Gabri Garcia, is signed to FC Lausanne-Sport which currently play in the Swiss Super League ranked 13th in the UEFA's ranking of league coefficients, above Scotland, Sweden , Israel , Denmark and Austria, where they lie in 9th position.

I wouldn’t call that failure for a player who played 7 years at Barcelona, 4 years at Ajax and now in the twilight of his career at 34 is probably on at least £25,000 a month. If you call that failure, what’s your idea of success?

Zidane lost most of his hair before he was 25, Rooney was almost going bald at 23 before he had his hair transplant, Arjen Robben, Jonjo Shelvey are all bald , surprisingly Jonjo is only 20 he started at Arsenal aged 10 years all clearly documented. So loss of hair by your own reasoning is definitive proof of age cheating ACCORDING TO YOU, I reserve my comments.

Please do not be confused, I made reference to age cheating being near impossible in Western Europe and North America not South America i.e. your reference to Falcao.

I don't normally use the term "white men" it’s not part of my every day diction, it’s too general as a descriptive term. Italians, Germans, Scottish all have somewhat different approaches norms, values and cultures to just paint people as just, “white men”. I will correct you most of the people I engage with who are Caucasian mostly see me as a saint and look up to me far from the way you have described it. Which is really strange from someone who purports to have played professional football and lived in Spain.

Finally I may reside mostly in the UK but my heart and spirit are clearly in 9Ja.
From the argument so far, you have failed to realise one thing. Firstly, I know it is near impossible to cheat age-wise in Europe. Now, it is near impossible by who? It is near impossible by the player involved or players to fool their own Government BUT WHEN THE GOVERNMENT OR THOSE IN CHARGE DECIDES TO CHEAT BY USING OVER AGED PLAYERS, IT IS VERY VERY POSSIBLE TO FALSIFY THEIR AGES. So, when players from Europe etc cheat, it is usually with the help of their football Association and not just individual players doing that and like someone had told you, it takes just a few clicks of the mouse to do that in less than 5 minutes or do you even think that FIFA carries out a personal research on all individual players presented by Countries to verify their ages? Of course, FIFA doesn't have that kind of time. So, my dear, it is very very possible to cheat by European teams. The difference between Europe and Nigeria is that a Player in Nigeria can falsify his age by himself without being caught but it is impossible in Europe as they keep a good database over there. The only way they cheat in Europe or the only way you can cheat is with the help of the Authority or the Football Association. So, never say it is impossible.

The clothes aren't the same. They were just made from similar colours. Genevieve's own is almost on her ankles while Khloe's own is not even close to her ankles. Moreover, the design close to the neck area isn't the same and YES! Khloe wore it better cos it seems like Gene doesn't have the body figure to bring out the beauty in the cloth, all flat on her.

If there is one thing I will everly be grateful for, it is studying and finishing from the kind of school I went to. A school where you can't even see two students fighting whether on campus or off campus talkless of being robbed. Through out my time, I didn't even hear or see that someone slapped another.

DailyNews: @thread starter, pls y can't u respond to people's counter-opinion without using swear/demeaning/insulting wordshuh Is it that hard for uhuh

I have been observing your handle on this forum and u hardly or never reply to anyone opposing your idea/opinion without using swear, curse, etc words, pls try and change that cos u may be doing it for fun and b4 u know it, it becomes a real life habit.

Argue in a civil manner. Avoid insults, or is that part of ur strategy to become equal to menhuh It won't work that way.

Now to the topic, naturally, men are built physically stronger than women. Even the little equality women have managed to achieve over the years is just out of male pity and emotional consideration, not that they would have done anything serious.

The strongest weapon nature/God gave women is their emotional play, so capitalize on that and stop fighting a battle that can never be won.

A mere study of the animal kingdom ought to tell you that male species have an upper hand over the female species.

It is not my making and never yours. Be happy the way u are, be a virtuous, humble and respectful woman and u will become even more powerful than men cos all men will respect and worship u.

But trying to make yourself appear a feminist fighting for equality with men will only make u weaker and even miserable with time.

But this does not mean that women should be tramped upon or used like rags, never and I don't think any man in his right senses would use or maltreat a virtuous woman with humility and respect.

God gave each gender something unique and powerful that the other gender needs to become complete.

It is not easy to give birth to an offspring, to carry a baby for 9 months, it isn't easy.

It is not easy to breastfeed a baby. It is not even easy to babysit a baby. All these and more are what makes women even stronger than men if they will only realize it.

