You should be fine with a 6 hour wait in Kenya, of course there are refreshments sold at the airport, Kenyans are friendly people so if you don't leave the airport you will be fine.
Incase you decide to leave the airport which I wouldnt recommend if you only have six hours, you might get caught up in Nairobis traffic and miss the flight,

I worked myself after c section, do you know my abdominal incision opened not entirely though. They almost opened me up again. Healing was slow and hard. I'm still going for check ups and pain is still there on an off almost a year after surgery.
If you must seek help please do it. But not your mother in law.

My doctor gave me anti malaria syrup to use for my six months old, I gave two weeks before my trip then every week while at home. I also got an antibiotic incase of diarrhea and vomiting. My son survived the trip well.

Best answer. I've noticed if one does not enter school they spend puberty learning how to attract the opposite sex. The learning curve is a short time; from a few months to a few years depending on the individual. It means a 14year old boy can impregnate a girl before his 15th birthday. Schools waste all those years filling one's mind with theories and formulas till one hits their early 20s.

Another reason I think is so families can build a workforce to aid them in farming. In 2012 I had my first baby through CS, Thank God I went for it.
