Aladebo Adetomiwa Gabriel @Scotchytom5 should be avoided as he does not prove to be genuine. I am yet to get my money recovered from him and he is just pushing me to take the final step which will be a pay back for the evil he did. This guy is a wicked and an evil person asides being a scammer (he operates like one).

Upon further investigation into the matter, it was discovered that @Scotchytom5 who is Aladebo Adetomiwa Gabriel by name with Opay account number - 7034617101 used the money transferred to his account to play bet completely.

Beware of this individual. As at the time of typing this, he is yet to refund the money to my bank account. He keeps coming up with excuses till date.

ASUU is a union created by law...
The law says...unions should give an audited report of their finances... and on this the FG is right with holding their dues until they submit the report...

The university can suspend the student union Government based on the same principle and refuse to remit the SUG dues to it ....so why can't the federal government do the same

somebody must cure this madness...After ASUU..then move on to NMA,NBA,NURTW, PENGASAN, ICAN Then this union's too can fight back by demading for audited reports of the government finances....

Let the unions and the Government fight to the finish..till they get to the supreme court..so that we can set a precedence and end this rubbish once and for all

If after the ASUU Chairman was informed that ASUU is yet to submit its audited report for 4 years and he could not provide a contrary evidence and the mediocre journalist still could not demand from the ASUU chairman for proof of acknowledgement of the report he claimed was submitted then I really do not see why ASUU members should keep their current leaders in office.

Everything is so horribly wrong with ASUU that it is so disgraceful that such a body of folks who should be intellectuals are so intellectually inferior to the govt's team. ASUU so far lacked the right strategy and moral authority to take on govt. This is so so embarassing.

I am sure that within ASUU some members would have been complaining about their seemingly mediocre leadership and must have been protesting against the missteps of their leadership but they should not stop at that, they should elect new set of leaders who understand the seriousness of the responsibility upon ASUU members as intellectuals.

Now that you have said yours. Did you also consider the other side of the story too? What if ASUU submitted the said report but the Ministry is also looking at ways to frustrate ASUU as a body. When has the FG including the Ministry of Education ever been honest in anything?

I lost my usual contact who assists me with transcript matters and I decided to search here for any available contact who could assist me with my transcript at Unilag. My previous contact was also gotten here.  I reached out to a Nairalander by the username @Scotchytom5 on the 26th November, 2022 based on his post here on Nairaland on getting transcript done within 2 weeks. I had a discussion with him on my transcript issue and the need to help me sort it out based on its urgency. @Scotchytom5 promised me that he will get things done within a week and that he knows his job and will do this well (these were always his responses anytime I contact until he stopped responding).

I asked about his payment method and he mentioned full payment due to past experiences of how he got scammed by some of those he assisted. I believed him and he promised to proceed with the transaction immediately.  On Monday, 28th November, 2022, I was surprised when I didn't receive any notification of an online payment and application completion on the application portal for transcript which is always the usual with the person I had worked with previously. I reached out to @Scotchytom5 and his usual response was that I should not worry and that he is on top of everything. He also promised that I would see everything updated on the portal once he sorts all out. I waited again till the end of the week but nothing changed. I contacted him and his response was that my transcript had been ready since Wednesday, 30/11/2022 but the man assigned to sign didn't come to work and that my transcripts will be sorted the next week.

The next week came and I did the usual reminder to his promise and he told me of how the status hasn't changed and that it was just signature left by the man who signs transcripts. This was on Wednesday, 07/12/2022. The Friday (09/12/2022) of the 2nd week came, I sent series of messages and emails to @Scotchytom5 but he didn't reply to any. I resorted to whatsApp calls as the number he provided cannot be reached through direct phone calls.  It is always unavailable. He kept declining my calls but for the fact that I kept calling, Scotchytom5 hurriedly created a false application for my transcripts on the application portal with no payment made thinking he could deceive me with this. I sent a message to him on why he thought he could deceive me by creating an application for transcripts without any payment made. Due to the several calls and messages, he responded by saying he likes rest of mind and that he is the same person that promised to deliver but I am disturbing him. These were his responses to me after contacting him on this matter. Not concerned about my own state of getting my transcripts.

On Saturday, 10/12/2022, I reached out to him on the transcript matter as after his initial response to me, he went offline and ignored all messages to me. This same @Scotchytom5 promised that he will deliver this week and that I won't disturb him again. This is the 3rd week, all messages and emails sent to him were completely ignored, he didn't respond to any and all whatsApp calls were completely declined. When I noticed all these from him coupled with no proof of anything being done on my application, I requested for a refund of my money yesterday but he chose to ignore all messages even when I told him of further actions from me if he doesn't refund my money. This man chose not to pick my calls or respond to my messages. This is the 3rd week and a man who kept giving his words kept mute and I have no conclusion but to believe that he scammed me as there is no proof whatsoever that he did anything.

@Scotchytom5 uses the WhatsApp number - 08095431037 with email address as scotchytom5@yahoo.co.uk. The bank account he uses is OPay account with account number as 7034617101 and the name Gabriel Adetomiwa Aladebo. Please, avoid him so he doesn't scam you of your money like he did to me. You can't reach him through direct calls.

@Scotchytom5 is free to come online to dispute all these allegations against him but I have all the proof (emails, whatsApp messages including his terrible responses to my concern and payment made to him). He will only leave you helpless as he operates like a scammer. I am yet to get my refund from him as he did nothing (no evidence online to prove that he did anything).

@Seun @lalastica please help others not to fall victim by doing the needful. I have all proof of transaction with him and my email or whatsApp messages to him

Just look at him making references to South-Korea political settings just like a clueless Peter Obi will always do when trying to dodge and maneuver his way cunningly when been faced with discussions far above his intellectual capacity.

Firstly, the main aim of political debate is to educate, and elucidiate your plans for a greater country and stress more on why people should vote for you.

But in Nigeria here where we have a very silly journalist and supposedly debate organisers or interview host conniving with opposition parties to plan your downfall. Throwing cheap subs in a very obvious manner at a specific candidate.

A very smart man like Asiwaju Tinubu will rather spend his time making political moves, strategising, meeting the main voters and discussing his plans with them RATHER than honouring a mediocre comedy show of a debate which was poorly coordinated, where 80% of the viewers will be the same people sitting at the front of their TV on Election day and on their phones gossiping away about the election rather than going out to vote.

Elections are not won by jumping on every interview or debate to seek public validations but by meeting the real voters directly through town hall meetings and engagements, telling them your plans face-to-face.

If your candidate does not have anything to hide or has a clean record or a very good history, he should not avoid any form of debates. Debates are meant to make us know if this candidate has the interest of country at heart and also if this person has a good past history to be fit for such position. It is not a case of talking about your plans but revealing your kind of person to us.
