In a office TGIF, they announced ladies first and then Misters.

Someone interrupted that I was to be excluded as I was a Master and everyone shouted "Master myname" and were laughing that I should go and marry to be worthy of the title Mister
Oh, sorry about that. But tell me, did you feel bad about it or did you just take it as a joke?

lol. True.
But my point here is that all the culprits are maintaining the victim was not a student. That they have not circumvented the university rule by making advances to a non student. Infact one of them is sueing bbc.The journalist did not do a thorough job to set a thorough trap.
Yeah of course..it's just a loose title, no need to take it literally. The point was just to disgrace them so that lecturers will be more careful when relating with young people in future

Yes
What old man can see sitting down
Young chap can't see it on MTN mast.

Momma told him that she was not comfortable with that Tonto spirit the first time he brought her home. But because of her fame and her willingness to pay her own bride price.

Churchill was happy that he has seen the best woman on earth - relationship without cash benefits (who does that?). That was how the young lad lost it to Jezebel and forever joined to marrine spirit spiritually and biologically (through sex and having baby together)

You need to go traditional way to cleanse yourself because the fight was not only physical, thank God momma is till alive to guide you.

Beware of strange woman
So when King Andre brings his girl home and Tonto is not comfortable, you would advise him to dump his spec?

This is not a simple issue, we don't know whether the madness came from herself or Tonto. Some people are not normal

You are right... You and I know that our major problem is our government. This same government removed PHE “Physical & Health Education” from the curriculum of students in both primary and secondary schools for no reason. There are no sporting curses or subjects in Schools. When we have proper sensitization then we can breed the few ones that we’ve. “Catch them young” we still have zealous and promising youths outta there.
Yes and replaced it with "Health and Social studies" smh

Well there is still opportunity to engage in sport but it's more of a private endeavour

But if we could take hold of one sport and own it like the Kenyans and Ethiopians it would be good

Our food is good, agreed.
But the environment they are being produced is a turn off.

Rich food + lot of germs is still unhealthy.

I'm not forgetting the unsafe fertilizers and preservatives we use.
Yes, i agree with you there. i dont really like the irresponsible way we use chemicals

And if they don't watch you nko? You will be like those guys in National Stadium surulere wasting the whole day playing and all looking thin and hungry.
I still maintain, it's better to just do it as a play, part-time something. Then go and find real work to earn money. Don't let hunger kill you.

Them Gordons and Basket mouth have arrived. They climb stage, talk nonsense and go home with millions. I don't think Gymnastics will ever get to that level of comfortable earnings.
You said its a "useless sport"... youre conflating 2 things here...your problem is with the way the sport is received by the general population and not the sport itself

By the way being an athlete is a full-time job where you wake up in the morning and train every day for years...its not the sports fault if nigerians dont understand its value

Sport has the potential to unite a fragmented and broken nation like Nigeria...imagine the whole country gathering to watch a girl like this performing at the Olympics..

what the? do you go to our markets at all? What part of our food is healthy? Is it the meats the flies perch upon, or the vegetables that are sold besides gutters? Let be sincere our foods are not hygienic.
That is all packaging...the nutritional content of our crop is amazing. Yes we do have bad hygiene/sanitary culture that we need to work on, but our agriculture is great and we need to take more pride in it

Its not the vegetables' fault that they are being placed next to the gutter, is it?