Feminists have really finished women in their irrelevant quest for gender-equality that can never be achieved, instead of capitalizing on those natural gifts women have to get whatever they want from men.

Feminists ideologies have turned so many women into arrogant people, others have lost their female pride and sweetness. Many women that follow feminist ideologies always end up unhappy and miserable, if not forever spinsters hating on the male folks for no justifiable reason.

I know most of the females jumping up and cheering this cause are mostly teenagers and young university students still experiencing girly syndrome, as u people grow older into full woman, u will understand and thank God for making u a woman and not fighting a vane battle.

We have thousands of soldiers fighting in different war and crises areas in the world, most of those soldiers are men, with one or two women to colour the military.

Do we have equal number of male and female military (soldier, navy, airforce, etc) officers in Nigeria, USA, Britain, India, Russia, France, Israel, Germany, Italy, China, etchuh NO!

Feminists should also fight for equal rights in troops being deployed to war zones and warfronts.

Feminists should also remember that there will also be time of war, so they should be ready to also go to war fronts and not stay back at home whinning for gender equality after the war is over.

Op, pls be prepared to also go to warfront with boko haram, cos gender equality will entail equal in all things, jokersgrin

All the same, nice topic, but never achievable based on natural causessmiley

toprealman: So teaching is now different from lecturing? Na real wa oh.
I will try not to be hard on you. Okay sir, teaching is different from lecturing. A teacher basically operates in secondary schools or primary schools while a lecturer is always in the higher institutions (universities, polytechnics etc). Lecturing is more specified as you can easily chose an arear of expertise(we have arears like Networking, Robotics,Neural networks, Artificial Intelligence, Security etc in computer science) and carry out further researches on that area. Moreover, a lecturer deals with more mature minds that either have a bit of the background knowledge or are capable of reading and carrying out some further researches of the subject matter while a Teacher basically starts from the scratch and spoon feeds the students. I hope I have answered your question?

Dudecollins: Which bank is dat pls? I'm asking to knw if I'm bout to be in da same ish and hw I'm going to cope wif the associated challenges. 10x
The bank has three vowels in it . The only consonant in it appears twice. The funny thing was that, when I wanted to leave, they started begging and begging. The Head of Banking Operations HBO said he will give me the chance to do masters( that was what I told them). For security reasons, I left the same day I tendered a resignation letter cos if I had told them earlier, they might set me up with a funny transaction. Moreover, they don't even deserve an earlier notice cos if they want to terminate a contract based appointmentm they do so by text. After close of work one day, some peeps were texted when they got home not to bother coming on Monday for no reasons. Let me just say I avenged for those ones. Lolz
CareerRe: Did You Recently Quit Your Job For Another One? Let Us Share Experiences by naturalwaves:
Having stayed jobless for almost a year after service, I eventually picked up a meantime job in one of the old generation banks as a Teller on a contract basis. I never liked the job because;
1)It wasn't the kind of job I wanted, I studied computer science.
2)It never gave me time to do anything, not even the time to spend the salary.lol. The most painful experience I had was during the last Nations cup. I missed almost all the matches cos most were played during work hours and they didn't switch to the match playing channel.
3) I was being overused....I take cash lodgements, pay cash, confirm cheques through calls, update customers info at weekends and so on.
4)The old generation bank lacks organisation and the whole work load falls on you at the end of the day. If you can't balance the accounts, that's another problem.
5)The work environment was so hostile and I was never appreciated even though I did my job perfectly. Infact, there was a day my Boss who was a Vault Teller said that the problem I have is that I always try to be too perfect instead of complimenting me for a job well done cos I aleays use a maximum of 20 minutes to balance the accounts for the day after closing to customers.
6) The job was a risky one as the appointment could be terminated at any time.
7)Anytime I want to write an Aptitude test for another job, it is usually a tug of war. If my exam is in two days time, I will pretend like I am sick and won't come to work on the day of the test. Sometimes, I rely on sick leave to do that.

