Was it a ban or a refusal? Inegibility doesn't always translate to a ban, it often means that you aren't qualified for the category you applied in.

Your brothers-in-law live with their spouses, your sisters, in the UK, right? Therein lies your answer.

If you don't declare your sisters now, you'll need to do so when you make other applications because you'll need to state all your immediate family members in the UK (and their legal status), your birth country and any other country. Any suspicious change in information in subsequent applications (Leave To Remain) will create issues (misrepresentation and deception) that you don't need.

Sigh! You should have just come clean since it's not a must that only your parents must transfer to you when using your own account.

Did your dad actually give you the funds?
Your dad's payslips (if any) and proof of income (from investments, property rental) and any other avenue for 6 months should be submitted.

What can you advise?

I meant that it can be more expensive sometimes. I remember trying to get someone checked in on a very cheap ticket that I got from an agent, they were asking for money if one wants to check-in online and all that, I just calmly bypassed them and went to the airline app with the airline ticket code (not the agency booking code) and I did the check-in right from my phone.
For refund reasons, I'd rather pay directly to the airline to avoid stories that touch.

Omo there’s no travel agent that will not charge you for change of ticket o (excluding the airlines change fees). Travel start charged me 14k just for them to change a flight that was even more expensive than what I wanted to change to.
That 14k doesn’t include the airline’s change fees o. That’s a major disadvantage of using agents. Sometimes getting a refund or change is impossible. (I’m talking about economy sha).

True! Anytime I have to book from Nigeria, the agencies are my best bet when there isn't the luxury of time; but when booking well ahead in advance, I buy directly from the airlines since it's generally cheaper when booked like 6 months before the trip. I've only ever used Wakanow and TravelStart so can't say much about the others.
It's cheaper booking for a Nig-UK trip from the UK even with not so much time to spare. Did that for someone last year and it was much cheaper than advertised on the airline's website.

Also getting someone to make the booking from the UK while payment is made in Naira at the airline's office is another way of getting a good deal.

Everyone should just shop around for the best fares (airlines and agents) and if buying from an agent, read the Ts and Cs of the tickets they are buying to ensure that they don't end up paying more if they need to amend their tickets.

In Europe most people buy directly from the airline but in Nigeria you do see agencies that have some discount given to them. It happens.....the price I seen people quoting here for BA. Just go yourself to BA website you will see it much higher

Same way usually with standardized exams it usually the price on the website but in nigeria I have seen agencies register SAT or GRE for less. That typical wont be seen if you register in America .I am not a fan of agencies but in some cases they are given special discount

You will have to contact TLS to confirm so that they can arrange for you to pay for them to send it to you via DHL once they get it.

It's the resumption date so your visa will usually be dated at most one month before your resumption or around any date you choose if it's within the one month before resumption or any time after resumption as long as your latest date of resumption hasn't passed.

1. No. The LG marriage certificate is accepted since it's legally recognized in Nigeria.

2. If she earns £18,600 annually, she's good on that count.
2a. Her payslips which must be dated through the last 6 months.
2b. Employment contract showing that she meets the minimum financial requirements.
3. She will need an extra £3,800 for the first child + £2,400 for the 2nd & 3rd children so add this to the required £18,600 to get your final figure.

4. Yes but she'll need to select the application country as Nigeria and you'll have to check to ensure that correct info is filled in because the onus of information correctness is on you as the applicant.

5. You can upload using self-upload.

6. You don't need a new passport now. You can only apply for a new passport when you've got 6 months or less to the expiry or if you have no more blank pages left.

7. Accomodation evidence which will be provided by your wife. This must show that there's enough room for your family at the property listed. I know that there's a part that asks for the number of rooms in the accommodation.

7. Evidence of a genuine and subsisting relationship ie. Communication evidence, flight tickets for visits between you two, pictures, joint bills, joint bank accounts (if any), evidence of the period you've lived together over the past 2 years since she just moved back to the UK this year.

8. Children's birth certificates listing both of you as their parents.

9. All your passports.

10. Her proof of address ie. Phone bills, bank statement, electricity bill, Gas bill etc.

We are planning on getting an accommodation in the UK for us by November as she is currently staying with family.

I would like to know;
1. If we can use the marriage certificate given to us at the local government marriage registry. Do I need to be re-issued by the federal registry and if yes, please what is the process?
2. Do I need to summit my statement of account also or just hers is required.
3. We have 3 kids but won't be taking them along immediately, will that be a problem?
4. Can she apply from the UK on my behalf?
5. If she can, do I need the originals to be sent me after registration. Will I need it for interview, if any?
6. My passport is expiring 2022. Do you advice I get a new one?
7. Anything else I may need for the application to fly

No. Visas, especially student visas can be postdated weeks or days after a decision is made so even if you get your visa on August 1, you might not be able to use it till August 15 and beyond if that's the date on the visa.

If that happens, you wouldn't be able to enter the UK and if you're already in the UK, your visa / leave will be curtailed and you'll need to leave by a stated date. I hope you get your visa before your latest date of enrolment. Try speaking to your school to see if this can be extended.

- Completed appropriate Tier 4 PBS Dependant form to be submitted online.
- Current passport or travel document, including your previous passport if it contains your current UK visa.
- Current Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card (if applicable).
- Tuberculosis (TB) certificate,
- Copy of the Tier 4 student’s current visa/BRP (front and back). This is not needed if applying together.
- Letter from the university confirming Tier 4 student is currently enrolled. This is not needed if applying together.
-Marriage certificate showing legal evidence of marriage.
- Evidence of genuine and subsisting relationship with your partner if you have lived apart for some time (if applying separately) i.e. emails, phone/skype logs, plane tickets from visiting one another, family photos, covering letter explaining your situation etc.
- Evidence that you live together e.g. utility bills, joint bank statement(s) or separate statements with the same address etc.
- Evidence of maintenance of £6120 (outside london) or £7,605 (London) per dependant (£680 outside London or £845 -London- per month up to a maximum of 9 months)

For children, you'll need to add
- birth certificates showing evidence of relationship between the Tier 4 student and the child.
- Consent letter signed by both parents.

Any other document that supports your application.

Your spouse and children are your dependants and are categorised as per the spouse's legal / visa status in the UK.

The spouse visa is for people whose spouses are settled in the UK or whose spouses have refugee or have humanitarian protection.

For other visas like the Tier 4 visa, your spouse will be on a Tier 4 dependant visa, not a spouse visa.

Right! Your visa is only valid from September 30th so don't arrive before then. Airlines will also check the date on your visa so I doubt that they will let you fly if on your arrival date, you don't have a valid visa.

Normally, a CAS can only be withdrawn if it's not yet been used to support an application and in cases where it withdrawn for any reason after it's used to support an application, the application will be automatically refused.
If your visa is granted but you don't receive it in enough time to meet up with your enrolment deadline, the school will withdraw their sponsorship and inform the UKVI about this.

I can only advice you to wait till you get a mail on decision / collection or call / mail UKVI to know what your application status is.

Then the spouse can apply for a dependant visa but will also need to include legal proof of the marriage as well as evidence of a genuine and subsisting relationship i.e. Pictures, communication evidence etc.

It shouldn't be a big deal because plans change. I've not known it to affect dependant applications as long as the dependants are mentioned on the main applicant's application.

Yes, you can. Some employers might ask for proof that you've applied for your NI already while some will allow you to start work upon the presentation of your BRP before you can apply for your NI, a temp code will be used on your payslip pending when you get the NI.
Some other employers will not allow you to work without it.

Yes. Saying that they will be travelling with you doesn't mean that they have to go with or join you immediately.
