Gandollar:I know i should just leave this but So is she a public figure, or isnt she? It seems that youre contradicting yourself, except if im not getting you |
2019 and still talking about light. Ordinary light that was discovered like 300 years ago! Shame! |
Gandollar:Yeah thats my point. If birds of a feather flock together, and she is a public figure while he is not, then what was the connection? |
Saintp:Well, thats one way of looking at it. On the bright side, at least she managed to use him too and get that boy out of him before he threw her away |
Ikpongiton:Are you literate at all? Igboland and Biafra are two different things! The punishment you are calling for will surely land on you and you only! mtchew Typing rubbish because we dont wish to claim a broken up family with a philandering father and his child who wanted to slice him into Suya meat ![]() |
stanliwise:Lol, that shows that im going to be a good grandma ![]() At least the one i said is better than the usual "where you pick am?" |
Boyooosa:Lol, that was astounding. i mean it was just amazing they must have threatened to wipe him, his babymamas and his 1,000,000 children from the face of the earth because he just did a complete about-turn |
I dont really mind Tonto Dike despite her faults, but i wonder what this man saw in her he seems quiet and reserved. and she's...well, she's just herself ![]() where did he even meet her in the first place ![]() Well he knows best but i feel he just entangled himself for nothing, because even from here we can all see that she's a wild one Though we dont regret the arrival of their sweet little boy! |
hsafarms:Are you ok? What part of Calabar is igboland ![]() |
nwadiuko1:I agree with you but i feel bad for the children in those rural schools Some of them have never had a mathematics or science teacher until the corper (engineers!) came ... Its a conundrum.. ![]() |
sirusX:Yeah thats the problem..too much theory and not enough practical! |
Beautyaddy:Im 70% sure he was being sarcastic. Almost everybody on the thread was |
Ugosample:Lol youre too cynical but youre right sha Even if you try to be altruistic and do the right thing, your family will even be the first ones to curse you and call you "Saint Peter", "goodie" and other such names that are usually a compliment Na to just get your own spoonful of the national peppersoup! ![]() Which way, Nigeria! ![]() |
salt1:Lol you're welcome. I guess they would like to eat more but everything they eat, wear and drive belongs to the state. Even them sef na state property |
Dagger111:Lol |
Barryseal:Ok, youre right, i didnt know. I assumed she was somewhere hustling but still doing ok, judging by all these impressive photos we're seeing of her and comparing her to how Success was looking, plus that dilapidated "school" Lol it seems you have suffered in the hands of so-called "greedy people", sorry All's well that ends well sha! |
PotatoSalad:She managed to capture him lol. Though its not nice for his rep Phyno seems somehow reserved or shy. You hardly hear of anything happening with him compared to his partner in crime, Flavour ![]() |
Im waiting to see which direction the fine mama's nose is going to take, the mother or father ![]() |
I have relatives who did this. Though no pictures or pillows were involved sha Some people just gats to go ![]() No need to jump to conclusions. You cant know the story behind it unless they tell you. Its usually to do with studying, at times the couple's timetables are not compatible and they dont want to keep postponing it This is better than those ones that deceive themselves by "carrying wine" abroad (or even back in town) when they know full well that its not acceptable (for Igbos) "Let's get down to the root" |
Lol so the people who stayed to finish the course, are they _stupid ![]() i wont say you deserve it but just forget the money for now. except you jam him somewhere |
Barryseal:Yes, it is possible that the family shooed her away when she asked them to "find her something". Quite probable, actually. They dont have the right to talk of consent, i mentioned it because you said something about other countries and being able to go to court. But in other countries I dont think she would have had the guts to post a video of a minor (who is not even her own child!) being rusticated from school as if its a laughing matter Yes, you are right. she should be given a cut, not minding what she may or may not have "meant" by her action. The action still led to a positive consequence that they are benefiting from. My problem is just the way she is going about it. She needs to be smart because people turn to animals where money is concerned She is several scores more fortunate than these people, as greedy as they may be. And when its like that, our society has a way of castigating the more "fortunate" person. Even when a wealthy elder relative sends a "suffering" brother to do something, and he embezzles the money, they prefer to keep their mouth shut rather than complain, lest the rest of the family accuses him of oppressing the "small boy" At the bolded, yes i have had some experience with that too. its quite surprising, actually To be honest, the whole thing has this sordid and classless undertone to it even though something good came out of it |
Barryseal:Yeah youre right but the lady is making herself look like a witch. Even if you deserve something there are some smart ways to go about it Not to start publicly lamenting about a 7 year old girl who couldnt pay her fees Those "countries" do not have the same attitude and orientation to children as Nigeria. Besides, Im quite sure that in the first place, she did not get the consent of the little girl's parents before posting that video, showing publicly that they couldnt afford her fees and embarrassing the family for her own "blogging" glory. Those countries also have robust data and child protection legislation. There are a lot of social aspects to this situation. She's just showing her bad character everywhere and if anybody is close to her they should advise her to stop |
Sometimes when you patronise somebody's shop or bus, and you ask them how much, they will tell you "Whatever you have, you can give me". And it makes you want to empty your pockets for the person, even if the service was just ordinary Some other times the person will start making all sorts of demands, and you will begin to quarrel with them and push the price down even more The lady's behaviour is messing up the blessing of helping the little girl. Its not good to be bitter And it shows that from the beginning, her intention was not good Its enough free publicity for her online business that shes the one who "discovered" baby Success. She could have used that to her advantage to get some deals and still be in the good graces of the girl and her family. At a point, her parents would have included her in the "show" Instead, she is showing herself all over the news, for all the wrong reasons, throwing tantrums everywhere, just like that little Success herself Well, Im happy she showed her selfishness and her true colours at this stage, so that Success and her family will know that they need to stay away from her Shame |

Thanks |

openmine:Lol. Youre right By the way, hope youre as fit and healthy as she is? |
if you can afford a decent gym/trainer, yes if you have the willpower to do fitness at home on tv or youtube, yes if you live in a nice enough area to go running in the morning/early evening, yes otherwise surgery is the way |
Well You can help yourself by 1. Having a good safety and maintenance culture around the home 2. Keeping your good news and progress out of public view We know there are bad spirits everywhere, but no need to tempt them. Village people or whatever have their own potency, living in or near a deathtrap also has its own Physical and spiritual forces interact and conspire, either for evil or good RIP to the lady. |
If it were just based on looks i would have preferred this man as the governor The mbaise fellow is looking ill On second thoughts is it not awkward, becoming a governor by marriage? im sure some men would be too proud to do this (not knocking him though) imagine being talked down to by rochas okorocha, no less! Phew!! ![]() |
She could have told us she doesnt want to marry without insulting married women, after all its her choice If they insult her singlehood she will start vibrating Every mallam with his kettle |
jrusky:She probably didnt die from the fall itself, rather its possible that she suffered a head or neck injury. Either bleeding from her head (fatal if left unattended for too long) or breaking her neck (the person can die immediately) This is very scary news though |
jaybee:All that community and charity stuff is what what CDS is for. If they allow you to help where you are relevant instead of flinging you into a primary school in the middle of nowhere you will help to drive our failing economy |