God so good, I got another job with the Lagos state government as an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) instructor in one of the secondary schools and I am enjoying the job so much.
I have enough time to myself, time to do personal studies, time to do Masters and IT certifications, time to develop and to cap it all, the job is a PERMANENT job so, if I want to switch, I will know that I still have a job no matter what.
My dream is to be a lecturer someday, infact, a Professor and my new job is very close to making that a reality. A teaching platform before lecturing is a good one, teaching is so much fun!

texaco1: I have never for once believed that don jazzy is irreplaceable, only dummb foools will believe or thnk like that ,but I want the dbanj that gave us songs like suddenly, falling in love, tingolo,mr endowed and all those tracks .people that love you are those that will criticise you constructively .all I said was he should get good producers that are better than don jazzy and believe me there are thousands of them out there and get good song writers .been on top for 9years is nothing don't let us count that as an achievement, when you count that then that means you are falling.he is still young and he can still b on top for another 5 years .
We shouldn't countt his success in 9 years as an achievement? Something that not more or even up to 5 musical Artistes can match that in Africa. Are you kidding me? Moreover, Dbanj is the least person to sit on old laurels, if not, he would have sat back and not try other waters.Which explains why he will still be around for some years to come. You keep on hating in disguise while whyning with your posts. I guess your own way of making a constructive critism is by calling someone "didinrin nla". Save your construction for yourself. Okay?
Music/RadioRe: D'banj - FINALLY [official Video] by naturalwaves: 6:53am On Oct 06, 2013
texaco1: so because he has been on top for 9years ,he can start falling abi?
I think you just make use of words without noting their true meanings. How is he FALLING? Why do Nigerians like saying trash without a truthful evaluation? How can you say that someone who has made more success in the last two years than about half of his previous career years is falling?
texaco1: Thank God dbanj is smart not to have people like u has his adviser ,don't you know that no matter how good something is it can always be better?you said he has won every award .I won't reply ur insults on me cos I don't trade insults online but one thing I know is that dbanj wants to conquer all but in the process he is losing it all.
...And what is bad in trying to conquer it all. Dapo has unarguably ruled and conquered Africa. What else is left than a foreign attempt or do you expect him to sit back and be a local Champion? If I may ask? What is he losing? Cos you said he is losing it all. Last time I checked, he ain't losing anything. Why was he the choice for the Hennessy song? Why was he the choice for that Nations Cup song? I hope you know he also got the appointment as a BOI (Bank of Industry) Ambassador? Do you even know what it means to be signed to Sony? How can you say one of the foremost progressing Artistes in Nigeria is losing it all? Do you just use words as you like?If you don't have good statistical evidence and facts to back up claims, it is better you stfk.
texaco1: I have given a constructive advice on how he can do it. The irony of life is even you is fans have started noticing his decline just like you mentioned in ur post
Thanks for your advice but this thread is not about that. It was only meant for a video review. Save your advice for another appropriate time.
texaco1: ... And the only excuse u can give for that he is he has been on top for 9 years so if he falls now there is no wahala.ok oo,God bless dbanj
Who is giving an excuse and who owes you an explanation? Well, whether or not Dbanj or you orme likes it, he will definately decline someday cos it is a natural law. No need to anticipate before it starts and YES! He isn't declining yet considering his success in the past few years. They say he is getting tired but he is just getting started.
SNEAK PREVIEW: Let me just leak this to you before it happens. Dbanj is quite close to winning a grammy. All he needs is a nice rap collaboration with Kanye and friends with Dbanj on the chorus. Don't say I didn't warn you.lolz
Music/RadioRe: D'banj - FINALLY [official Video] by naturalwaves: 2:12am On Oct 06, 2013
texaco1: thank God , some people are beginning to see and speak the truth , this kind of truth is what dbanj fanatical followers don't want to hear ,changing of name or title doesn't make you relevant in show biz , it is all about what you churn out , dbanj has been churning out trash since January the only song that he did worth anything is the last track he did for Hennessy , he is fading fast the sooner he realizes this the beter for him.one point which i have always stressed is that he has the money and connections, getting a good and better producer than don jazzy shouldn't be a problem for him , there are thousands of producers who are 100000% better than don jazzy , all he needs to do is buy songs from good song writers and get a fantastic producer to work with him , he has the market all he needs to do is feed them. all this eja nla, banger lee , whale nla , tiger bush is all rubbish. he better works on his songs fast before people stat calling him dindinrin nla
Dbanj came actively into the music scene in 2004( 9 years ago) and since then, he has been everly consistent and has won everything winnable as a Musical Artiste in Africa except of course, the grammy awards. So, I tell you, he has nothing to prove again to you or to anyone. At the moment, I don't even think he is dwindling because of his success in the last two years which almost surpasses the success he made in the previous 4 years before then. But, if you still insist he is singing trash cos he is being dynamic with his Afro pop style that may not suit you, then, it is only normal cos that is like the 'law of diminishing returns'. How many Nigerian Artiste always cross the 5 year mark of being relevant? Less than 30%. It is 9 years on and the dude is still relevant. I think you need to check the dictionary meaning of that word 'relevant' lest you use it wrongly. I repeat, he has nothing to prove to anyone, dude is just having fun. If you don't like his music, there are so many other Artistes to listen to.
The mere fact that you guys get overly hyperactive anytime he does anything or releases a video is even enough evidence to show that he is still very much relevant. You didn't even make any comment on the video which was the aim of the thread but you could talk off it and spew trash. Bloody hater!
Music/RadioRe: D'banj - FINALLY [official Video] by naturalwaves:
Tosin7: Dband is a major flop! Did any of you see that? The video is highly demonic!

