There's no doubt that chloroquin may effectively help in some patients and in some cases, but there's a Nigerian proverb that says "strong babalawo no need signboard". You mentioned that things were almost getting better when Prof Nnaji was the minister, but that even further buttresses my point. Have you asked yourself why Nnaji was removed/resigned despite that we all agree he was doing a good job?

That problem/crisis/masquerade/ that removed Prof Nnaji and reversed all his works, do you really think scientific and engineering knowledge would be the most valuable weapon or skill required to fight that problem?

The minister of power was actually in that meeting, but some dubious reporters deliberately obscured that info in most of their reports to elicit this kind of reactions from you and from Nigerians. That being said, even if the minister wasn't in attendance, there is absolutely nothing wrong or unusual if a president asks his CoS (a senior presidential aide) to attend a follow-up meeting on his behalf (remember the first meeting took place in Abj with the president in attendance)..

All over the world, there is absolutely nothing wrong, be it constitutionally, morally or otherwise, for a president to ask his Chief of Staff (a senior presidential aide) to accompany the minister of power and other top government representatives to a meeting with a power company. It's important we learn to define what our problem really is in Nigeria.
