People cheat for different reasons. the reason why one cheats determines if it will affect his relationship with his/her spouse. Mostmen cheat for the sake of pleasure and pleasure alone. Most women cheat because there is something missing in her spouse. So for a lot of women, cheating on their spouse could typically spell the end of that relationship.

Of course there are women who cheat just for the sake of pleasure and there are men who cheat for other reasons than pleasure (those ones will have one steady girlfriend).

for men, we need at least 10 times as much discipline as the average woman and unfortunately the modern society does not help instill such discipline in us.