But I see him going out of trade real soon because he does not really make sense most of the time and besides his songs does not have charm and appeal.
As a detribalized Yoruba -Psquare remains the best thing to happen to Nigeria and Africa at large..
This thread is not about comparism. I don't know why bigoted Ibos are always comparing Dbanj with Psquare whenever he is mentioned. Music is a universal thing and cuts across tribes, no need for unnecessary comparisms.
As for you, you are just a sEnzless pretender. You always say trashy things about the Yoruba tribe and anything that has to do with it while pretending to be a Yoruba. FamilyRe: Married Women Should Stop Allowing Their Husbands Go Out Unkempt by naturalwaves:
First of all, let me point out the fact that there are different types of relationships between a Boss and subordinate depending on how well they relate and the Boss' temperament. The OP has studied her boss well and knows the kind of person he is before showing gestures to him.

It is not every work environment that goes with high handedness and fear as obtained in most companies in Nigeria, so, the OP might be able to talk to her boss like an elder brother.

When I was in the Bank, my immediate boss used to fumble with his tie and I always tell him that, "Sir, you didn't do your tie well". He would remove it and say, "Ok, do it for me" with a smile. Infact, every morning he will ask me if it is okay and we will both smile after the answer. He also asks me about colour combinations too and he changes anyone that doesn't match from his car. This is because, I know the kind of person he is and we flow well even though we aren't too close. Isn't that surprising?

Having said that, women generally hate to hear the truth and are usually belligerent when told the truth. The OP is giving a lil advice to women to take good care of their husbands by assessing him before going to work (which is not too much to ask of) but most of them turned blind eyes to the main issue and started castigating the OP's gestures to her boss. Some people can be senseless(no apologies), one ediat was even talking about her English. Yes, the OP could have soft pedalled in her approach but her points has been clearly stated. If you like listen, if you like don't listen and wait until your marriage crumbles like a pack of cards.

Well, in my own family, my mum assesses dad every morning and every time. She even helps to comb/ brush his hair and helps with the best combination of clothes. Before you quote this and say nonsense, let me point out the fact that my dad dresses well on his own and very neatly too, so, you can imagine the outcome when assessed. Superb!!! When he is away and mum is around, she washes, starch and irons his clothes. Infact, such gestures are usually a surprise package cos he will be looking for his dirty clothes when he comes back only for him to open the wardrobe and see a total transformation. How will a man feel and treat his wife if that was done to him? Won't he be appreciative? Nothing less than three people have asked my dad in my presence the question, "who is your drycleaner?". He will smile and say he doesn't have one that his wife helps him. They always wished they had that kind of wife and some even calls to acknowledge the fact that they see her handwork on dad and some joke about it too when they see and dad is always smiling and saying 'thank you my dear' and same thing goes to every member of the family.....my sisters won't even allow me wear a cloth twice even if it isn't dirty and if their clothing is a lil bit tight too, I suggest a change and so on and so forth.

It is a fact that, "LOVE" is one thing that is fast fading in most homes and some marriages are crumbling due to this. Don't put your frustrations on the OP rather, try and make corrections if yours is failing. I am a man and YES those lil things count and brings respect and love in the family.

@OP, you called me a tout cos I exposed your fo0lishness and your one sided report devoid of any solid evidence and filled with gilberish. Listen kid, no one is saying LAWMA didn't visit your office and locked it up but try and be objective in your reports okay?

pato station: It was after we paid the only outstanding bill and went to their office at 9 Awolowo Way to get them to open the gate that we realized the reason for their hurry to lock it
.

