamy. ![]() come to think of it, who wrote 1 Timothy, was it Jesus? Nope. Saul/Paul, a man schooled in law, a pharisee of the pharisees. since "the spirit of a prophet is subject to the prophet", we can infer that the spirit of his upbringing and training and observance of the law (pharisee-ism) colored his inspiration. Did Jesus condemn reincarnation in the person of John the baptist? Nope Did Jesus condemn the woman caught in adultery? Nope Do you think Jesus condemned Polygamy in his time? Nope hahahahhahahahhahaha if Jesus condemned polygamy, Abraham, Jacob, King David, king Solomon, etc stand condemned and what would that make of Christianity? |
DarryOsh:The bolded is true since (wo)man is not mere statistics, and those "valid points" won't be palatable to some people. Thanks for the statistics. |
DarryOsh:From your analysis, it means at say age 30-40, women out number men, which still leaves a large pool of potential wives in spinster-hood. Are our ladies tolerant of themselves approaching 40 and still single? How often do you find men in churches gather to pray for a life partner like women do? As the OP, rightly pointed out, sometimes our ladies have (too) high expectations of what their "ideal husband" should be, thereby limiting the options of "real husbands" available to them (women). |
engrchykae:Though this is a misplaced topic, I am of the same opinion. We are deceived with the portion of the Bible that talks about a man being a husband of one wife, forgetting that it was specifically addressing a certain group of men, those that aspired for the office of the bishop. (1 Timothy 3:1) Meaning, If one has no such aspirations, one has no business limiting oneself to one wife thereby depriving other women of sharing in the joy. And our women so indoctrinated builds a fantasy of it, that is at variance with reality of living. |
2RUTHHURTS:Hahahahahahaha U funny ooo. Na wetin OP wants, forgetting that answers are given according to how questions are asked. |
falconey:HAHAHAHAHA that is where "their" reasoning faculty resides... |
chukwudi44:Pa Chukwudi44, i read it somewhere that someone that was acquitted in a case can not be re-arraigned on the same charges, is it true? You be baba for research on here and i know you know better. ![]() |
It's like some people can't understand that a PDP government failed to convict Tinubu when they had the chance. Saraki is now an APC member and APC government is on his case, why/how is that a headache for PDP supporters? Or is it still an overflow of the pain and anger towards Tinubu for his role in PDP's ouster from Aso rock? |
How do we know using the wheel chair is not temporary to ease pressure on a sprained ankle or something? Look at your lady, is she not challenged In a way? Be it emotional, social, mental, financial, educational, beauty-wise, size-wise, house keeping-wise, cooking-wise, etc. Lets assume she is truly physically challenged, so what? She is still a human being. On second thought, talk of being unequally yoked, are they not? |
femi4:Sure, low enough to know it takes a sperm and an ovum to become one flesh. If the Bible is said to be written in parables, is that too difficult to decode with your high IQ? |
femi4:Becoming one flesh refers to the child, the product of the Union (sperm + ova) ,else how do you explain marriages that ended in divorce if the couples were one flesh? |
