David's 'guts' are fascinating. I commend him on that. But I'd like to also tell him; inshaAllah all these shameless accusations he tirelessly heaps at Muslims and Islam would someday be a story to tell, for he would silently convert to the religion. Wish him all the best. Oh, I reached mosque at a very late time, when prayer had already commenced. Have a lecture 11-01pm, Nigerian time. Thus, I listened to no part of the sermon. Any way, Jumu'ah Kareem, my muslim brothers an sisters of the house. May Allah guide us to the right path, ameen. Muhsin |
Thank you very much, brothers, or that info. And there are lots o these stories rom friends and relatives who mostly served their NYSC on Igbolands or even some few Yorubas, even. But harly that happen in North, I think |
Have never read any of her work. Only hear of her on medias. Period. But I can feel, for sure, she is wonderful. Yet she is, as once said on this board, overrated. |
|
Then expatiate on what specifically you want your write-up about? |
Greetings, Am sorry to go a bit off topic, but I would really like to say; Igbo people, among other Nigerian tribes, do hardly convert to Islam as far as I know. Any idea on why this is so? Thanks for your response(s). Muhsin |
That man's merciless act has nothing to do with his religion. So spare Islam out of this. Period! |
More laconic horseshit reply, David! ![]() |
Nice pic, Michelle! |
The snooty bastard deserves to be also killed. Simple. And as Lagosboy aptly put; this incident has nothing to do with Islam. Note. |
Well said, baba787. |
The Best Way to Deal With the Ignorant: ", And from the best ways of dealing with the ignorant is to ignore and avoid them. This is because if you debate with them, they beat you, and if you beat them, they will end up hating you and will not admit your being correct. Therefore, ignore them: {"So, avoid those who turn away from Our Reminder, "} [an-Najm; 29] {", So, overlook their faults in a beautiful manner."} [al-Hijr; 85] Avoid them and do not debate them, because debating them puffs up their chests and increases their confidence, and ash-Shafi'i said: "I never debated an ignorant person except that he won, and I never debated a knowledgeable person except that I won." This is because the ignorant one will deny even the presence of the Sun at noon, and will deny the presence of the Moon on a night when it is full! So, watch the ignorant die if you avoid them, and be given life if you debate them. It might be that they come to their senses if you ignore them, and will realize their status if you are shown to be above debating and discussing with them - this is if you are sure that he is an ignorant follower of desires, not seeking to admit the truth, and not seeking to follow that which is certain, " ['at-Tarbiyah al-Jihadiyyah wal-Bina''; 1/301] |
Bialegend:Dumb! |
Funny. ![]() Imam Ash-Shafi'i said: "I never debated an ignorant person except that he won, and I never debated a knowledgeable person except that I won." This is because the ignorant one will deny even the presence of the Sun at noon, and will deny the presence of the Moon on a night when it is full! So. I testify there is NO deity worthy God but Allah. And prophet Muhammad is His Messenger. Keep up the horseshits, 9jaganja. That will not as it cannot shake our imaan. Muhsin |
I don't give a damn who succeds Okiro. What does it matter? |
You fellows are having a great fun. Keep it up. ![]() |
Please remember that Islam ITSELF is flawless. What is flawed are (SOME of) the ppl following the religion and not the religion itself, says one of my uncle. |
Wish I was him. Lucky dude. |
dayokanu:Can't see anything like this in his post. |
;d |
Why all the fuss, fellows? That act and many other of its nature have nothing to do with Islam. And it does condemn it and never will condone it. Thus, considering this, why bother yourselves responding to the David and co baseless accusations? I personally see no good point there. May Allah bless you brothers and sisters in Islam for the job. |
Ellyptical:Was what I said really an incantation? I really doubt. Go find it yourself, dude. otele: ![]() |
I wonder why all the talks? |
Thank you very much for initiating the thread, mukina2. I'll say my contribution soon, inshaAllah. Allah bless! |

Shabelle: SOMALIA LAGOS(Sh. M. Network)-The out-going Commander of the Nigeria Armoured Corps Centre of Nigeria, Major-General Sale Maina, disclosed Wednesday the Nigerian government has concluded arrangements to deploy troops to Somalia as part of a United Nations mission to restore peace in Somalia. Speaking during the handing over ceremony of the Corps to the newly appointed Commander, Major-General Sunday Idoko on Wednesday in Bauchi, about 420km from Abuja, Maina said that a battalion of the Nigeria Army had been picked to take part in the peacekeeping mission in Somalia, adding that the soldiers would soon leave for Somalia. "Soldiers from the armoured corps centre have participated in operations in Darfur and Congo," Maina said. He said their participation in various missions had contributed positively in enhancing peace and security in many countries across the globe. "Our soldiers have performed creditably well in all UN missions they participated in. They displayed high sense of professionalism, maturity and discipline in the discharge of their duties," he said. Maina said the centre in the last one year participated in various military exercises designed to equip soldiers with modern military tactics and weaponry operations. He added that various capacity building programmes were introduced to equip the officers and men of the centre with relevant skills and knowledge in armoury management. Responding, the new Commander, Major General Idoko said that he would consolidate on the achievements of his predecessors to make the corps the best unit of the Nigerian army--APA Shabelle Media Network - Source of Somalia News |
fender:Very fair. Thank you very much. And to you (who are jabbering that he's incopetent, quack, or whatsoever), continue with your babling talk. It would have no effect to him or his post. Waste of time. Barkindo, wish you good luck. ![]() |

May Allah bless you, guyz. My compliment. |
David's many replies regarding Muslims and Islam always scare the hell out of me. He's toooooo harsh and hard. But, inshaAllah, with time he would, hopefully, come to understanding of the religion. Wish him and any other non-Muslim visitor of this sub-forum all the best. Wish they would see the light of Islam someday. But, something needs to really be done. As this thread's author suggested, we've to be a bit more aware. Open your eyes more. ![]() Thanks for your understnding. Muhsin |