How much was the outstanding fees? cos I see you have been avoiding this question like a plague. State the amount you owed and let us assess it if it is not outrageous. Based on your records as a bloody liar, I won't accept just words. Scan the receipt here showing what you paid with the dates( you may cover your coy name if you like). When you are coming to a public forum to make a complaint, you should know that you should come with relevant details and not just spew nonesense.

pato station: They demanded N30,000 un-official amount "for Task Force" before they could open the gate.
Why didn't you complete your report that you didn't pay 30,000 naira? Between 5,000 naira and 30,000 naira, which is more relevant to this post? You failed to state the amount you paid to get your office opened but was so quick to state the amount they first asked of. Isn't that funny? I put it to you again my friend that you are a bloody liar

Moreover, isn't it biased not to state the amount you owed but was so quick to state the amount they asked for(not even what you paid).

Be a responsible citizen and pay your dues as and when appropriate rather than subjecting yourself to unnecessary embarrasments. If there is one word I detest, it is "sorry" or "I am sorry sir" for something I should have done.

N:B....Don't quote me if you cannot answer the questions raised with evidence. Otherwise, you are a fo0l.

Yes , you didn't say you parted with 30,000 naira but you clearly insinuated it wih yor posts. Let us learn to be straight when making reports. BTW, how much was the outstanding your Company owed? They might be right for locking up your Office afterall or why would you even part with 5,000 naira after begging if the amount you owed was negligible (I doubt it was).

pato station: Point of information: the officials, a man and a lady demanded for N30,000 in their office and we begged and begged until there was no more saliva in our mouth. Out of frustration, I told my colleague that we should leave, and in fact as I was leaving, a lady (who I could not ascertain if she is a staff or client) called me and asked me to negotiate with them. Eventually, we parted with N5,000. n receipt was issued for the payment.
Why didn't you say it was 5,000 naira initially? You passed a wrong info that you parted with 30,000 naira. That's not good enough. Since a receipt was issued to you for the 5,000 naira, then it is official. What was the content on the receipt and how much was the initial outstanding fees your company owed?

Delafruita: there are things that happen in lagos that can be termed bizarre.I wouldn't wave the "stories" away because I know such things could happen in cases where overzealous officials have seen an opportunity to take advantage of others.its true they can't take advantage of you if you obeyed the law but if lagos itself isn't fully compliant with its own rules,it certainly shouldn't expect 100% from its inhabitants.moreover the real sign of advancement in a soceity isn't in how it treats its law abiding citizens, its in how it treats those that don't comply with the law.it should be noted that non-compliance with the law might not necessarily be same as breaking the law

I can believe the case of the OP because a similar fine was handed to my dad by VIO.infact his fine was 140k.I can remember how furios he was when I got to his house that night.he placed a call to Engr toriola who asked him to meet up that night.by the next morning, toriola reduced d fine to 20k and apologized for the overzealousness of his officials.in truth,my dad didn't comply with the law because his fire extinguisher was expired but then the officials claimed he was "proving right" and manufactured ridiculous offences like "dirty headlamp" etc each at 20k.

I doubt if any task force has the right to fine anyone.their duty is to take offenders before a mobile court.in cases of traffic offence, its usually the car that is impounded.however, there could be more to this than meets the eye.the man in question might not have diculged what truly happened.it could be a case of him "provinG right" and the officials desiring to stick it to him.the op said he was sentenced to a prison in badagry, that will mean the offence was committed within the jurisdiction of the badagry high court.there area thousands of taxis that operate along that axis and they are usually protected by their union.the op needs to tell us if the union has been contacted?what steps have they taken?the union has their way of resolving this issues.

This highandedness of lagos officials usually stems from the pressure mounted on them by their superiors to increase IGR.the LASG has created laws with such ridiculous fines all in a bid to generate money.the least fine VIO will give per offence is 20k.10 offences is 200k.that's absolutely ridiculous.the mobile courts are worse.offences which ordinarily should warrant a fine or community service now get long jail sentences with option of paying huge sums as fine.punishment for crimes should be set in a way that discourages people from commiting the crime and not in a way that makes people afraid of the system or disillusiones by it.

