The UK has its ways of knowing. She's neither registered as a student nor did she respond to her school's emails before they withdrew their sponsorship and that's proof for UKVI that she came in with the sole purpose of doing something else apart from studying in the UK. All the UK needs to do is to cross reference her data with airlines to confirm if she's left and if her details don't pop up, it's enough to know that she hasn't left.

Calm down lest you fall victim to unscrupulous agents. This is an issue that will not just go away because you wish it to.

For you to make a visa application, you have to
1. Keep up the lie and claim you're married. This will affect you since she's now illegally in the UK and she's your "spouse".
2. Keep up the lie and claim you're divorced. This will affect you since you'll need to submit a fake divorce certificate and if caught, you will be guilty of deception and misrepresentation.
3. Come clean. There's a 50/50 chance of this either affecting you or not but it's always worth a shot.
4. Act like you didn't know you were listed as her spouse. This is a long shot which is 95/5 without biometrics to prove and if caught, you'll be guilty of deception and misrepresentation.
5. Chill out and explore another country for now as Justwise has said. This will save you the stress of lying or trying to remember your lies.
6. If you get a new passport, you still need to declare your previous names on your application. This is easily traceable using your current passport because you submitted your biometrics for passport procurement and your old passport number will also appear on your new passport. Would you really be willing to take such a risk that will dent your integrity?

He didn't pay any tuition to d school only to plead to me act as a lady husband that once she get to UK he will apply for me as her dependants,let me cut the long story short he lied to the school that government will be sponsoring the girl on getting to the school she was ask to pay er fees she was like again. Then the school said once she can pay then she have to leave UK mind u am er dependants instead of er to leave the UK she ran away an start hustling till now and we all know what that means. My major problem now is want to apply for UK study visa once am being grant adminted into any school did you think is going to affect my own visa . Am not applying as her dependants but she already claimed that am er husband when applying last year December someone who understands my story should help because I know this people computeris working like Edo witch.

My application was quite complicated (the story no get part2) so I was very scared of what the outcome would be but I trusted God completely and he showed up yet again. I asked a lot of questions here, the responses I got and other people's experiences helped tremendously. No phone interview, no non straightforward mail (still in awe of how smooth it was, all glory to God).

Oh I also had a US tourist visa denial in 2013 and I declared it in my application.

Which provider are you using pls? It looks like they are being clamped on from time to time. Did one last year and it only worked for 2 months before it stopped. I eventually deleted the Smart IPTV app because it never came back on till it ran out.

I have the Amazon FireTV box and 2 firesticks, been using them for years to stream UK and international channels including DSTV full package etc. What you need to do is go on Aliexpress and search for IPTV, ask for a trial until you get the one with the channels you need.

No, there's no requirement for Covid-19 test for entry into the UK. A friend came in on BA 2 weekends ago and wasn't asked for one; my mum who came in on Virgin Atlantic 2 days ago wasn't asked for it either.

No, it doesn't. Wait till you get the AR outcome to know if the refusal has been overturned. If the AR is successful, you'll be informed via email and asked to submit your passport and the email sent to you to the VAC where you made your original application.

Please I filed an administrative review in response to a tier 4 visa refusal and this has exceeded the 28days timeline. I wrote the administrative review email and was told that the review has been completed and sent to the original decision making centre for dispatch to me and any further action that may be required.

When I asked for a copy of the result, I was told that All further actions fall to the original decision making centre and that if by the weekend I don't get a reply from the decision making centre they will chase a reply for me from the DMC.

Does this imply that my review was successful?

I do but no, it doesn't have African DSTV channels. For African channels, I mostly watch YouTube LiveStreams while for movies, I use IrokoTV app.

CBN rate plus transaction fees. This may differ from bank to bank though as a result of the difference in transaction fees so you can shop around till you get one that suits you.

Depends on the type and condition of your scholarship. If your scholarship requires you to go back to your home country (ie. Chevening) , you can't stay back in the UK except the scholarship body permits you to.
Brexit is different from the immigration laws.

Yes, it is. The Student Administration department just confirmed that it's accepted for engineering management so I suggest that you get the letter from your school ASAP and send it as evidence that you meet the language requirements.

I just spoke to your department and they said that they don't accept WAEC results older than 5 years so if your WAEC is older than 5 years, then that's why they asked for IELTS.

According to the UKVI, bank statements must be from banks regulated by
"........in the case of overseas accounts, the home regulator (official regulatory body for the country the institution is in and where the money is held) for the purpose of personal savings accounts, confirming funds have been held for a consecutive 28-day period ending no more than 31 days before the date of the application and no later than the date of application."

The financial regulatory body in Nigeria is CBN so if a MFB is registered with CBN and regulated by them, the MFB is okay to use.

You should also find out if any one has used the statements from that bank before because it also proves that the bank can satisfactorily verify financial statements through UKVI established channels. The bank being able to verify the statement to UKVI as required and when due is key.

Only the school can tell you this so I'd say that you should contact them to know why your WAEC wasn't accepted.

Each school has its English language requirements,
some accept WAEC if you have a C in English, some ask for IELTS even if you've got your WAEC.
They might not be satisfied with your English language skills because they accept O-level English. Contact the school to know why you're required to send in IELTS even though you have your WAEC as evidence of this.

1. Degree certificate.
2. Upload what you have in the applicable categories. Don't worry about not having a document to upload in any of the categories; just upload for you have in the most appropriate categories.

Proof that your relationship is genuine (wedding certificate, pictures, communication evidence etc.)
Evidence of meeting the financial requirement (minimum of £18,600/year)
Proof of meeting the English language requirement
Adequate accommodation
TB Test certificate.

It's dependent on the destination country and is not required for the UK so airlines flying directly to the UK don't ask for it but you must fill the passenger locator form 48 hours before you arrive.
Some airlines will ask depending on if you've got a long layover in a country that requires it.