But what is all the gymnastics for?
To me it's a useless sport.
Let's say you are graduate, with no job but excellent gymnastics, how will you eat?
You fly over shoprite fence?
If you say you want to do gymnastics, do it as a hobby while you get a real job to buy food, pay rent and take care of your family.
If later you win a medal for all your somersaulting, use the medal money to buy land.
Gymnastics is a sport, and sport is entertainment

If enough people watch you you will earn the same amount Tacha is earning

You are right on this part but there is need for sensitization about those sports in schools and various colleges. It’s for the betterment of the country and not the individual alone.
It actually takes a long-term plan to nurture a generation of professional athletes to world-class, Olympic standard. For gymnastics you also need a lot of equipment that needs constant maintenance and upgrading. Plus, you have to start training when youre about 8 years old, for several hours a week, to build the type of physique and flexibility needed. Not to mention the kind of physiotherapists, nutritionists and sport-specialised doctors you would need to employ. Millions of naira need to be poured in per child, every year

To start off with, we would be better off with sports that require less equipment, like running/football before we start complicating things. And we need to build a national interest and culture around sports

The budget doesnt even care for arts/sports right now. This is the same reason we dont have world class ballet dancers (though our traditional dance more than makes up for that)

She's done society a service, unfortunately she has most probably damaged her own career before it started with short term thinking and quest for fame. Undercover and publicity dont go hand in hand.
Yeah you are making sense. Well, let this be a lesson to other budding investigative journalists

if anything kemi Olunloyo is making us see that by exposing herself she is showing she's not very bright. We could have watched the video without seeing her face, Since the lecturer does not know her real name and likely does not have a picture, he wont know who she was and the rest of the world wont. Now that people know her face, thats the end of her undercover investigative journalism career. Also everybody now knows her face and name...for what?

When they show undercover programmes like this they pixilate the journalist. i am almost certain the the girl said no because she's looking for fame.
yeah you have a point. it's a shame though

at times we have to choose between a secret reward that will last and empty praises that wont

if that is your yardstick of intelligence so be it. i'm not saying she isnt but I didnt see anything from her in the video that says this girl is intelligent. Secondly this is the BBC, she is just the frontman or girl. For all you know someone had the idea and needed a female to be the front. Either way the whole thing would have been coordinated by the BBC not her!

Excuse me this is about exposing sex, intelligence is not required especially when you are dealing with low level men ruled by their dicks and who have been getting away with it. Did you hear what the man was saying, "have you been kissed violently" so crude so unrefined so unpolished, is that the kind of man you need intelligence to trap?
Its not a yardstick, its just my first impression of her. At least she wasnt brought up abroad or anything like that, she knows how this country works and how evil people are. Everybody knows BBC/white people are just looking for who to use...im surprised that shes not more cautious, thats all

what was reasonably intelligent about her? They wired her up and she went to entrap a randy lecturer, her part in the video was her body and the fact that she was female not her intelligence.
I mean her comportment is not that of an unexposed or local person that would sell her vote for a bag of rice...at least she seems halfway capable so how did she think this would be a good idea...

My take: Kiki doesn’t really care about what happens to the accused lecturers, she is just an opportunist, she has gained recognition for herself and it will soon pay her. There’s nothing wrong with her move, she’s is just trying to make the best of a bad situation. Kapish!
Opportunist and risking her life? hm

all the other girls in the documentary will continue as normal....where will she now go from here?

Reason with her point too.

Principal character in an undercover investigation ought to have been kept confidential when report is being aired
But she seems reasonably intelligent..why did she bring herself out in public? it doesnt make any sense

They can't do so by keeping it a secret.
The so-called brand cant be more interesting to them than their baby...they could have waited until the baby was at least old enough to be photographed in public wearing the diaper

And describing your baby's wealth and "riches" is extremely trashy...thought this Chioma was a classy babe

Ahdunns:
The masquerade dance is just a form of entertainment employed by the tiv people.

I happen to have witnessed it when i was a lil younger. There was a man near my area that usually performed the dance. Many people would gather to watch the performance. He'll be dancing to the music and may sometimes charge at people in other to make them panic. Most people often said that the masquerade is an actual spirit that possesses supernatural power.

Growing up our parents forbade us from watching it, bcus they thought it was a demonic stuff.

I'll contact the man to get more info.
Cool smiley but what did they think was demonic about it?

Is it really in the nature of a mamiwater/ female masquerade to charge?