My simple advice for the op is to get a lawyer to ascertain what really happened.the jail sentence can be overturned and the fine reduced.that doesn't mean we will get emotional over the fact that he lost okada or napep.if he doesn't belong to the union,he should join them immediately this ordeal is over
Yes, I agree with you and with virtually all the points you stated about the high handedness of those officers and the tendency to make an offender a scape goat BUT paying 30,000 naira to re open an office that was locked wrongly is a very very big lie except if there is more to the story that the OP isn't saying or maybe the OP is an illiterate ( cos he deserves an apology) or maybe the only outstanding bill he mentioned that the company paid is very outrageous and runs into hundreds of thousands.

pato station: So you think somebody can just come out to make up this kind of story? If you follow my post, all I needed is suggestions on how to follow up this case and how to free this guy. Apart from that, the story is meant to get Nairalanders in particular and Lagosians in general to be aware of happenings. If you wish to visit the driver's family, I will give you the address in Ikeja.

Only last week, members of "LAWMA Task Force" sealed my office for not paying their bills. Their claim was that we have never paid any bill since the inception of our company. Unfortunately, they came around 7 am when the Manager who kept the files was not yet in the office. All pleadings to let the person come and show evidence of payment fell on deaf ears. It was after we paid the only outstanding bill and went to their office at 9 Awolowo Way to get them to open the gate that we realized the reason for their hurry to lock it. They demanded N30,000 un-official amount "for Task Force" before they could open the gate. Tell me that I also made up this story. I can give you the names of the officials who demanded the money. This is Lagos!
I see you are a Pro at giving sketchy details of events. The above post is filled with some funny lies. Your office was wrongly locked for not paying "AN" outstanding bill as against the fact that they thought you had never paid any bill since your company was established and so it was locked on a wrong reason. Now, you went to their office, showed evidence of past payments, paid the only outstanding and then rather than demand for an apology from them for delaying your business schedule by wrongly closing your office, you paid 30,000 naira to re open the office when you are not an illiterate (no offence). How does that sound to you? If I may ask, how much was the outstanding you paid?

Moreover, what is the correlation between this your story and that of your friend JJ? Nothing similar at all except 'Lagos State'. Someone told you that you just want to discredit BRF and you denied it only for you to shoot yourself with this kangaroo story again. You need to try again and come up with a better story okay? I will be waiting!

kodewrita: Without contesting the evident merit of what you posted, I just want to state that the degrees are only irrelevant if you do not use them for what they were originally designed for.

In its true sense, computer science was never aimed at producing super coders who bang out facebook-level apps with one hand while assembling a robot with the other hand.

A typical computer scientist( in the real sense) would be busy trying to create the next level of compression algorithms to speed up the internet or creating better languages to better make use of multicore processors or trying to find out how to ensure data consistency in an environment with multiple database clusters and other such whatnot.

It requires some mathematical thinking and mostly logical thinking with a dose of domain knowledge.

That's why schools in the US try to create majors focused on creating software engineers.

That said, I believe we have piled on p.josh and I really do not like the insults being levelled at his uncle or his person(this is assuming p.josh is a dude). Lets contribute without insulting him.

For the undergrads who detest the maths aspect of computer science, please know that maths, comp sci and elect are deeply interconnected. You can never achieve true understanding without knowing the first principles on which your field is based.

Ask any physics grad and they will tell you of the need to always identify and master the fundamental laws/principles before going on to study phenomena(be they natural or manmade like computers).

You want to jump on to Cisco networking, OSPF etc and you refuse to learn the Shortest Path First and other path finding algorithms who derive their existence to the Graph Theory maths that you detest.

I could go on and on about the beauty of algorithms including encryption algorithms, packet sharing algorithms, fuzzy logic etc. Its heady stuff and if you already love logic, you can fall in love with them easily.

Finally, I want to flip to the other side and say that university knowledge is a refinement of generally held knowledge too. As such, it is possible to actually engage in a period of self study and still achieve the same level of knowledge gained by attending a university. Don't argue that with me, just google AUTODIDACTISM. There are lots and lots of articles on it.

P.Josh. If however you have other interests, I would advice doing either a combined major of computer science and another course (e.g Economics which you will find supremely useful or Maths). The other option is to study another course but gain practical IT skills by taking A+(practical IT maintenance skills), Java/Python/.net( programming), MySQL/oracle(DBMS), Net+/CCNA( Networking) to make you a versatile individual.

All the best and God's guidance on your choice of career.
You are very right bro and you have said virtually everything on my mind. I studied Computer Science and I couldn't have asked for a better course. Studying computer science is one of the best decisions I ever took. A lot of people don't know what computer science is all about, they think it is just networking, web designing and some baby codes they learn outside. SMH!
